First time I had to use this service. I was very happy with the sweeping they did. Gave me heads up about potential problems to keep an eye on. No high pressure sales to do extra work. Local business will be supported by me. Would use them again.

Professional service at an affordable price. Shawn showed up at precisely the appointed time. Did a thorough cleaning and inspection of our fireplace and chimney. Work was done in a thorough, timely and clean manner. Additionally, there was no up selling of services or products, just an acknowledgment of repairs that I could do myself. I would highly recommend their work and services and I will be a customer of theirs in the future.

Shawn (the employee) arrived early to the appointment, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He did a great job cleaning the chimney, and pointed out we didnt need a new damper, only a chimney cap (it was missing). I look forward to being able to use my chimney now!

Wonderful company! Came out and actually got on my roof, took photos and sent me a quote showing exactly what needed to be done. I had other places just drive by, snap a photo of my chimney and send me a quote for $600 MORE than what I was being charged by Professional chimney sweeping. The woman who schedules appointments was very nice and listened to.my concerns. I appreciate having my chimney fixed properly, in a timely fashion and not being quoted for services I didnt need. Thank you, I will be glad to recommend this company in the future.

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. The inspector never showed up. I called for a status update multiple times, left a voicemail, and never heard back from them. I’m very surprised their overall rating on Google is as high as it is. Extremely unprofessional company; you’d be better off hiring a different company in the area.

Left a message about service and was promptly called back. We discussed our need for an assessment of our chimney since we had recently taken on a foreclosure home.The technician arrived early and proceeded to first assess any damages. He found some issues and provided pictures. He was able to complete the cleaning and provide an estimate for repairs. The entire visit our technician was very curteous and friendly. The answered questions and gave some insight on the condition of our chimney.We went ahead with the repairs and again everything was good. Repairs are done and they even warrenty the repair. The experience was great and I feel their prices are fair, if not good for the level of service provided. I have recommended them to a few peolpe already and wont hesitate to recommend them to you too.
