I ordered a gender reveal cake from this location and it turned out so cute! Angela was my point of contact and she went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and the team managed to keep it a secret from us! Angela even included a sweet note wishing us well with the new baby. It was well-priced, finished in 24 hours, and delicious! Highly recommend!

I decided to give this location another try after being treated rudely by staff. A couple of issues here and there like someone put ring candies in, given the ring size, just little mistakes no biggie. Then today happened. I waited in line for 45 min to be told that there are closing early, for short staffed. It was not even 830 yet, the time they are suppose to close. Not anywhere does it say, “will close earlier if understaffed”…. This has just did it for me. Everyone everywhere, all jobs are short staffed right now. I surely don’t get to stop seeing patients because it’s busy, and I want to get out of work on time. The dr doesn’t stitch someone up in the middle of open heart surgery bc he wants to get out on time.healthcare providers have work our shifts until we r not needed anymore, not just bc my schedule says it’s closed. All I wanted was an ice cream. Not that difficult to keep your customers happy. Twistars is not to far from this DQ, you get treated better here, talked to like a human being. Get your ice cream with a smile, quick and efficient.One more thing one of the workers here, mentioned that the owner will charge double the price, if u ask to add a topping to your ice cream.

As always, Dairy Queen was delicious. The staff was friendly and curdious. This Dairy Queen closes at 8:30 pm in the fall, but there were 6 cars behind us, and the staff decided to server them anyway 😅

Ice cream is always spot on, but too bad, theyre not serving any food, no grill, no fryer I was told when using the Drive Thru to get dinner. Sad, thats a loss of revenue for them.

This aint the place to get a cone. Otherwise other things have proven to not be to bad. You get what you pay for. My advice is if youre looking for your moneys worth in ice cream go someplace that doesnt sport a name that you might see on TV. I find that the those kinda places offer more for your money. But even those places can be hit and miss nowadays. Luck to you all !!!!!

Very glad they close at 8:30. Good for those late night ice cream urges. On top of that the blizzards are like nothing else. Fantastic. The service is quick, and the people are friendly.

The consistency of my blizzard was closer to a shake. Simply replacing it would have been fine, but the manager stormed out the back, mixes my blizzard into further MUSH and gives an excuse of why then hands it back. Coming from a manager, that’s pretty rude and inconsiderate. Won’t be returning.

There is something not right about the ice cream here. When you compare the same exact blizzard from this location to the one on cedar, the ones from here just do not taste right and they melt very fast unlike the other location. The staff is nice but incompetent. One time I came here and ordered a chocolate brownie extreme and when I got to the window they actually asked me how to make it, isn’t that your job to know? They never make the blizzard right either. The one on cedar is so much better and their blizzards taste like they should.

Drive thru open til 8:30 which is nice. Full menu from smoothies to sundaes. Also burgers and chicken fingers. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s hit n miss. Sometimes Ice cream is great other times it’s sloppily made. They’re usually not too busy either. The inside is very clean. Cooler stocked with lots of cakes.

Pulled up in the drive thru 10 mins before they closed. The lights were on inside and someone was working. They ignored me and the other car sitting in the drive thru so they could close without serving us. We sat there and no one ever addressed us on the speaker. By the time we pulled around the front the lights were off and no one was at the window despite them serving someone as I pulled up.

Did not mess up my order.

Amazing customer service. Ordered food thru drive thru and noticed one of our orders was incorrect. They were very apologetic and agreed to drive out the correct order to us. Food arrived within 10 mins along with free set of fries that are amazing. Really recommend this place and cannot say how impressed we are with the customer service and how quickly they responded..

Went through and tried to get chicken fingers...they didn’t have them which is fine so we got a grilled chicken BLT and a blizzard. The blizzard was filled so far over the top that as soon as drove out of the drive through it started melting everywhere. Why did they not put a lid on it if it was a to go order? When we got home we realized our sandwiches had only “half” of a piece of chicken on them. Maybe even 1/4 of a peice! Just redicuolus for the price!

Dairy Queen advertises that they flip it upside down or its free. At this location they never flip them. If they did they would be all over the floor. I got the pumpkin one a few days ago and it was like a chunky milkshake. Now I got cookie dough and they made it with chocolate ice cream. I dont eat chocolate ice cream. If I wanted it that way I would have ordered it that way.

Is there any better ice cream? Nope.

This is consistently the worst DQ I have been to out of many DQs across the country. I dont know why we even keep trying. I guess we figure, maybe they have a new employee, or just a bad night. They are never very pleasant, it always feels like you are inconveniencing them with your business. The blizzards are always lacking in flavor and ingredients. Recently we got some pumpkin pie blizzards and they were white, no nice pumpkin coloring at all and no flavor. Dont bother going here. Head to the one on Cedar St. its worth the extra travel time, trust me.
