I took my new vehicle here to get inspected and to get my license plate covers taken off because the screws were stripped. They were able to fit me in exactly the date and time I requested due to my busy work schedule and had my vehicle ready by the time I needed it back by. Customer service was excellent from Nick and the gentleman who was training under him and they don’t screw you over with pricing (pun intended). I will for sure be back! Happy customer over here!! Had a great experience everytime we took our cars to C&J Automotive in Lansdale. They are very honest - show pictures and really look for the best deal for parts needed. Very detailed. Glad to have a repair shop within walking distance to our house.

I was scheduled for an oil change but the night before my car started making a crazy loud noise.C&J took care of the oil change and were able to replace the muffler in my car, all within a few hours! Excellent service! Pleasant staff!

CJ promptly got me in for state inspection. They also changed my oil and filter and installed new tires which I provided. Very friendly people and great to work with. Will be back. Jerry

Went today for just an oil change and was warmly greeted by the new owners Jack & Nick. They introduced themselves and passed me off to Ashleigh to coordinate the maintenance that needed to be done for my Jeep. She took all my info and assured me the service would be done within the hour. Upon completion, I received a text and email update with everything that had been done to my car along with a full rundown of how the car checked out. It also shared the technicians information with me so I know who worked on the car. Jack and Nick provided a new customer discount as well. It was convenient to be able to get a car wash right after as well and sign up for their wash club promotion. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs!

I trust this place. Got my inspection done. The technology used to share information is awesome. They take pictures of repair recommendations and gave thorough, comprehensive explanation about the repairs. Easy peasy no stress no mess

If you considering your arrogance as free service/advice when I questioned you about the part you gave that was Opened and obviously previously installed and then you proceeded to ask me if I wanted it or not then charged me almost double what others charge for another part I hardly think anything was free and I still was ripped off!

I have been using the attached car wash and figured I would try the auto repair. Wow! was I happy!! They saved me a bunch of money over previous quoted services from another shop and even threw in a free car wash. I can see why they boast about being a family run business. Very friendly and fair. Exceptional customer service. The service manager is very good at explaining what needs to be done and he even have short videos to show what and how different parts of the vehicle that needs repairs including before and after repairs/maintenance. It was my first time to that repair shop and it’s simply the best. The prices are very competitive and reasonable. In addition the first time customer discount made a big difference! Very nice, professional people who are easy to deal with. Got a good deal on an inspection, and they didnt try to rip me off with unnecessary repairs as mechanics are wont to do when providing a discounted service. Needed 3 new tires and they charged a very fair price for them (I had researched previously). I believe they also offer free loaner cars. I will definitely return in the future and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I have been using Village Auto for about 8 years now. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile. Service is outstanding and always feel like they have my back by making sure that my car is good to go. Also a plus that they offer a free loaner car so that I do not have to miss any work. Loaner car or not I would not trust my car with anyone else.

First time using this shop for my minivan and it needed major repairs. Loaner minivan was awesome so I didnt have to worry if I needed to go somewhere with my kids. The employees are held to a high standard and that is what makes this shop so good. Very professional. Saves you money over the dealerships. From out of town passing through with the kids and got a flat. I was so lucky this place was right down the street. We set up my spare so we could take the kids to jumping jacks to pass time while they ordered a new tire. Once we were wrapped up got a call the tire is ready. Came back and they buttoned everything up. Made a bad situation into a good experience for a stranger from out of town. Service was great and price was reasonable.

This place is a breath of fresh air.With all of these potholes, from the storm, I needed a tire.They gave me a good price, and asked if I wanted them to put it on the car.With my newfound skepticism of all Car people, I asked How Much.I was shocked when they said Oh, dont worry about it. Hell throw it on for you right now.While they were at it, they adjusted the air pressure on the 3 remaining tires.Integrity is not dead yet. Great Shop. Thanks Keith.

I brought my car in for an oil change and told the receptionist that my car needed a specific type of oil, as diesel engines require synthetic. I was brushed off and told that the mechanic would know. After picking my car up, the engine was no longer running right and would frequently come close to stalling. I went back and asked for some proof that the correct oil had been used since the invoice read to the effect of standard oil change. I was told that the correct oil was used and that my car had been performing poorly the entire time. As a result they refused to perform the oil change again correctly.I took my car to another, less conveniently located mechanic who changed the oil again. It came as no surprise that my car began to work normally again immediately afterwards.If you value the investment you have made in your car, I highly recommend you do not bring it here.

Purchased tires from an outside source and went into Village Auto Repair to inquire about putting them on for me same day (to beat a snow storm). Got interrogated on how i acquired these tires and quoted an outrageous $45 per tire. Guy at the counter was extremely rude and off-putting...after the $45 per tire quote i told him it seemed a little high and he stated if you brought meat and bread to a hoagie place dont you think youll pay a premium for the place to make your hoagie. That type of attitude will never get you new customers...went down the road to Interstate service center and paid a very reasonable $30 per tire and was helped with a smile.

Supremely dissapointed and aggravated!!! My car began sputtering a day ago and needed to get it fixed asap. I stopped by autozone for the free engine diagnostic and found out the trouble codes. All I needed was to find a shop that could tell me what the codes meant so that o could fix what i can and leave the rest for a shop to do. I walked in and told the old guy behind the counter what the issue was. He said it would be about $50 for them to check and see what the issue was. Plus a $14 charge for the free loaner... ok... so Im expecting to pay about $65 plus tax... i get a phone call about 4 hours later saying that the car just needs a tune up and it will cost me over $400 to fix... for a tune up... not even a complete tune up mind you, spark plugs, wires, and boots.... thats it.... i called the dealership to see what they charge (cause we all know the dealer is way more expensive) the dealer charged me $215 for the same work. So back to the story, i go to pick up my car, they tell me i have to pay $89 for the diagnostic fee, $14 for the rental, a hazmat charge that was not explained for a grand total of $139 for them to give me the exact same engine codes i gave them earlier that morning... all in all, i went to autozone, spent $60 on the parts i needed and fixed it myself in 1 hour. This place is a complete ripoff and the staff are extremely prejudice! Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
