Backyard Beans Coffee has been a great addition to the Lansdale community. It not only serves great coffee but also amazing customer service! Never had a reason to complain.Nitro cold brew is my go-to while I come by to get some work done. Its smooth, rich, bold, and a hint of chocolate scent hits the spot! Working my way into the pour over. Will update once I get a better grasp on it.Interior is nice and cozy with minimalistic colors (white, wood, black). Oh, and the massive window panel brings in natural lights; this def help with my productivity!Highly recommend to all!

The Coffee shop has brilliant coffee with just as beautiful seating arrangements. While I can go on just about their brew, the whole cafe culture was a delight. The baristas were on top of their game and were quite interactive. That is one more bonus point, right there.

Really awesome little shop. I don’t like coffee so I can’t exactly comment on that aspect, however the hot chocolate and tea was superb. While it’s a bit pricey, I think it’s fair for the quality you get. The atmosphere is so great and simple, not in your face and just chill.I will be returning here again for the friendly service and delicious hot cocoa.

I like to rotate between coffee shops/cafes and this is easily one of my favorites. Great location, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the drinks and food are fantastic. The staff is super sweet too. Finding parking close to the shop may be the only caveat but even then, theres a lot thats about a two-minute walk away.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I’ve gotten coffee a few times but just stopped in for breakfast today and the avocado ricotta toast was amazing. Coffee is always the best in town, staff is friendly. Nice atmosphere and clean. One of my favorite spots in ambler!

This place has great coffee and delicious food! The avocado toast with homemade ricotta it’s so good. I highly recommend. It’s a cute little shop and Lindsay is a great server!

Great place to grab a cuppa and get some work done. Very friendly, non-invasive staff. Was able to sit at the bar, get work done and not be interrupted. The drip coffee has free refills if you are staying in the shop. They seem to enjoy their customers and what they do.

Hands down the best coffee joint in southeast Pennsylvania. Their seasonal blends are very creative and really good. All blends have been great. It has a local coffee shop feel with established brand of quality coffee. You wont be disappointed. I like their coffee so much I bought their snapback and wear it often. Ill advertise for this place.

This coffee shop is beautiful. looking inside finds cozy and gorgeous. I am welcomed with their kind smile. The whole atmosphere brews the best americano ever around. Sweet but not sugary sweet, real fresh and soft with the uniquely roasted aroma.

Service was good decaffeinated coffee tasted horrible. Ive purchased grinds from this place in the past, but today we got brewed cup it tasted not good

Finally made it into this awesome coffee shop! It was pretty refreshing to overhear a couple staff talking to each other about how much they love their jobs here. Such good vibes compared to Starbucks and the other places that just arent passionate about their craft. The owners are also very present and very passionate about quality and service. Apparently this place also serves beer, wine and cider after 2pm. Great place to stop in and get a drink or just meet some friends.

I LOVED the cereal milk scone and beautiful latte I got today! The atmosphere inside (around 11am on a weekday) was bustling with customers and people working on laptops. I loved sitting at the round bar surrounding the baristas and coffee bar. Seems like a great spot to just hang out and pass the time in good company and a trendy environment! I will definitely be frequenting this coffee shop often. I plan to get a breakfast sandwich next time I visit!

This place is amazing! Worth the trip, or 100 trips, in my opinion. Best coffee around. They gave tons of options and if you are dairy free they have plenty of dairy free alternatives. They can even make a latte with maple syrup, best natural maple latte Ive ever had.

What an amazing coffee shop! Stopped here for a small snack before Sahaja Yoga Meditation class next door and the service was quick. Tomato Basil Mozarella flat bread & almond honey croissant were amazing. Delicious Chai and one of the best hot chocolates we have had. Service, ambience and cleanliness all good. Will definitely visit again and recommend to others.

Love Backyard Beans! Its so nice to have a local coffee shop other than Starbucks that is actually good. Every time they give me my latte it always looks so aesthetically pleasing and tastes amazing. Plus it is decorated so nice and modern which makes it a great place to sit and hangout. Sometimes I walk my dog over and sit in their little outside seating area. Great addition to the Lansdale community!

I love Backyard Beans. I have been going there for a little over 2 years and I am never disappointed. The drinks are always so tasty from the seasonal drinks to the drip coffee. My son loves joining me for a trip to the coffee shop. He gets his hot coco which they always make to the right temp and he never burns his tongue. The staff is so friendly and such a joy to see. I highly recommend Backyard Beans!

