The team remained professional and treated me like I had a 6 figure car in their shop, which I truly appreciated as someone who just really wanted the experience of seeing their car on a Dyno.PSI does awesome work and if I can help it, I will bring all of my tuning work to Anthony, Travis and Don for as long as I can.This is exactly the type of business I want to work with because I treat all of my clients the same way. Had a check engine light on in my WRX and my regular mechanic could not figure it out. I went here and they told me to come back later when the tuner was in. I paid $200 for an evaluation. Some would think this is a high price for a short amount of time but he reprogrammed my car and it is running great for the last six months. They fixed what others couldnt for a small price

They accommodated me and worked around my schedule to get me in the shop and get me out in a timely manner. Price for the service that I got done was phenomenal also! Ill definitely be back.

Bathroom was dirty. I saw cigarette butts in parking lot. Mechanics were going to eat lunch during work. Wanted to get a jaguar motor put in my Honda CR-V, they said thats almost impossible but I dont think they know what they are talking about.

Great customer service and very high-quality work done in a timely manner but obscenely expensive. Welded in 2 mufflers on my SN95 mustang and added hangars to the mufflers. $715. Could have bought a whole new exhaust system for $150 less. Too expensive for the average enthusiast.

From one shop to another I have to say the service was great. Had a MAF fail on the dyno and they sourced a denso replacement within an hour and got the car dyno tuned and running amazing.

I brought my 2004 Forester XT to Travis and the guys at PSI after I had tuning work done at R/T Tuning. After they blew the Motor, PSIProformance went and assisted me with fully swapping my XT into a STi,. I have had at least 7 cars over the past 10 years at PSI, and Travis has always assisted me. Things did come up here and there, and I did have to do a bit of following up with them. However this is expected with performance and custom fab work. Overall the car was professionally built, and any to all issues were corrected. These guys are truly professional and are amazing at their trade. Highly recommended! TELL TRAVIS I sent you!

Best performance shop in Lansdale!

DO NOT use these guys!! Very unprofessional. LIARS !!!!They told me they can tune my truck. Later after talking to their tuner guy, they told me they are unfamiliar with the setup that I have. I said fine, take me off of schedule and refund me. (I paid a $1500. down payment to be on schedule) It took over 2.5 weeks to get refunded, after they lied about refunding several times. I even drove to their shop, to get a receipt, after they told me on the way that they refunded a couple days ago. Yup, CAUGHT THEM IN THE WRONG. (date was stamped on the reciept) Then they continued to lie about it and also called me childish. They told me they didnt want to service me. GREAT!! I dont want your service anymore- and I hope all that read this dont go there!! LEAVE THEM TO THEIR OWN SHAME!

Travis and his team are excellent, they tackled a different car (1993 TVR) and quickly diagnosed the problem it was having and got it back to performing the way it is meant to. Amazing work happening right here in Lansdale!

I been to other race/custom shops and PSI has been the best shop I even been to. They treat your car like its their own, no cutting around the corners. This place claims to be all about the aftermarket community advertising things like Custom Turbo & exaust fabrication etc. but quoted me 1,400 dollars for a simple Front exaust manifold replacement & THATS LABOR ALONE I would hate to see the price of a turbo install :( Ill do it in my driveway myself, they upcharge just like other big brands disappointed to be honest.

I’ve been a happy customer with PSI PROformance for about 5 years now, they built the car and have been modifying the car since the build. From it being a stock car till now five years later built and with a full rotated kit making great power I couldn’t ask for more from the PSI team, great customer service and good communication with there tuner on your goals. I’ll be going back for anything I need done that’s for sure.

Brought my 15 STI in for some upgrades and a tune. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They helped me get the right parts for a reliable build, did the work on time and kept me up to date through the process. I came in to watch the tune and they gave me lots of advice and put up with all my questions. Everyone is down to earth and didnt have the arrogant attitude I have experienced at other shops.Dont believe the one star reviews. Customer service and quality of work cannot be beat.

