Its great to have a store in my neighborhood in South Lansing dedicated to painting. The store is the real deal and has every thing you might need for your project including clothing to wear while painting. Also, the sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful.

As an added bonus, we had 40% off.Another bonus is that they save your color of your purchase so you can come back and grab the same one if you need to do finishing touches.

Not only was Joe very friendly and prompt to complete my order, he met all of my needs that two other store turned me down for. I will be getting all of my paint from here from now on for any project. The amount of flexibility this place has with customizing product is awesome. 10/10

How about stocking stir sticks, keeping damaged cans for clearance and maybe helpful people to staff?

The store I go to, all staff is very friendly and I can ask question on what of pain I should be using for my home, I am painting the basement now and they has recommended the correct paint for that part of the house.

Had a bad experience a few years ago but I think they are under new management because I have had excellent customer service the last few times. They just had their parking lot fixed too.

I go to all the locations a lot atleast once or twice a week and I have to say Chris and joe are the most friendly and always are right there to go above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. If I call in the order is always ready if I walk in they are always right on it and have me out the door in no time so the way I look at it joe and chris make me the most money because the more time I spend in the store the less money I make because in not in the field so the faster the better!! Best store in my eyes hands down.

While I had a wonderful experience at the south Lansing SW, I had to drive there (a 20 minute drive) because of an absolutely horrible experience at the Lake Lansing SW. The associate at the store, Jacob, was so rude and condescending, that I left the store and decided to drive across town -- if I had not had a coupon, I would not have wasted my time.
