OK...there are NO Family Dollars near me in North Texas so when I see one I usually stop. Well this weekend is our Family Picnic so I needed some aluminum pans.First the cashier charged me for 4 aluminum pans when I only had 3. It took the manager Brittany, several minutes to come up from the sales floor to refund me the cost of the other pan. So, then I was given the refund and the pans were put back in my bag but when I got to my sisters house, I only had 2 of the 3 pans I paid for. (Sigh) I called the number on my receipt and the manager answered the phone. I told her who I was and asked her if she accidentally kept one of my pans. She said no but said I could come back to the store and get another one. Huh?? If the pan is not there why give me a free one? Anyway I opted NOT to make another trip to FD and may think twice about visiting again.

Zero Stars. This store doesnt follow their own company policies. When asked why they werent following company policies, the response was rude. One employee say that She didnt have to follow anything. Wow!!! Not to mention that the store wasnt very clean, nor did the computerized registers work properly. Needless to say, I will never shop there again. I gave a one star only because I had to in order to post this. If you want good customer service and to shop in a clean and organize store, dont shop this place.

Family Dollar stores never have what I need I have to go down the street to the Dollar General store and get what I need

I was an assistant manager for 3 and half years at this exact store. Dont shop here. A disappointing experience. If you want clean and friendly, go elsewhere, please.

First of all I visit this store on a regular basis. I have never had a bad experience nor has any one of the staff members been rude. As a matter of fact they’ve been extra kind as I know I can never find what I’m looking for as I rush thru the store and I’m always bugging them as to where things are located. They’ve kindly stopped whatever they are doing and show me. I don’t go to any other store because of how great their customer service is. Keep up the good work and thank you.

I drive across town to this location because the staff is always courteous and helpful. As both a patron and a former Family Dollar employee I can honestly say this store is run efficiently and well managed.

Didnt find what I was looking for but I did leave with things not on my list!!!!

I am a regular customer i go in at least 12x a week!! Alize and Sidney are doing such a wonderful job!! They always ask me if i found everything alright. Alize points out all the sales Sidney make sure things are running smoothly....props to them two ladies😍

Great customer service on the bus route affordable prices

I walked around, picked up a few things. Sat them down to grab something else. When they seen the stuff they asked if it was mine. Uncomfortable I answered no. The lady checked the camera and followed me through the store until I left. She even accused me of stealing when I was checking if I had enough money. Maybe it was a rough day, but I didn’t deserve to be stalked through the store over some makeup on a counter.

Low price neighborhood stores

A little hard maneuvering around the store since they were doing new l about and stocking shelves. Still a good place to go to pick up a couple of essentials.