This is a cute cafe that also turns into a bar!My friends and I went there late afternoon and decided to get a Kombucha cocktail which I thought was so coolIt was pretty good! It also made me feel better about drinking a cocktail since it’s good for the stomach lolThe cafe is small but super cute!

I stopped by here today sort of disappointed in the quality and lack of options . I don’t think I’ll be coming back . I love the environment the have a really nice spot . The coffee is decent nothing special it’s about average the prices are really high. My biggest complaint is there food . The food here is very bland and lackluster and way to over priced. Food that expensive should at lest taste decent . I came by for 2 chia lattes and to Burritos and ended up spending 34$ . That’s pretty expensive for lack luster food. I would of been satisfied and happy to pay that price if the food was good but it’s just not . If you come here skip out on the eats . The coffee is decent though but also over priced.

A beautiful little coffee shop right on the corner of a very popular Street. I really enjoy getting my coffee over here. They have a wonderful app or cider drink that they even made it cold for me when I asked him nicely. Very friendly staff always make me smile. You should definitely try getting punched in the face it is a drink that they sell in the fridge there that definitely made me and the rest of the place laugh

I needed to replenish my coffee supply and stopped by this morning. I also ordered the Bear Hug latte and the breakfast burrito (with the pork sausage). The latte is delicious, but let me tell you that the burrito is one of the best breakfast sandwiches Ive ever had; and its huge.

Love the lavender lattes! The lovely young lady who rings me up is always kind, helpful and patient! Also the pear tart & blueberry muffin are delicious! And who couldnt use a Punch in the Face nitro in a can (and a glass to put it in) when you need some caffeine! Love this coffee, and cant wait to try the kitchen!

While the space is charming and the foods and drinks are tasty, I was surprised on my most recent visit. I know that current events are tumultuous, but I am surprised by the lack of respect shown to me. I have a number of personal reasons that make it a struggle for me to wear a mask. Nick, one of the baristas, asked if I could cover my face when walking through the store. I explained that I have some personal issues that make it difficult for me to wear a mask. He came to me later saying that, in the future, I wouldnt be allowed to sit down; I would only be allowed to order for takeout. I think he handled the situation very poorly, and I am shocked that management allowed him to make such a declaration.

Great food and excellent customer service! It was our first time here today. The chocolate chip scones, hot chocolate, latte, and coffee were delicious. Towards the end, my 6 year old was fidgeting with the lid of her hot chocolate and spilled it all over herself, the table, and floor. Poor girl was so embarrassed, that she burst into tears. I started cleaning up the mess and one of the baristas came over to reassure her in such a pleasant way, help us clean up, and asked her if she’d like a new hot chocolate. Talk about great customer service and springing into action. I didn’t catch her name but she was so sweet. We’ll be back for sure!

Best coffee in town - own roast - and brilliantly prepared

I had the best cappuccino that Ive had in a long while here. They use a nice machine with good quality espresso. The girl was really nice and she added nice touches, like good art on the top. The pricing is reasonable for this type of place. $3 for a cappuccino isnt all that bad. The atmosphere is refreshingly modern. Not cozy or trendy, but a good place to feel relaxed or productive due to the openness of the shop.

Stopped having coffee because it was too harsh for the gut.Saw you guys from the 2020 Good Food awards with your Ethopia Basa light roast and wanted to give it a try. For the first time in years I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee that was delicious and not feel as if I will die soon after. I will be ordering more, its the best light roast Ive ever had.

Always loved the coffee and atmosphere here but just tried the food for the first time and the breakfast sandwich I got (called Shore Points) was DELICIOUS! Soft roll and overall good construction, and gooey cheese Id never heard of called raw milk cheddar but it was blissful.

Wonderful coffee shop right along Main Street. Good place for work, study or small business meeting. Very nice layout and seating arrangement. Can sit at counter in center or at window and watch the town scene or take a more private seat along the back. Coffee is delicious. I love the cozy atmosphere.

Each time Ive walked into Backyard Beans, I was greeted by every employee that I encountered. Its extremely laid back with quick service. Quite possibly the best spot for coffee within 10-20 miles in my opinion.

This is craft coffee at its finest. You can always tell the quality of a coffee shop by their pour overs, Backyards are some of the best and you actually taste the flavor notes in the single origin coffees. Great cold brew as well and great feel inside where all the roasting is done in house.

I was recently home for thanksgiving on break from college, and I just had to stop by here to grab some coffee to bring back to school! Punch in the face is a must for me as I am about to tackle finals, it is delicious and without a doubt the best dark roast coffee I have ever had. The Gentleman that helped me out was very kind and prompt to give me very good customer service right as I walked into the store.