Made a Saturday appointment because of my work schedule to have my car tuned. Car was still in the process of getting ready but the appointment was over a month out. I didnt want to reschedule if I didnt have to, but the day before I realized that, after my exhaust shop held me up for a week and a few little issues presented themselves, that I wouldnt be able to make it because the rain was preventing me from getting the final touches done so they could tune it. Called them to reschedule, because I still wanted my tune of course, and I was told theyd be happy to reschedule, but that I would forfeit my deposit. That was pretty irritating because I definitely wanted them to still work on my car, so that money should absolutely go to the service I was requesting. The guy on the phone told me that because Saturdays are so coveted, that my $100 deposit was to cover the guys time to be there. I told him that if Saturday appointments were as coveted as he claimed, then he would have no problem getting another car in to fill that spot. He told me he already checked and no one else could make it there for my Saturday. I didnt press the issue, but that doesnt make sense to me. Especially if they know a day in advance not to come in on that Saturday, then they lost nothing and just profited $100 for doing nothing. Im not upset I lost $100, but Im a bit irritated that they were so concerned about it that theyre willing to forfeit the $700-800 I would have owed on the tune, plus the full exhaust I wanted them to fabricate (probably would have cost well over $1500), and the other plans I had for my other cars. Clearly theyre too busy and dont need any more business if that doesnt matter. Whatever, if anyone reading these reviews knows a good place to get a Megasquirt tune owned by honest people, let me know.

Amazing work. Brought my car in Monday morning when they opened to have my OEM trans swapped for a built one for my BRZ. It would normally take me at least 2 1/2 days to get this done. They had done in less than one. Solid work and kept me informed the entire way. Jose is the man and bravo to the tech that did the work. Highly affordable and very knowledgeable. Its well worth it to have your car brought here.

Anthony and the guys were so helpful and informative. They even fixed my intake for me that was incorrectly installed. Highly recommend and am definitely going back after I add more parts!

They charge $200+ for a simple, 1 hr job. Kind of glad they wasted my time, and couldnt service me on my scheduled date due to lack of technician. At least, I didnt end up wasting my $

Tried calling place cause I wanted to inquire about getting my k&n cold air intake installed since I dont have a spot to really do it and someone finally picked up heard music in background then they hung up. If thats how they treat people not sure Id want to trust them with work on my car. Ill be looking elsewhere I guess.

Not only are they located in Philadelphia they also send their tuner Anthony to Hawaii! He had tuned a majority of our vehicles and we love it! We would always get retunes and new tunes whenever it is needed! We would recommend these folks to anyone!!

Do NOT take your car there if you are a Chevy owner. We spent thousands of dollars getting a turbo kit installed there, only for the car to run lean, be wired incorrectly, have moisture on the oxygen sensors, and only make 415 hp when we should be making at least 550.Our car was there for six months. We called constantly asking for updates, and were given the run around. I would have respected them if they had been upfront and said that the work was out of their league, but they didnt. So thats four grand down the drain. We towed it to another shop in NJ, and they are fixing all of the mistakes PSI made.

These guys absolutely killed the competition with this parts sale!!!! Y’all know me. I’m a price shopper. It’s this simple. Look online for the parts you want and email Chase. I submitted him my extensive wish list and within 2 hours he had a quote that totally murdered the competition. You see... Psi is a fabrication and tuning shop. Sure they can get and install anything you want. But Psi doesn’t make money off parts. They make money by making them! They sell for the lowest amount allowed by the manufacturer. The parts business is a tricky one. There’s rules. Most places mark parts up or just sell at the msrp. Not these guys. Do yourself a favor and get pricing from these guys the next time you need something. You’ll be surprised!

Took my car here to have an intake manifold done and throttle body apon having it installed and tuned I told them that the throttle body was hard for people to tune and I had concerns that I should leave it stock but they insisted that it wouldnt be a problem so I spent the extra money only for me to drive it home and have maintenance lights come on a mile down the road brought it back multiple time to have the tune adjusted and fixed, he said the issue was in the map and it was fixed, only to have the same issues and have to go back to pick up my old throttle body to have it fixed by someone else and retuned. Their customer service is the worst I have seen no one ever calls you back when they say they will and you have to practically harass them to make an appointment or figure out whats going on with your car. If you have a mustang its not the place to take your car.

