Pretty laid back for Walmart pharmacy is great and will help you out with any needs and the store stays pretty well stocked

This is regarding the gas station.The ATM wasnt working, so I told the cashier and she looked at me with a dumbfounded look on her face. Her response was, what do you want me to do about it?A responsible person would have taken my name and number. So the manger could call me back. But, she acted like I did something wrong, because I told her the machine wasnt working.The ATM charges $3.00 everytime you use it.I asked her to put a sign on it so other people wouldnt waste there money on it.She made a comment someone did complain earlier. But, its not her problem!!!!What ever happened to common courtesy? For your fellow man and woman?Doesnt anyone, care about anybody, anymore?

One stop shopping. It would be nice if the company would use the registers that are available instead of consistently having 1 or 2 cashiers. I dont mind ringing myself up, except when I have a lot of items

Rude staff not many staff to begin with and literally the one Walmart that does not take wic and does not have it posted nor doesn’t tell u tell after everything has been scanned in.

Clean store, the sport and toys sections are smaller thank average stores, products availability can be improved.

The staff was good, but I waited a long time in the 20 item limit line with a couple at checkout who had way more than 20 items. Then, by the time I reached the register, the one next to me opened. Nice! Maybe there should be a 5% charge on every item over 20 in the 20 item limit isle.

This store is always good to me. Shelves are stocked the people are tired but they still help you. If I worked retail I’d be grumpy too. I appreciate them nonetheless! Great job Walmart team!

We had to call a manger to help out and only one line open.waited about twenty minutes. With a cashier. But everyone else was fine

Good walmart. Large selection of items at reasonable prices. I like the hardware section where I can get a new outlet cover, a waterproofing paint, and a gas can all in a few aisles. The mens shirts with recent cultural references for 6-$7 are a great deal. Ive bought them before and they stand up well to multiple washings. I bought some organic fertilizer in the garden department, but they did not carry chicken feed. The store is so large I use their APP to look up items and find what aisle they are in, it works GREAT 👍 ALSO the barcode scanning function can help confirm a price if the shelving is unclear.The food section is my least favorite part but thats okay i dont go there for that. Store is clean and employees leave me alone. 5/5

It’s a Walmart. It isn’t especially clean, it isn’t stocked incredibly well. There are great deals to be had if you check though.

I dont really know why anyone writes specific reviews about a Walmart. Everyone I go to is the same. Terrible produce, smells like pee and bleach, if you spend more than 30min in one you will see a fight, unionless employees hate themselves and the customers, only 2 registers will be open, the bathroom is filthy, the fitting room is closed and the list goes on....

I do not like giving one-star reviews but there were so many things wrong here.I usually stick to other Walmart locations as past experiences have been questionable at best at this location. Today my wife ordered a particular purse that was out of stock at three other area locations. The ordered was filled here. Came to the pick-up area to pick it up.1. Had to check-in three times to get it to stick in the app with my parking space. Parking space signs were laminated paper zip-tied to the poles and weathered. All other locations Ive seen have more professional painted metal signs.2. Waited twenty minutes before calling the number because nobody came out with the item. Took several rings for someone to pick up.3. They substituted another purse (didnt know Walmart did substitutions - all previous orders were cancelled if the item wasnt found) that was completely different...and hideous in my wifes opinion.4. Employee kept repeating that the normal person who handles orders called off and she was new at this - just do the best you can to help your customer - this is not your customers problem.The manager did at least credit the item back right away so we didnt have to come in to wait in line.

These are my opinions: Last week, I talked to store management about employees not wearing masks as the Governor of Michigan requires. In my opinion, approximately 20% of employees at this location were either not wearing masks or were not wearing them correctly over both the nose and mouth. After seeing the same approximately 20% situation today, I asked to see the Manager on Duty (MOD) again. I was at the front of the store and asked an employee named Adam to call the MOD so I could see him about the mask situation. Adam did not have a mask on appropriately (it was around his neck instead of his face) and Adam became irate and walked around me at the front registers angrily ranting and raving at me for literally about 5 minutes until the MOD arrived. I told Adam at one point that he wasnt doing himself any favors acting the way he was acting. After another couple of minutes of ranting and raving I told him in a nice flat tone of voice that he was only making things worse for himself and he should probably shut up. He told me he wasnt going shut up and yelled at me that I should shut up. When the Manager showed up the manager was nice and thanked me because (paraphrased) he wouldnt know about issues like these unless customers let him know. I get my prescriptions at this location. I am in the high risk category for COVID-19. So, lets see, should employees have to wear uncomfortable masks versus customers, especially high risk customers, potentially getting sick and risking death? I think the answer is obvious. In addition to talking to the local management today, I called the corporate headquarters describing my visit today. I went in there at like 8:30pm to buy earrings an was standing there for 25 mins with no help not knowing until 30 mins later the jewelry section closing at 8pm. Plus the dude went on the intercom an said jewelry department when it was passed 8p.m already so how would you not tell me that 25 mins..

Today was a good time of the day and workers were helpful when needed. Sometimes I wonder around walmart looking for help but today the help came to me. Multiple workers checked with me to make sure I could find what I needed. There was no line when checking out and stock on products was high so I found everything I needed and more!

I love what wide variety of options that Walmart offers . And the store is always clean and staff is helpful friendly and also out of the way I rarely see them stocking in isles during store hours @least thats been my experience while shopping . Items are easy to find and again the C.S. reps working can point you where to go and do so happily . Never had a bad experience at this Walmart located in the Eastwood Town Center on the Northside of Lansing Michigan.

