I would not get any glass here. Nine times out of 10 it’s going to be damaged. Bought a hooka setup from here and it had a crack in the bottom no padding in the packaging. When I try to return it I threw my receipt away assuming the product was working. So I was told to email the owners but I haven’t gotten a response back basically ignored. There is a smoke shop up the street with better options and people.

Just went there out of desperation for E juice. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very laid back compared to a Wild Bills. The E-juice selection was tiny and I almost didnt buy but the juice was surprisingly good! They also had a ton of great looking glass, so I picked up a mini sherlock pipe and Im excited to christen it tonight.10/10 will return

Staff was friendly and helpful. Called ahead to check pricing. They described their hours and locations and offered directions if I needed them. The store was tidy and easy to find. Kratom was a bit pricey but cheaper than some other places such as shakedown street.

Had just what I needed

If I could give this haven shop a zero I would. I just got my medical card and went into this shop for guidance on what I should use to vape my medication and adjust the dose correctly. Not only did Michelle not recommend a product with the ability to adjust the dose she sold me a product that had already been used. I got to my apt and saw that there was still residue inside so I took it back and she swapped it out which I was glad for. That night I went to use it for the first time after letting charger since it wasn’t when I got it and it didn’t heat up at all. I took it back to the shop to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong. Her first question was did I charge it first I said yes. She then said I must have burnt it out. I asked how I could have done that when the herb wasn’t even singed and the screen was still perfect and there is a safety mechanism that shuts it off if held too long. She told me she would not honor my 90 day replace or repair receipt because she already switched it out (from the one she sold me used?) she kept saying she tested it before I left and it worked so I broke it but her first question was did I charge it... how did she test something that wasn’t charged? She didn’t she only tested the one I brought back used and commented that yeah something was burning in there. When I kept asking questions she got a horrible attitude and said she wasn’t going to help me she already swapped it out once and I pointed out because it was used she actually said I probably put something in it she didn’t know. Why would I bring back a working product and switch it for the same one an hr later just for fun? To waste gas? The owner did allow me to swap out the defective piece that Michelle refused to even test but wouldn’t let me even swap for a more appropriate and more expensive vaporizer since I was ill advised on what I needed to begin with and had to drive more then a half hr to go to a shop that would honor my receipt. She couldn’t for my time and stress at least allow me to upgrade (make more money and keep business) since her employee didn’t even show me a vaporizer that allows dosing which is what I said I needed. So I still have to buy an appropriate device for my medical needs.

Sometimes pricey, but reliable. I really like their expanding collection of stash containers. Customer service has been pretty well too.

Pretty good. Staff was knowledgeable, some stuff seems a little overpriced. And they didnt have a ton of inventory. But no big complaints.

The day crew is horrible with customer service! They always have someone new in the morning when I go in there. There was a young gentleman and a young lady in there two or three days ago and I purchased some kratum and got powder white Bali and before I left I wanted to change the powder for capsules but he said no that I already chose the powder. And another time I bought cigarettes and he gave me shorts and I wanted longs but he said no that I should have said something before he rang me up. Thats ridiculous. I just left, so I only go in at night where all the employees are excellent with customer service and they always greet me with a smile and always there to help me with a question. But mostly if I need something I go to Wild Bills now. I used to go to the Haven quite often because its closer to my house. Smh

Very disappointed with this place. Return policy is beyond ridiculous. They would not take back an unused item with receipt that was purchased less than 24 hours ago. Lost a customer over $15. So my recommendation is DO NOT GO HERE! You will overpay and you will be disappointed. Even if they are closer drive the extra 3 mins down the road. There are alot of other local shops that will treat you right and appreciate your business, but not this place.

Kratom prices are super low, like online prices but with consistent quality. My first time was April 20th. Heard commercial and went. Free stuff, raffles and tons of cool glass. Cool shop

Stopped in on black Friday and they were doing BOGO on all water pipes! A little on the expensive side to begin with, but I walked out feeling like I robbed the place! Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful even though I stopped in 30 minutes before they closed.

Friendly and helpful, but after asking for a specific thing, the person behind the counter recommended that I buy a honey bucket, I offered the counterpoint of not having a carb cap and she told me that I wouldnt need one, and that Id never lose any wax due to the nail efficiency. Two dabs later Im sitting here with puddles in my nail because I cant inhale any of it in through the piece due to the lack of a carb cap. Im about to go back to the disgusting one that I didnt just spend $35 on because at least I dont lose my dab. First time I went in and probably the last.

Employees used to be awesome ! These days there either selling something on the side or dont care. Two years ago employees were friendly and talkative. Went there for for the people and spent like 10 to 20$ a day.Edit. Kratom is actually pretty low priced!The chill pills ate etizolam for any interested party. Its like the k2 for xanax. Too expensive guys. High demand but can be purchased online for about 50cents a pill
