I’m shocked GM doesn’t have a policy to keep their dealerships in check. I reached out to GM customer service and was told all they do is make the dealership aware of the complaint.Carl Black gmc Worst service department ever. And the service manager refuses to call me back. They changed the oil and crushed the filth with the oil wrench a couple months later the crease doing a leak. I lost 90% of my oil going down the interstate. One year old Yukon xl denial kept getting service engine light and doesn’t run right. Carl black said it was my fault. The said I some how perfectly crushed the oil filter while driving. They refused to take any responsibility and said their gut feeling my car was ok.YOUR JUST A NUMBER AT CARL BLACK.
