Minute Clinic nurse is rude! We went to get my daughter’s physical for her driver’s license and didn’t know I needed to bring my own form. The nurse was so rude but grabbed a print out for me. My daughter said that when they went back to the room she was talking about me as if my daughter wasn’t in the room. Totally unprofessional! The nurse practitioner, however, was very nice.
Dont come to Valley Forge CVS Pharmacy location, the People are awful, theyre not friendly, impatient, and rough to service and take care the customer, I always have a bad experience after pick up my prescription, and thinking move to another location soon...!!!
I would give them no stars if I could, considering the fact that I was turned away for a cough at 3pm because the technician just didnt want to be there. She said there was no possible way she could see me without a negative covid test, so I bought a rapid test From the same cvs, did it in the car, and came back in with a no doubt about it negative test. She still turned me away saying tests can come out negative even if youre positive and proceeded to lie saying they were closed early for Mothers Day. They closed at 5 and this conversation happened at 3:30 pm. She also said I have someone coming in at 4, and thats my last appointment another lie, and either way I came back and did what she said, youd think she would have time in the 30 mins to look down my throat and prescribe me antibiotics. she Was extremely rude, and tried to make us feel irresponsible for coming back in with a negative test, just like she asked. I dont know her name, but whoever was working may 9th on Mothers Day should go through some extra training. good thing I could drive down the street to someone who was competent at another cvs.
The store is fine. The pharmacy is awful. Ive had a couple good experiences here including getting a flu shot. Overall my experiences have been negative. Just a couple minutes ago they finally answered the phone after TWENTY MINUTES ON HOLD. I driving home and I go past CVS right before my apartment complex on Snyder Road. So Im still on hold, 19 minutes and counting when I decide to just pull in and go in person since Im driving by. I literally park, turn my car off, transfer my call to my phone and as Im about to get out someone answers. No apologies for the wait or inconvenience. I understand were in a pandemic but it takes 10 seconds to pick up the phone and ask me to hold. Then at least I know someone knows Im calling and will get back to me. The line takes forever even if its short. And they constantly hound you if you dont pick up your prescription within like 3 days of getting it filled.
Waited for the Pharmist to come and council my daughter how to use her epipen then she came and told a 12 years old here is instructions to read really do you think we can’t to this .
While Scheduling a flu vaccination I had it all set and then they asked for my Medicare insurance number. My CVS has it in their computer. Why should I risk compromising it on the internet?
Went to the Minute Clinic for the first time the other day and had a great experience. The Nurse Practitioner, Kelly, was awesome! She was friendly and knowledgeable. We really appreciated the time she took to explain things to us. That is something that is missing at the doctors these days. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know!
The whole minute clinic concept is totally lost in this place! They advertise that walk ins are welcome. Well, believe me you are welcome to sit there the whole day with their system! If you walk in and register, you will sit and wait for every other person who logs in online. You will actually sit there for hours as people will be seen before you. What a terrible system! And when questioned about it, the person working there pulls attitude with me and tells me I should have logged in online if I dont like it??? I will never use CVS ever again and definitely not this location! I recommend you use another facility. I gave one star because you cant give zero stars as a review! I am a business owner and if I treated my customers like this I would be out of business!!!
I don’t get it. These businesses that open at 7am but don’t open until 7:15 or 7:20. You wonder why Amazon is taking over. I’m at CVS on valley forge and the door is still locked. 3 girls inside talking and standing around, unaware I have things to do. It’s absolute incompetence and ignorance. Now I will go to Walgreens and hope for a better outcome.
Shoutout to George for being so helpful! He was professional & quick. He made my experience much more positive than my last.
They are nice people!
Up until today, I had only minor inconveniences stemming from this locale, but as soon as I finish writing this I will be transferring my script to another pharmacy. This was not the first time a script wasnt ready when I arrived to pick it up, but this time I was promised it would be ready no later than 12:28pm (One hour after I placed a call to the automated system.) Arrived at about 1:30pm to pick it up and was told that no attempt was made to fill it, and was asked if it would be okay if I drove back at 3pm.I would generally wait until I get a confirmation call from their automated system telling me the script is ready, if not for the fact that I stopped receiving those calls months ago, so its 6 to 5 and pick em whether your script will ready when you arrive. The last time prior to this that I was in here, I picked up a prescription and the person at the counter turned to the senior pharmacist to see if it was ready. Oliver? He repeated to the man at the counter. The clerk nodded. The senior pharmacist flashed a wry smile and began chuckling, and the clerk joined in.I can only surmise that these two unprofessional weasels were laughing because of the medication I was being prescribed and what it is used to treat, as nothing else seemed plausible. I couldnt be sure that was why they laughed, but it seemed prompted by the mere mention of my name. That aside, it is todays incident in which your pharmacists deliberately made the choice to skip filling my prescription which has forfeited business to one of your competitors. That, and everything else.
