Very helpful staff. I went there because the Dixie store thats closer to my house was too lazy to do a battery check but they did it here no problem. Its off a small side street and trees cover it from the main street so I never noticed it was there but thats my new go to even though I can walk to the other store its so close, the service makes it worth it..
I used to work here, so who am I to critique my own shop. But hey, here it goes. This is more for the people I’ve had the pleasure of serving in the industry, you guys who visited the store are absolutely incredible in every aspect. The amount of friendly smiles and stories I have encountered made my day, every day. If it weren’t for Advance, many of the people I consider life long friends would’ve have been just an idea. Met some awesome people who served to inspire and made my interest in cars bloom exponentially. Very very thankful for everyone I’ve had the pleasure to assist. As for the staff, my guys are some of the realest and honest people youll have the pleasure of meeting. Billy, Conroy, Luis, Paul, Bob, Lauren, Jay, Hahns, Chris, and Berty have made working there a breeze because of the close knit nature we’ve had. Some very knowledgeable people working in that store that will give you the shirt off their back and the sandwich from their lunch. Walked in today and a young man unfortunately i didnt get his name. He is the youngest one working on the counter. Super friendly very knowledgeable for his age and fast service. Help me with a brake light switch for my 2013 Nissan juke.

They are so slow. They have the manpower there and I cant understand why they are sooooooo slow. They just take their time like us customers have all day to wait on them to do their jobs. OMG they need to do and get better.

They sell bad quality autocraft batteries. I went through two of them in 6 months. I tested the battery and my car at two differnt mechanics nothing was wrong with my car but in fact the battery where poor quality. The associate at this location couldn’t do anything to help me because he said his reading said battery was good. So I’m left with this battery
What a waste of time the guys that are working today 10/10 was a joke no help at all no customer service it was like I was bothering them get a new job if you don’t like to help people…

Went to this store with a bad starter. Guy said it was good I told him it had a drag he didnt want to help. I purchased from advanced in pompano but dont live there now the name was on it and date stamped they told me I would have to go to pompano where I bought it from to get help. I then went to autozone and those guys went out their way to help me. So I will be shopping autozone for now on.
Ive been dealing with them for more than 20 years. They can get almost everything you need for your vehicle.

Unorganized, poor customer service shouldve gone to a different parts storeI purchased a 1200 A, portable Power StationIt was mis marked on the shelfClerk would not honor the priceI purchased the item anyway .Out of stock, I was told that it would arrive at 2 pmI went back, hadnt arrived yetI was told it would arrive soon, and they would call Me1/2 latter, call came in, it finally arrivedCustomer ahead of Me ask for a particular item, the clerk left the counter to look for a item that wasnt available in this store2 Customers behind Me, and Myself waited about 5 to 10 minutesFinally, another register opened, and I received the item, which was ready paid forI do hope the item I purchased provides Me the results that I am looking forThats My Story, and I am sticking to it
I bought a battery and had them install it for me. Michael took extra care to be diligent and did a professional job. Will go back in the future.

First this has to be the worst store in my opinion. Went in few months back and the guy told me to go shop at a different store cause we don’t have what you want. Little did he know what my part was even after showing him the name on my phone. Basically said we don’t have it. So I decided to look for a alternate and here lays the part I needed. Worst customer service and as a customer I’m never going back to that store.

The front clerk was not helpfully and was disrespect he wasnt willing to offer what the client asked for. He said that the client had the fault if not request what they are supposed to get? Terrible service
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any public place... the manager BOB has ZERO people, deesclation and custome service skills. I work in the automotive repair industry and was SHOCKED by his attidue and demeanor. apparently this is not an isolated or I had a bad day or you dont get it Im from NY and thats have we talk.. incident with Bob. After asking a friend who has been to this store a few times and judging by the looks on the employees faces when he did this (they were so embarrassed)... Bob has done this ALOT to ALOT of customers and displays his lack of basic skills for a manager very often. I STRONGLY suggest going to another store or taking Advance out of your first call position all together. Bad managers influence and make poor employees.

