Dr V.is the best doctor I have seen in 15 yrs. He is the reason I am alive today. Highly recommend him to anyone needing help.

Out of the several methadone maintenance programs I have been on or dealt with, both in Baltimore and in CO and NYC Man Alive is by FAR the best. I have not had a single bad experience there, in almost two years. They work with you to help make methadone maintenance less of a burden and sincerely try to help with any issues that may arise. Add good counselors, mental health support (therapist and psychiatrist) in the same building. Also, for those with anxiety issues, they allow patients who are prescribed benzodiazipines, which can be a big issue for those seeking methadone treatment. Man Alive is a great program. Having been on and seen other clinics, Man Alive should not be taken for granted. Great program, very highly recommended.

Ive been on several different programs throughout the state, this program is the best Ive been on. This is the only program that Ive been clean on. Great staff,staff will do anything to help you as long as you want the help.If you want to get clean this is the program for you but you got to want it and do the work nobody is going to hold your hand its up to you.If you want it bad enough they are there to help you along the way. This place saved my life just turned 7 years ago & I am so grateful for everything theyve done for me! They been backwards for there patients & if it wasnt for them my children may not have a mother thanks to Man-Alive-Lane WhichTreatment Center is the 1st place & I have been to many other places for help & it wasnt anything like the help, respect, love & compassion like Man-Alive-Lane Treatment Center Ive never ever trusted anywhere, anywhere until I went to Man-Alive-Lane Treatment Center & they treat ghme like a human being & Im not using anymore because of the help they have given me!!!On days I get stressed out & worried about everything theyre there for me & like for example if Im going through something stressful & hurting theyre there for me they dont just help me stay clean,they are myside with things in life all together &If I think about drinking alcohol or using I can call or drop by Man-Alive-Lane Treatment Center to talk to someone & theyre there to talk & help me find a solution best for me,they truly care about me & to be honest I dont trust anyone anywhere & I wouldnt go anywhere else they take great care of me of me & its not just using & drinking its really is so much more like a second home with a second set of family & friends who care for you! Just heard there was a shooting at this clinic this morning. Guy got medicated then came back with a rifle and started shooting. I wouldnt go here. Go to Riverside Treatmnet Services. They have 3 locations. Rosedale, Edgewood and Lansdowne. Everyone that goes there has nothing but good things to say. The owners came from another clinic that was not doing things the right way and brought most of the employees with them. The owners are always on site checking in with every patient they see. You should think about transferring!!!

Man Alive Has a wonderful staff that is always willing and ready tohelp you with all of the aspects related to treatment with Great support groups covering all broad range of issues. I am compelled to note a counselor who for me has ALWAYS made the time to hear my concerns despite her hectic schedule. : Bridget S As with most staff there goes the extra mile to assist guide and recommend for there practice and programs. As well as recommended other services So this B /S about only the MONEY is complete bunk ! consider this is a business and funding Revenue and patient needs for any Non profit are always paramount and play an important factor in deciding the beat allocation of funds. so for this ADDICT. .. Worst clinic EVER. They just want your money. They dont help people who are actually changing for the better. You can be the biggest CRACKHEAD, AND STILL DO HEROIN. They are pathetic. So glad I found a Real place. Anyone that wants real help, go to CONCERTED CARE GROUP ON 25th. MAN ALIVE SUCKS.