Top notch guys here. Came in for a dyno tune on my STI. Before the tune Anthony showed us around the shop at all the cars that were being worked on. Awesome stuff they have. Got my car on the dyno and Anthony noticed it was breaking up above 15psi. Immediately started troubleshooting. Discovered I had a cracked spark plug on #3 cylinder. There techs jumped right on switched it out and Anthony went back to work. Extremely pleased with Anthony tune and PSI service. Worth the 2.5hr drive. Will be back after some more upgrades!

I had my car tuned back in march in bitter cold but all the folks at psi where more than happy to work with me. They went over my car pre dyno check and found a few flaws without hesitation they allowed me to fix my own car (a plus because i have the capability to do my own work) before setting off on the dyno. I was more than thrilled with the customer service and very satisfied with the outcome of my tuning session! After the next group of modifications to the car i will be back in a heartbeat to spin the rollers again.

This shop sucks...it took them over 90 days to swap a motor and they did everything wrong. Its like taking your car to Lincoln Tech to have it worked. Aside from the horrible work they do the customer service is even worse. Go 5 minutes down the road to RT Tuning. I know 7 people personally all had problems here. They are the worst tuner in the tri-state area

Had several visits here, ranging from parts purchasing to tuning, to a full build / swap. Nothing but good things, lead time is a little long but its better to find a shop thats busy rather than empty.

I brought my 370z to this shop after taking it out of R/T for a big turbo install. Never having work done anywhere but R/T they were extremely backed up and i had a time frame i needed my car done. I want to say the only thing at this shop that was done right was the fabrication. Changing shops was a huge mistake. The day i received my car back i towed it home, i had the car on for about 20 min in front of my door and it had shut off. i spent roughly $7,300 with them not including parts i purchased on the side to be installed. After taking the car to FI performance in Berlin NJ and going over the vehicle we found almost everything done at PSI was done wrong. I had to rebuild my block for a second time with FI performance. Completely did not want to deal with PSI at all as they not only did a piss poor job putting my car together their tuner did a very bad job in result causing my engine to have to be rebuilt again. I contacted the owner out of good faith hoping to get some type of resolution with receipts from FI. I tried to reason with them and request at least some of my money back and it got to the point i was wasting my time as they fired one of the managers i was specifically dealing with and now apparently everything promised to me was no longer their fault since the guy didnt work for them anymore. P.S. Dont sign the waiver as real shops take pride in their work if something breaks or is damaged under or after they have worked on it they will take responsibility. This shop neglected and did a very bad job with my car. My car was built again and made close to 700hp with FI performance in Berlin on a Boosted performance single turbo kit and have not had a problem since. PSI was the biggest mistake i made in 2017. Wish this was resolved off the internet and out of Litigation.

PSI is the best shop in the tri-state area, from basic bolt ons to full out custom motor build they can do it all! The custom fabrication there is on point! The tuner there is amazing by far one of the best! All around great shop, very friendly! Anytime I get ahold of them, I hear back within the hour! Cant wait to go back for more!

