Jim and Matt are awesome! I needed a last minute inspection and they got me in that day and had it done in a few hours with smiles on their faces. They’ve also helps me with countless other repairs in a timely manner, and the communication is always crystal clear. I highly recommend this Monro location!

I moved up from Georgia and they have been so hospitable and kind helping me with everything from oil changes to tire repair to air filter changes! They are always available when I need them! Some of the best in the business. Jim at the front desk is also very hospitable and helped me with everything I needed.

I called Forty Foot Road, Lansdale, Monroe this morning hoping to get a same day car check. I have to do a long round trip this weekend and heard a rattling sound. Needed brakes all around and an oil change. Service done in a timely matter at a good price. When Jim called and said SUV was done I told him I just noticed Monro was giving 10% off for educators & teachers. He took an additional 10% off the already agreed upon price.

Good service and friendly staff. I took my car to have my brakes inspected and replaced. Gave me an honest inspection. Rear brakes needed to be replaced, but front brakes would have been okay for a few more months. Gave me the options without any pressure or sales tactics. I chose to get them both taken care of for safety and convenience. Jim was very friendly and helpful. Happy with their service and brake replacements. Would take my car here in the future.Tip: If you want to drop off your car but dont want to stay in their waiting room (a few chairs but small), you can walk 0.7 miles down Valley Forge Road and turn onto 63/Main Street. There is a Starbucks there (right next to the Walgreens) and other restaurant options as you continue walking down Main Street.

I came in to Monroe after 5:00 pm with a flat tire and although the assistant manager, Matt, said his technician left for the night, he made took no time to get my car up on the lift and inspect my tire. Within 1/2 hour he repaired the tire (which had a nail in it) and had me on my way! That is what I call quality service! If the service I received today is indicative of how Monroe does business, I will gladly come back!**The previous review I gave was mistakenly posted as 1 star! This was a 5 STAR rating-the service was exceptional and I completely recommend this business to others! My apologies!

After getting a 3rd nail in my tire (in 4 months) the guys here quickly and meticulously repaired my tire so that I could get on with my day. While in the service center, I was treated with respect and kindness, and they didnt give me the run-around on prices. I am so thankful for how easy and pleasant my experience was. Ill definitely be back ... Because nails seem to pop up everywhere!

I got a flat tire while in town for business. I had my car towed over to Monro shortly before closing time and explained that I was hoping to leave the next day before some winter weather arrived. Matt was exceptional in speed and service and had the car ready by 10 am the next morning to get me on my way. He also had a variety of pricing options for me and was not pushy in any manner. I highly recommend them.

I had an oil change appointment at 5pm which was great! I was greeted by the manager, Matt, like an old, regular customer coming in for their usual oil change. It was nice. I also appreciated the fact that we went with the same oil change as before and there was no mention of upgrading to full synthetic. I ended up being early, around 4:30pm, so no other customers were there.Matt and I talked pretty much the entire time I was there which was also nice. I was there maybe 20 minutes and was only suggested to think about getting new tires in the near future. They didnt bombard me with pages of recommendations for services which is another reason I went back to Monro.I will be going back to Monro in Lansdale for my next oil change. Thanks to Matt and the mechanic who did my oil change :)

I came here based on the reviews I read and what people said about Monro, and it held true the entire time I was there. My appointment was at 11 a.m and they were able to bring the car right back. The oil change took roughly a half an hour, I talked with Jim almost the whole time and the price was not bad at all either. I will be bring my car back for sure.

We’ve been coming here for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. The guys are helpful, honest (even when it means you give them less money), and do good quality work. I’m writing this review now because we’re moving cross-country in a couple of weeks and it just dawned on me that we’re going to need to find a new mechanic... so sad! After an extremely disappointing experience at Monroe Souderton, I called this location to see if anyone could look at a tire that was leaking air. Not only was the phone answered in a courteous manner, Matt apologized for my experience at the other location, told me to come right over, they looked at my car immediately, found a nail in the tire, repaired it and sent me on my way. No charge because I purchased the tires at Monroe a few years back. I was also given a quote, at my request, for new tires plus informed where to look at the other tires available from a vendor Monroe works with. Such a great experience!!! Thanks, Matt, for helping me when I was in a jam, being friendly, polite and personable. You gained a new customer today!

Fast service and Honest. There was a nail in my tire and they fixed it for a very low price. A few days later I found another nail in my tire and I took it to them and they fixed it again for free! They are nice, and they are quick with the service too. I recommend to a friend 10/10

Had an emergency tire blow out around noon. Monroe was the closest. They refused to help with the tire. They said they were busy and told me to go across the street to a gas station that was closed. I’ve been to Monroe as a customer before. I filled the tire with air and drove cautiously to Mavis Tire in Hatfield. I was helped immediately and they have excellent customer service. I will never take my business to Monroe again. .

Had another place recently install a muffler for me and I was a bit worried the work was done incorrectly. After driving to numerous shops around town and being refused same-day service for being too busy, I came to this Monro. The manager, Matthew Fad was extremely accommodating and even offered to put my car on the lift right then and there and check my exhaust. He assured me it was all good to go and saved me a lot of time and money! I will surely be back here now for any work on my or my wifes vehicles and will recommend to any friends who need service. So Ive come to Monro auto service three times and each of them have been great experiences with one of them being a bit hilarious.My first oil change was quick, timely and professional. They also dealt with a gas leak light free of charge at the time.Now the, second time I came in, they mistook me for someone who had complained about oily fingerprints on their car(I think due to the fact I had a bike)and because of that they were really nice and gave me the oil change for free!! Haha, I told them right away i wasnt the same person and offered to pay, but at that point they said it was alright and let me go. Regardless, this kind of shows their commitment to great customer service and I think anyone who has had a bad experience should really give them a second chance!The most recent time, I came in with a low pressure tire light and they took care of it free of charge. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Nice place, will be back!

I brought my car to Monro for an exhaust repair, being the replacement of the flex-pipe portion of the upper exhaust.Workmanship wise, the job seems to be pretty solid. Before, the exhaust leak had been loud and caused my car to fail inspection, but now its tolerably quiet and car runs great! Welding job seems to hold-up so far, and all removed parts seem to have been reattached securely.Professionally, however, a few discrepancies arose. For one, I was quoted a much lower price than what I ended up paying. The higher final total seemed to be because of a Shop Fee I was not made aware of, as well as longer labor period than what they had originally estimated for me. Although, they did finish the job the same day despite a delay on my part.Also, during the repair they had drained my battery; no problem, they of course jumped my car before I had picked it up, however, it was not recharged properly which caused me a few minor issues.In the future I will most likely explore other options first, before choosing this Monro location, but the workmanship is good from my first experience.
