My boyfriend went to get a used tire at their place in Waverly and Holmes about a little over a month ago and they charged him $25 (keep in mind he has an Infinity G35) today when I needed a used tire (I have a Chevy Malibu) I remembered what a good deal he got here so I decided to go here, plus it was right down the street and I didn’t think my car could make it any where further (I had JUST got the flat after hitting a huge pothole) so I told the guy I needed a used tire and he said it would be $50!!! I looked at him like he was crazy and asked him why is it so much when he just charged my boyfriend $25. He got all hostile and said “I never charge that low! He didn’t get it here from me!” He was completely lying because I was with my boyfriend when he got the tire. I said to him “Yes you did! 50 dollars for a used tire is ridiculous! The most I’ve ever paid is $30” (which is true!) he then said to me “well that’s the price, you can go somewhere else if you don’t like it” if I could have I would have!! I had no option but to let him do it. He totally ripped me off just because I’m a girl! He ended up charging me $70 ($50 for the tire and $20 to bend the rim back in place) and I know for a fact he charged me more because I’m a girl because a guy came in right as I was leaving and he told the guy $30. Never going back there!!!

I got my car in June 2017 and the second day I had it a brake caliper went out costing me $450. Then, the check engine light has consistently been on. I finally took it to a shop and with all the problems it has theres over $1,000 to be repaired with power steering, engine problems, struts, and now tire issues. I also paid way too much for the car and they were extremely stubborn on lowering the price. Before I bought the car I had it checked at a shop down the road from Mikhos because obviously Im going to get it checked and Mikhos kept asking me where I was getting it checked at, which I found very strange. Im sure the place has some sort of deal with Mikhos. Avoid going here. I also signed all the papers in a liquor store that this place owns which is extremely unprofessional. Im beyond frustrated I even bought this car.

Dont trust this dealership. They knowingly sell bad cars. They buy cars at auction then duct tape them to run well enough to sell while turning off the check engine light display. Youve been warned.

Do not buy anything from any of the Mikhos stores. The used tires place on Pennsylvania and jolly lack basic customer service save your money and just buy a new tire not worth dealing with rude employees.

Not at all impressed. Vehicle we looked at had major repairs made to it but they didnt know anything about it. Several vehicles were seen on site that were being put back together. I didnt like it, $$$ too high
