I went here at about 2:15pm today. Sign on door said be back at 2:30pm. It’s now 3 and the store is still closed. Should probably put on website correct times before people come to shop thinking the store is open. Bad for business as I watched 6 different customers walk up to the door and try to get in.

Starting to look very cluttered and messy compared to the first couple of years when it opened. Every time 8 go in there me young is lounging or sleeping. But when he is awake he is helpful. The wig presentation on the mannequin heads looks sloppy as do the wigs them selves. Makes them look cheap even tho they are supposed to the higher price wigs. Other than that the customer service is usually great

Ive bought several things from here and theyve always been very nice and very helpful. The lady behind the counter also helped me figure out how to make my own clip in extensions. They also have really good deals on the remi hair and very nice and willing to help the customer pick out the best product for their hair. also love all the other fun accessories that they sell. Got some really fun electric blue glasses from there. I get a lot of compliments whenever I wear them.

I love coming to this beauty supply store. The women behind the counter are always pleasant and eager to assist when needed. The back of the store is kind of confusing but there is a HUGE selection of products in the main front aisles. As I stated before, the employees are very helpful if you have any questions. I like the new card system they have. By signing up, you can receive a discount on your next purchase. Definitely recommend it to Michigan State students.

They have tons of products, but terrible attitudes. The owner is far from polite or appreciative of the minorities who come in to buy products.Ive also witnessed him belittle and yell at employees in front of customers.I will never spend a dime at this establishment.

You never know if they are actually going to open. Tried a few times during their posted business hours but it is hit or miss. I would rather drive a bit further to a store I know will be open.

Customer service is great! The older guy is always happy and comical! Always helps me find things right away when i cabt find them. I have been to other hair stores but once i started going here,i havent went to any other store!

The previous reviews were posted 3-4 years ago....so a lot of things must have changed. Although the girls that work there are always friendly and helpful the OWNER has a HORRIBLE DISPOSITION and doesnt know the products at all. I have gone there often and he is really rude. He degrades his employees in front of the customers. My last visit was exactly that, my LAST visit. I promised him I would never patronize his store again. There are not many beauty supply stores in the surrounding area so this might be why he thinks he can get away with that type of behavior. I feel sorry for the people working there. My hope is that he looses all of his business, shuts down and his employees have to find jobs where their expertise is appreciated.

I came on a Tuesday at 4:30 and the open sign was up but the doors were locked and nobody was inside. They don’t close until 8 and I wasted a whole trip in the cold.

I dont like to buy wigs off the manikin head. People try those on. I want to buy my wig in the package. They never have what want.