Staff very helpful and knowledgeable on my visit. Patient with my questions and solved my automotive problem. They saved me about $40 just from the free diagnostic test. Saved me about $15 on the part. Worth checking them prior to other options.
I tried to called to make sure they had a part I need and they keep hanging up on me. I arrived there a the employee was on the phone made no effort to let me know he say me and would assist me when he had a chance he keep answering the phone was there for fifteen minutes before they attend me and had a horrible attitude cause he had to help they had the part I need but wouldnt be going to this place for any parts

Ordered a battery online and picked up in store. Order was not ready, but that was expected. Associate Ary was the least helpful person I’ve ever met and was completely incompetent. I was not offered the free battery install that generally comes with their batteries. Fine. I asked for tools to go switch it out myself in their parking lot and was told no. After installing the battery at my house, I drove back up there to be told that my online order hadn’t processed yet and they could not refund the $22 core charge today. Was told by an employee that this location has a new store manager. It shows, and not in a good way.

Learn to honor what the store has clearly put in place, my niece had a receipt from a battery that was purchased and it had a three year warranty and in saying that the battery had to be jumped everytime we needed to go somewhere so she found the receipt and we took it to the store and they gave her such a hard time about honoring what you have put in place for the customers. Then being a women we had to ask a stranger to take the battery out in order to get another battery. So what women you know that carries tools around or even know about taking a battery out the car to bring inside to be exchanged when you have 5 strong men in the store. Thats nuts!!!!! Then we had to sit in the hot sun for 30 minutes until you try to charge a 2 year old battery before giving us a new battery. How DUMB was that.

Staff should be more knowledgeable of products they sell spent 48 dollars for red angel ac sealer the gentleman behind the counter told me need an injector to put product in Ac. Sells me a UV dye injector and said that is what you use. This wasn’t right you waste more of the product than can get in as it only holds maybe a tablespoon of product.

I normally go here if I need something quick or I dont want to order it online. Service is terrible but Im not sure if its really the employees fault. They always seem understaffed. Like I said, I only go here if I need something quick.

Always a line and sales people who wont even look up at you...h8 going to the auto parts store because it always takes an hour at least...try getting in and getting out in a store such as this.....the salesman move like turtles and look at you when they choose to look up like its your fault youre standing there with a P.O.D look on your face!!!! Clear your schedule before going and seeing this lot!
Bad customer service. I went in to buy a item just to set and wait a half of hours and still no one was there to ring out customers.. there was just one person working up front. And one Moore person runing around stocking the shelves.. I couldnt wait any longer o just left and went somewhere else.

Walked in, 2 employees leaning on boxes. Did not even acknowledge my presence as i stood at counter 5 feet in front of them, staring at me. Been here 10 minutes now. They still talking to each other. Still not greeted me. Notbtalking about work either. Guess this is a self serve location and i have a technical question tgat would require use if the store computer. Other people are waiting. .

Every time I visited this location I’ve had an issue. From broken rental tools given to me. To not having any rentals in stock to buying paint and not being given the cap to disburse the paint. Every time I go hear and get home I need to go back. Granted for the past 3 years advanced auto has been going down in quality through the county. From the rental tools to the customer service through there courtesy services in all palm beach county locations. Advanced auto parts district managers need to pay more attention!! I give it two stars because I do feel that the senior staff at this location do try to be as helpful as possible but are being dragged down by new employees who just don’t care and a management that is just way to comfortable with being “average”. I’m trying to stay loyal to advanced as I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years but my patience is running low...
This is another store that is going to be devoured by online retail. walked in to purchase wipers for my car, I had them in hand waiting for someone to help me ( I wasnt the only one) so I could check out. after 10 minute of nobody acknowledging my presence I put the wipers down and walked out. I ordered them on Amazon for less money.

I bought a battery and they gave me the wrong one for my truck so i come back to return it a week later (which is fine) and they lost my name in the system for the warrenty, i also lost my recit sadly, and they say if i bought the beattery their is no way they wouldnt write down my name and number but its not in the system, so now im stuck with a battery the cost over a $120 that i cant even use for my truck, im doing an engine swap and ive spent a couple 1,000 dollars and this write here was a major disappiontment because a friend loaned me money for the battery and i cant buy another oneSo my truck that i spent $3,000 to get running again, will not be moving because they couldnt help me and document it right in their system like they say they should, i will not be coming back to spend thousands on parts here like i normaly do every few months

Wouldnt come out to my car to test me battery or alternator which they advertise to do...for free!! The reason was because it was dark. Then I was told I should bring my alternator and battery inside... It was a older gentleman who is a manger made that statement.