Per my latest review (cyiance), this was the condecending response from the owner:“Marc,The vehicle was in for Repairs & Performance work including, Brakes, axle, exhaust, alignment, tuning and some other parts to be installed. This was over the course of 2 months that you would do small parts then come back for additional work. You made an appointment on 5-18-18 to have your radio checked out, along with fixing your front lip that was coming loose. None of which was related to any work done here. The charge for diagnosing the radio was $12.60 we advised there would need to be further diagnosis into your electrical system which had obvious issues, You declined this work because of cost, and immediately wanted it done at no cost to you because unrelated parts were replaced on the car.About 2 weeks ago you had spoken with Sean about bringing the car to actually have a full diagnosis on the electrical issue at hand with the radio. You had stated that the only way the radio would come on or off is if you messed with the headlights switches, or similar to those lines. Which would indicate an electrical issue unrelated to the work we had done, yet again. Unfortunately the weekend that you were Scheduled to drop off the car, you did not and nothing has been spoken about since.Im sorry you feel your vehicle has electrical issues because of an ecu tune but this isnt the case and it just comes down to your lack of understanding of how these systems work which we tried to explain to you. If you would like to further discuss this or have other questions or concerns, please reach out and we would be happy to discuss and try to address your concerns.”To top poor customer service, the owner generated a response riddled with just incorrect information.What was omitted was that 5/18/18 (the scheduled radio check appointment) was the day after the vehicle was originally picked up for the “unrelated issues.” He also failed to mention that the radio issue was presented at pickup, and that an employee of his spent 20 minutes jamming tools into my fuse box trying to resolve the issue, only to conclude the problem was unrelated to the fuses. The tune was never blamed for the electrical issues, PSI was, as they didn’t exist prior to the vehicles 2-month stint at the shop.Cost was never an issue, quality of work was. And the lack there of was the reason my business never returned. The vehicle was brought to professionals, who discovered the issues were related to manual damage in the fuse box.Photos of the receipts will be posted to the PSI facebook page, including the $85 diagnostic. I appreciate the poor attempt to discredit, but I wouldn’t allow PSI to look at my vehicle via video chat after this experience.Again, if you want a broken car and subpar customer service, go to PSI.

I went in to Psi today to talk about a retune as I’m upgrading my drivetrain. Their tuner Anthony aka Drunkmann Tuning took the time to sit down with me and guided me into making a significant amount of safe and reliable power. Chase got me pricing on what I would need and gave me the most economical and cost effective solutions for parts. While I was in I looked at a header and front mount intercooler kit they had fabricated. Just wow! Their kits are fitted and made to YOUR CAR!!! They aren’t mass produced off a jig! I know what I’m saving for!!! Thanks Travis, Don, Chase and Anthony for everything you’ve done for me! Psi DOES it better!

I brought my 2013 Cadillac CTS-V to PSI Proformance for an ECU tune, Corsa exhaust install, and AirRaid intake install, I could not have been happier with the final product. The owner was great with communication, sent me videos of the car being dynod and even detailed the car upon completion. Thanks PSI Proformance for being a trusted adviser. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles back.

If negative stars were available I would choose the lowest for PSI. This is probably the most unprofessional car shop I’ve ever dealt with. Their lack of communication and attention to detail is unparalleled. It was almost as if I had to lead the customer service process myself, otherwise I would get no updates on my vehicle. I spent approximately 4k during my latest servicing job an in return, received an evo X with more issues than it had at drop-off. I initially thought my radio failed, but its falty operation led me to have psi run an electrical diagnostic. Psi did an $85 electric diagnostic & determined it was simply a bad radio... flash forward, my radio wont operate without turning on my headlights, none of my charging ports work, my brand new passenger led headlight will not work, and the list continues... when informed none of these issues existed before their tune, they stated theyll look into it but would have to charge me for the repair, even though it was missed during their initial diag and caused during their initial repair. Go to PSI if you want to spend thousands of dollars for a broken vehicle.

I have a 2015 Mustang GT. I called PSI to ask if they could do a procharger with a wastegate and eboost2 for low and high boost settings. Chase was very helpful, he set me up with everything I needed. Well that was only the beginning.Travis the owner called me to discuss taking an already unique setup a step further. He suggested mounting the Wastegate and B.O.V. to the intercooler. All of the custom fab work is top quality. Travis then spent countless hours tuning on the dyno and on the street to assure drivability was perfect. The car pulled 704/576 with 93pump gas. PSIs work is beyond what I expected, they really are a one stop shop. I am happy to have found a home for my Mustang. Will never take my cars anywhere else.

