Towne Interiors was incredibly helpful and quick! I had to get new carpet in a hurry in order to list my house to sell and they came out the day I called them with perfect samples and took the measurements. Six days later they came back and installed it beautifully. I can’t guarantee six day installation of course haha but they were incredibly helpful when I was in a pinch. Lovely people. Lovely carpet.

I am delighted to share my opinion of Towne Interiors because of the excellent service(s). Right before Thanksgiving I purchased new carpeting for my master bedroom. Emily, Towne Interiors CSR (customer service rep) greeted me with a listening ear, evaluated my thoughts, and then made several professional recommendations based on my particular taste. Emily, provided me with samples of high quality carpets at a price I could justify. Working with Emily was comfortable for me and allow me to make a selection on a color and pattern I was excited to purchase. After confirming the warehouse had the carpet in stock the installation date was schedule with only a small down payment required. Even during the Corvid-19 restrictions my carpet was delivered and professionally installed as scheduled. I highly recommend Towne Interiors locally owned and operated for all your home improvement needs.

Don and Emily were very helpful in aiding me with choosing the right flooring for my house. We looked at different manufacturers samples and I was able to take samples home to view them in my homes lighting situation. We did a lot of back and forth comparisons to help me make the right choice and I am happy to say it was the right choice. I started with them in Lansing, my home town and went to other stores to see their product. No other staff was as helpful as Towne Interiors. I am happy to support a local business.

I recently had carpeting and hardwood flooring put in our home. Don was knowledgeable and an active participant in the whole process. I appreciate the care and attention he gave me. Also, Don has an incredible eye for color. On two occasions, I needed stain to match some nearby wood and both times he was able to take a stock color and add color to it, to perfectly match the other wood pieces. I have been a customer of Towne Interiors for over 20 years, and I will continue to use them for all my paint, stain, flooring, and tile needs! I highly recommend Towne Interiors.