This store is a joke . The people there could give a flying you know what about customer service . I watch as the use there fingers touching pills as they count them . If you are looking to be treated like a piece of trash this is the store for you. They will make it clear to you that CVS is not interested in making sure you have your meds. They will text you call you about everything they can but when it’s something that is important to you they could care less. I have waited over a week and a have to get heart medication from them that my doctor send 9 days ago . Then the lady on the phone could act like she has everything better to do but help you . Go anywhere else but this place . I’m a unsatisfied customer for 14 years now .
So slow! I worked for CVS as a pharmacy tech in high school/college and we never took as long to ring out customers, answer the phones, manage the drive thru as this location does. I usually wait 10 minutes or more in the drive thru and if I go into the pharmacy. I have never gone here and not had a line for the pharmacy. This location is always busy and seems very understaffed considering the size of the location. If our pharmacy was ever super busy, the store manager, assistant manager or key holder would come back and help ring out. Get it together! Im also writing this while on hold to speak to the pharmacist and was on hold for 12+ minutes before someone answered.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Not sure they know the definition of minute being a short period of time. Made an appointment and yet we must wait at least 30 mins after that time to even be seen. Last time we were here 2 hours even though we had an appointment. Today I need a simple TB Test and my appointment was at 4:10 and its already 15 mins past my time and havent seen anyone. Will probably be another 30 mins to see anyone. Miss Walgreens Minute Clinic
Never an issue. Its also common knowledge that no pharmacy is open 24/7, pharmacists gotta go home sometime! Also yes an alarm issue does get you that many cops...happened to me at home when my house alarm was set off.
Awful experience. Had an appointment for a 5 minute covid test and it took almost 50 minutes before I could get it taken care of. Dont ever go here
Waited for 40 minutes for my test. Then she helped the lady next to me first. Horrible service.
Disgusted with this pharmacy. I ran up to the window at 5:01, 3 people where visible. I mouthed to the girl can I please pick up my prescription. She makes a motion indicating no, we are closed. I think it would be a decent thing to give at least a 5 minute window. And maybe don’t look directly into someone’s eyes and just give a straight up nope. No compassion, disgusting customer service. Epitome of crappy humans, and an awful business. I will definitely be switching pharmacies and will never shop at cvs again.
Absolutely humiliated by a pharmacist at this location... I could forgive them for repeatedly not having my script ready when I arrived to pick it up, but I wont be caught dead in a CVS again.
Seems to be a very clean and well kept store.
The sign states its open 24 hours, that is for the store only. The pharmacy is no longer 24 hours, luckily my child is no longer little and I dont have a need to get a script at 2 in the morning.
Please dont call yourself a 24 hour pharmacy if your pharmacy window is closed. CVS should be ashamed. Sick people need to be able to depend on you. Your misleading open 24 hours caused a family member additional pain and suffering because your 24 hour pharmacy wasnt really 24 hours. Your actual pharmacy closed at 5PM on Sunday not to reopen until 8AM Monday. Where was that little detail on you web site that posted in bold letters open 24 hours? Again, your misleading posting, open 24 hours should be clarified. Shame on you.
Cant say enough good things about Ms Ramos in the Minute Clinic. She was kind, professional and thorough.
I visited the minute clinic today and saw the nurse practitioner Beth. I had a pretty terrible sinus infection - 4th one in as many months - Beth was amazing. She talked to me about my chronic allergies - for which I minimally treat because I hate taking meds - and convinced me its time to do something about it (I have talked to multiple drs and allergists over the years and none was as empathetic and kind and just plain honest with me as Beth. I really appreciate her and this minute clinic; so glad to know this place exists in our neighborhood.
I would go anywhere but here. Staff is rude and obnoxious. F minus rating. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.
Pharmacy staff is fast and accommodating
Slow and a nasty day time cashier ..not my favorite CVS .
The MinuteClinic woman was extremely rude and not helpful. Anyone can click buttons to get an answer. She was flat out ignorant. Her name is Kelly.
Horrible service in the pharmacy. Rude and dishonest.
Why be open 24 hours without a pharmacy being open like it used to be
This is my go to pharmacy. Friendly staff.
The pharmacy closes at 9.
Big store
Because they take care of you well, they are very kind to you
