I have been privileged to know these people since I was a young boy and watch my uncles in family use them throughout the years Willy and the whole crew up there at Beacon are the best they get all of our orders correct and go out of their way to make sure we are taking care of honesty and quality are prevalent in their business thank you guys

Great to work with, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Do to some delays on my end, they held my materials there for several weeks until I was ready for them. Delivery was fast and very professional. I would recommend them and use them again.

When it was Fox Brothers they were great to deal with then went out of there way to help customers, the new Beacon company was a total east of time seems they only want to deal with contractors, I got the feeling I was a bother to them, I’ll never go back.

Called to order a replacement screen. Seems rather simple and straightforward. Passed along the dimensions and original order number. Never heard back. Called and left a voicemail. Nothing. Dead silence. I spoke with some other people who experienced a similar response. Pretty ridiculous. Not sure how these people expect this to work long term.

The tank out front is an M60. They were not used in the Vietnam war. (M48 A3 with 90 mm main gun were used. Light weight Sheridan tanks came in 1969)

Very disappointed 😞. Was told everything is in stock so I drove an hour to pick up an order to find out that things were back ordered. Now I have to wait 6 days for my parts.

Ordered stone for our new porch. Nice guys and fair pricing. I have now ordered twice from them, and both times the stone was delivered on time and in good shape, wrapped on pallets to protect the boxes from the weather. We will need more stone next spring and will definitely get it from Fox Bros.

Replacement windows due to broken seals ordered October 2019. Still waiting for installation.

This place is the biggest joke of a company that could possiblybe! I order products and we wait and wait and wait for ourproduct to be delivered,then call and no one knows anything.I will be changing supplier asap.Someone needs to step upand take charge of this unorganized place they call a company!!!WHAT A DISASTER!!!! :(