There is an overall lack of supervision at this store. Not sure what the security gates are for. It felt like attending highschool on the wrong side of town. There were a number of employees milling around the front of the store with no particular purpose which added to that vibe. (Maybe they have been replaced by the security gates?) Guess someone should have told them.The service desk kept paging overhead for departments that likely had no one working in them. I felt bad for whomever was waiting on hold. (Mental note: Dont call the store, you likely wont get what you need.)The clerk working in the childrens department seemed to be working hard and was knowledgeable and very helpful. Numerous others seemed to have no direction or purpose to what they were doing.Maybe they could start by picking things up and putting them away and carrying a phone so the operator wouldnt be paging incessantly. Just a thought. On the up side, I found some of what I was looking for. It was even on clearance for 2 dollars and not made in China for once. Parking wasnt bad, the lines were short and I was able to get in and out relatively quickly.

I love using WalMart Pharmacy. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. I thank Mr. Brian Stoddard for his positive attitude, and always willingness to help or answer any of my questions or concerns. I HIGHLY recommend using The WalMart Pharmacy in the Eastwood Town center.

Im so tired of the rude workers. This latest experience just made it to where Ill never EVER shop at this WalMart again. Navid in electronics is full of attitude and doesnt want to be there. I was trying to buy a laptop or desktop and it made it seem as though looking to see if they had a laptop in stock was too much work. The eye rolls didnt help either. He was also rude to an elderly lady looking for headphones, couldnt walk over there and show her but pointed and spoke with attitude. I dont understand why all the workers EXCEPT the door girl and the order pick up people are RUDE and act like its too much work to do their job. This isnt counting the lady that hit my 6 year old child with a clothing rack because she didnt want to move around the school supplies.

Ive had a number of umbrellas and most of them Totes brand. I can usually keep them for quite a while (as long as the kids dont play with them) as I am careful not to abuse them. I purchased one today from Walmart for $15 and it broke after the second use. Didnt abuse it, but one of the plastic connectors just broke. Also, this one felt more flimsy than other Totes Ive owned and even the handle felt loose. I guess the quality has gone down sometime during the last few years.

This place isnt very clean and it smelled like sewage the last time I was there.

Its an okay walmart. The only reason why I shop here vs. Okemos is convenience. This particular Walmart doesnt seem to stock things very well, especially clothing. If you go to the clothing a day or two after new items have been put out, it will be picked over and will not have all of the appropriate clothing sizes. Same goes for shoes. IEmployees here also seem indifferent about their jobs, which I cant really say I blame them. But typically, no one greets me and no one is excited to help me find items. It is nearly impossible to find a staff member when you need assistance when youre shopping, and real people checkout lanes are almost never opened, or theyre always a VERY long wait compared to their computerized lanes. Overall, this walmart is very so/so. Do I love it? No. Do I avoid it? No. It is...just sorta there for certain things when i need it.

This is the bad Walmart in town. Bad selection, always messy and customer service is just closed at random times. The staff won’t do anything for you but can you really blame them? Do yourself a favor and drive to okemos

This is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to. Most of the shelves were completely empty. Seriously, whole aisles that were completely empty. They did not have a single item I was looking for in stock. I ended up going to Meijer that had everything I needed.

So I went in looking for summer dresses and I could only find one black (not even that summery *sad*) dress but, other than that specific disappointment, overall experience, convenience, helpful & friendly staff (↩that ones for Erin...my most current kindred spirit siting!) this store is great! thanks!

Not a super Walmart. No produce and limited food options

For the first time in awhile I enjoyed a pleasant shopping experience in Wal-Mart. This store was clean And very well organised all employees had masks on and the prices were good. The checkout lanes not only the scan yourself but the lanes were you actually have a person were open to the point where there was no waiting. And it was just a nice pleasant shopping experience after a wonderful dinner.

Getting better with product supply.

Horrible service. Doesnt answer phones and when they do they answer and hangup on you. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This was your average Walmart. Service was not stellar. Shelves were disorganized. The store was fairly empty. Can’t beat the prices though. As long as you can get in and out without getting a staph infection, you should be fine.

Place needs a good cleaning. Always empty containers near the carts where there should be wet wipes. Half empty shelves, looks like it never gets swept.

Today we went to Walmart got some items and some guy ahead of us swiped his card and it declined he just walked off we hit the ok thing started scanning our food items and paid, on our receipt it said we paid for the guys stuff so we went to the service desk and the lady said that the guy aka the employee paid for our stuff and we didnt and we showed them out receipt thats states we put in 50 dollars and got change back, they called the employee he said his card got charged 54 dollars? How does that add up if we paid for the stuff he rung up? They were very rude and nasty to me and my father, they also only gave us half of the money we paid for the guys item, how is it right to do this to a customer? They tried taking our receipt and not giving it back,I will not be returning to this toxic WalMart

I wish that this was a supercenter as theres no produce close to where I work. There is a Sams Club real close if you have a membership.Its a Walmart. Ive had no issues with the stocking or cleanliness of the store. Satisfactory but not outstanding or impressive.

Walmart is as expected. You know what you are getting when you enter and you have to understand that going in. So for whatever it is to you, enjoy and stay safe.

This is the filthiest Walmart I have been to in the Lansing area. Nothing is hardly ever stocked, priced on the shelf or in correct spot. Really try avoiding this one again if possible. Ugghhh very disappointed. Very grumpy store as well.