Dont waste your time. I got the feeling they were only interested in their race car. Customers come 2nd when they need more money. Wanted a custom exhaust done. Nothing crazy. Simple dumps. Needed it high bc of speed bumps at work and hills I have to drive on. I had to wait a week and a half out to have the work done bc of a race they were doing. That was ok with me. Dropped the car off when time and waited over another week just for them to do the work. Everyday was a new excuse. Then they charged twice as much as quoted. Was not happy at all. And to make things worst the exhaust looks like it drags on the ground. Horrible work. Guessing they got tired of hearing from me so pushed the car out. Going to take it somewhere else to have them fix it. Was going to have them do a tune but thankfully I read the reviews and decided against it. Wish I saw them from the beginning.

I wanted to support the local shop but they do not reply to email. Then I called and was told someone would call me right back. No one ever returned my call.

Had them build a custom intercooler setup for my corvette. The piping and fabrication was done right, about the only thing that was done right.. Except for the fact that they lied and dragged on the build for about 4 months (estimate was for 4-6 weeks). Called every week and every week said it would be done the following. Lost half the parts I supplied them that they chose not to use. When I went to pick up the car for tuning they realized the hood wouldnt fit with the intake so they had to quickly makeshift a new intake (what shop doesnt test fit the hood??). Not to mention the hood didnt sit flush with bumper then. I asked for pure speed density and I come to find they installed a maf into piping.. Then dyno tune completed without any street tune?...cmon. Drove car home and was overheating because they never tested fans and one of the relays popped. Probably one of the worst shop experiences I have ever had, and I got to fix all of their mistakes! Take your car somewhere else.

Didnt have a specific fuel I was looking for on short notice but they were super polite, friendly, and even referred me to a place where I could find what i was looking for. Will definitely be going back for future business.

Great tuner, other “techs” not so much

My experience with this shop was far from good. While the guys seemed nice enough, they clearly did not know what they were doing on the dyno. I took my race car to this shop to get dynoed and tuned for a race that I was scheduled to run in that weekend. I was working with TRM Tuning out of GA to do a custom remote tune. I rented the dyno since I figured it would take a few hours for the custom tune. All I needed from these guys was for them to run the dyno and my tuner would do the rest. We would do some pulls, I would email the tuner the files and he would resend a new file to burn into the chip, rinse and repeat. Seemed straightforward enough, well it wasnt. For one, every single pull was inconsistent. Prior to coming here, I had the car dynoed on another dynojet at a reputable race shop and the car was putting out 227whp with about the same conditions. Well on PSIs dyno, with my old chip, the best it registered was ~120whp, which was clearly wrong. Upon swapping chips, pulls ranged anywhere from 130whp to max of 170whp. The only consistency was how inconsistent it was. I ended up spending 6hrs there and never once got any consistent type of readings. The tech basically said that the only other time he seen this was when the engine starting to go out. Total BS, as I know how strong this engine is and just had done a test track day literally 2 days prior to taking the car to their shop. My times were off a few seconds of the car they maintain that has twice as much HP. How can you suggest its the engine that is the issue? I would not recommend these guys for any work related to your race car, maybe if you have a street car you want to tune but not for racing applications. Wasted my entire day and spent quite a bit of money for nothing.#######April 21, 2016 Followup:I wanted to follow up and mention I had the car dynoed on another dynojet and the pulls all came in very consistent of each other around ~225whp and ~205lbs torque. So clearly operator issue when I went to PSI.

So couple months back I called for a tune. 100 bucks to hold my place ok. Within a 24 hour time frame I called back to cancel due to engine wasnt finished. They said np we will put the money back in the card. Perfect, couple days it will be back on your card. I waited 3 days nothing, one week nothing called back they dont understand what had happened so they asked for my card numbers again to retry it. Ok no biggie it happenes. Waited two weeks nothing. Had to go throw the process again. Waited a month nothin. At this point Im pissed cuz Im out 100 bucks. Called back he said he will get this figured out he will call me when he does, never called back. Waited 2 months nothing. Since I needed a mini battery I called them up to order it since I have 100 buck credit. Ok they said will be here Thursday since I called Monday. Thursday comes around no call nothing. They said o now its on back order. Waited 2 weeks still no call nothing . Extremely unhappy I will never give them a chance again. Made this account just to write this. Stay away
