They are very fast and attentive, when I went in, even tho there was only one guy at the counter, he made sure to acknowledge me and get to me as fast as possible, great guy. I forgot his name but, from what I saw, he had spoken to another coworker, the coworker was wearing a silver American flag style belt at the time. So the guy who helped me was friends with the silver American flag belt guy. Overall this is a great store for all your car needs.

I went to this auto zone and by far this is the best one I’ve been too lizzette is my go to to find what I need not only did she stop me from buying a product that would completely mess up my transmission she also gave me a list of propper transmission fluids I could use instead . Hopefully I won’t need to anytime soon but this is where I will be shopping from today forward for any car related products that I may need.

Okay so let me start off by saying I’ve been to every almost every autozone from lantana to west palm and all the employees that’s helped me were as useful as a box of rusty nails but my new friend lizzette made my experience very joyful she kept a smile on her face even though I know I was probably giving her a hard time trying to find the right part, she also answered any question I asked her with a knowledgeable response. not only will I only be using this location from now on, she gave me hope for these new age employee’s that usually just don’t care if you read this lizzette again i can’t stress enough how Grateful I am to have met such an ecstatic employee thankyou!!

My last visit the gentleman went out of his way to make sure I got the right product for my car by taking time to look under my car hood. They have a good variety of products and prices are good too.

When I entered the store it was very busy, I was 5th in line. But the staff is so good that business was done quickly with the other customers and my wait was minimal. I looked online first and found the car battery I needed and that it was in stock at my closest store. Jeff B waited on me and went and got the battery I needed after checking that it would be compatible with my SUV. When I told him I needed help putting it in he didnt hesitate taking care of me and told me no problem, he could put it in for me. He wheeled it out in the cart, took out my old battery and put in the new one so fast! I was impressed with his knowledge and most of all I was very pleased with his attitude. He was sincerely glad to help me. Thank you Auto Zone for hiring such skilled and pleasant staff. Next time I go in, and there will be a next time with my old 1998 jalopy, Ill try to get Jeffs help if hes not busy with another customer.

I went in a couple weeks ago since I was having issues with my car. Local mechanics and other car shops were going to charge almost $300-$350 before I decided to stop in Autozone and see if they could guide me in a different, cost effective path.Sure enough, I met a woman named Aaliyah and 20 min later and only $90 spent, my car is back like it never left! I also love that no one has ever shown hesitation when asked if they could assist me outside and show me or further explain to me what’s going on. Very hands-on and respectable! Ever since that experience, I always come here first and see what they can advise me in doing and paying before going somewhere else!

Michelle was on break but cut it short to help me get my purchases and also installed my windshield wipers.Michelle went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it and will shop there in the future.

Just wow! Stop this morning to check my battery 2019 Jeep Cherokee Victor is the best! Changed out a battery fast service, a competitor said had to be done by the dealership in less than 10 minutes. Provided additional information on the car and how it is running, cleaned the terminals and everything! Super friendly and great teamwork with the others working in the store very seamless! I highly recommend them for the basics and professional assistance!
