Everything was cool when I placed my order the owner was nice. But when I received my order parts was missing and mind you I payed for delivery.so I shouldn’t had to wait to next week for someone to deliver my stuff when they should had made sure everything was with my order when it left the warehouse. So I went to go to pick up my missing parts from the warehouse get home to still missing screws I’m so unsatisfied with this place I will not recommend them

I have been buying furniture from this place since 2012 and never had a bad experience until now. I purchased a $1000 table set and when I went to put the set up one of the chairs was defective and I call them to tell them about it I was told its nothing they can do about it. Now I am stuck with a damaged set. I will never shop with them again and no I will not recommend no one to this store again.

I went here because I bought furniture from them in 2018 and had a good experience. This time I got a living room set. They said it would be here early October. I had to call them early October and ask where it was. They said it would come by mid October. Middle October I go in the store and ask where is it. They never reached out to be btw, both times I had to ask about the furniture. But now they said it will come towards the end of November! I ask to cancel the order, they say I have to pay 25% of the cost because they still ordered it. Or I could go to their other store and replace my order with something there. I did go to the other store and had a bad experience there too. The furniture is great. There customer service is horrible.

Recently my significant other and I purchased a living room set and kitchen table (with four chairs) from this location and received STELLAR service. Both employees (who I presume to also be the owners of the location) are named Moe, which is a tad peculiar, but in spite of that, theyre both extremely helpful.They remained close during the decision-making phase, but were never overbearing or pushy. They answered every question quickly and consistently offered options which were not shown by virtue of the many catalogs they had to choose from. Not only would they offer options, but they would quickly point us to them inside of the catalogs, indicating a supreme knowledge and handle on their product offerings.Despite the cost of the furniture--which is extremely reasonable--the quality appears to be durable and sturdy. We purchased on Saturday and will be receiving our table on Tuesday, so the turnaround time is very impressive as well. Due to ordering very unique colors in the couches, our order is going to be delayed approximately two weeks, but because of this delay they offered to provide TWO deliveries for the price of one, and allow us to repay the remaining balance upon delivery.Overall, this shopping experience was incredibly pleasant due to the owners/employees willingness to work with us to find a solution which best fit our needs. They didnt bother us about financing that we werent interested in, nor did they offer us items which did not suit or fit our needs. There was no selling of extended warranties, or any of the traditional aspects of purchasing furniture from the large chain stores.We will definitely purchase from them again in the future, and will be notifying all of our friends and neighbors of this incredible shopping experience. Thanks to the Moe workers/owners!

The process was so easy and the selection and prices are outstanding the sales associate was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about everything I asked for, his name is Moe and I will definitely recommend my friends and family to come there. I came to this place looking for a living room set and a bedroom set and this place had it all. Store was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Great customer service and better prices. They delerived the furniture the same day which was amazing (I wasnt expecting such a fast delivery). I will definitely be back to shop with them again and would recomend this place to everyone.

Horrible service, they are very rude and money hungry. Not a lot of options and delivery time is too long. And they hassle you for payments so if you can’t pay upfront DONT DO BUSINESS with these people.

No one was in a hurry to help and when someone finally wanted to help they lingered around us after we were done needing help. It was totally uncomfortable and prices are HIGH and store is small and crowded.
