Dirty, broken cash registers, aisles jammed to the point of not being able to maneuver (Im disabled and use a cane so was not able to access a good portion of the merchandise). Overall, a completely unenjoyable shopping experience. Would not recommend to anyone

This place is dirty, the floors havent been cleaned in over a month. Catch more than covid in this dirty, understocked, understaffed store. They should just shut it down.

They haven’t been open EVERY time I stop there. No matter what time of day... I stopped there at 11am one day and seen the manager sitting outside on his phone smoking a cigarette... asked if they was going to open and he just shrugged and said “nah” ... what in the actual F..... whoever manages this family dollar needs to be relieved of their job. Period.

Incredibly unreliable store. Half the time its closed due to staff shortages, or broken registers. Thats just a cop-out to say the store cant be run in the state its in.Its also a huge mess, cluttered, there are loads of out-of-stock displays, and overstock litters the sales floor. No store should be run like this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Last 3 weeks Ive shopped there 3 times, but stopped by to TRY and shop multiple times. Registers are down nearly every time I stop. Aisles are filthy and cluttered with blackstock. 100% lazy staff who neither care, nor deserve their jobs.

Store is always filthy. Floor looks like it hasnt been mopped in years. Then I get to the counter and no employees. They are all taking a smoke break at the same time 🤦‍♂️

Website and phone both say they close at 10pm but they were closed at 5:25pm when I got there.

This store is so dirty and understaffed come on people I would hate to see the houses you live in. Take some pride in your workplace

It was a fast and efficient way to get what I need and get out and the gentleman at the register was very polite.

Found every product that I needed. They didnt have shopping carts so please be advised if your getting a lot of things 2 baskets should be needed until they get some carts but overall I got everything I came in for and more!!!!

This particular Family Dollar is more uniquely manage. E.G this location carries lots more verity in its entirety. In my opinion its the best family Dollar franchise in the Lansing area.

Pretty standard Family Dollar. ...Easy parking right next to the store....Cashiers are cheerful and chatty on the day I was there.... in and out in about 10 minutes☺

After having looked online for products they carry (and not finding what i was looking for), i have phoned them 3 times. All 3 times the person answering the phone is the cashier, and is not only busy but refuses to get a co-worker to take the call. Bad customer service.

Always a complete mess, clothes everywhere, no organization. The female manager is rude and extremely unprofessional. The only good thing is the guy who works there is always nice.

Not my Favorite Family Dollar intown. Needs cleaning and very disorganized. Stuff all over the place and you have to maneuver around boxes and items in the isles. I feel it may be because the stores too small for what they try to sell out of it. The workers are very friendly.
