I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Dollar General today, to find it stocked and clean and also the shelves were not messy.. I will definitely go back ti this store in Lantana Flordia .....Absolutely 5 Stars ...

From all the other Dollar Generals this is the one that I love the most the lady that works there is very nice every time you walk in she acknowledges you with a greeting shes very helpful in the store is clean

I dont know about other locations but this location is the best. There is something for everyone here at reasonable prices.

This one needs some lovin... Dark parking lot and tight shopping quarters in this particular location. They should relocate this location.

I found what I was looking for very cheap. The workers were quite helpful. The store at night isn’t very well organized, but that’s mostly due to customers who don’t care about putting back items in the correct location. Go during the morning hours before lunch.

Dollar General is one of my favorite place to shop for cleaning items, My candles, My dog food, Bird food,and my cat food and litter and its all good prices

Dollar General is the easiest tag provider to use. I tried other providers but they were clumsy and offered very limited line space for name, owner name, address, etc. Dollar General is fast, efficient, and has reasonable prices.

Rosie is the nicest person, she makes the store a great place

Ive been shopping at this Lantana location off and on for about 5 years. Until recently, the Staff has not been the most friendly. However, there is an amazing young man named Rylan and an equally amazing woman named Rosie that make this shopping experience so much better. Rylan is very personable and always seen working to stock the shelves while Rosie efficiently runs the register and engages all her customers in a very friendly manner. Repeat customers such as myself always receive a warm and friendly welcome from the both of them, which further encourages me to want to purchase from this location.

I dont know whos the manager of this dollar general but the front ladys was very rude yesterday 01/20/2021 at 5:30 pm I went to shop only buying water but I forgot my mask so first she told me to get ot of the store cause I didnt have one and I asked her if I could buy a mask then I literally kicked me out of the store little saying I had to leave the store and the thing is her mask wasnt even over her nose neither her mouth dollar general should hire people that do wanna work and not get fired

The staff is very helpful if you need something they’ll go in the back and get it for you!! In general sometimes it’s a good idea to call ahead because once somebody sees something that they like they’ll buy it in bulk... like me personally whenever I go there I buy every single package of asparagus that they have!! 😅

It is CRAZY how much you can get here for a small amount of cash. And they have pretty much everything that Walmart or Target sells, just cheaper. A rug for my bedroom for $6?! Ill take two.

It takes time to save money. But Dollar General has a lot of what i need. Paper products- dog food- groceries- chocolate covered cashews(lol) along with discount holiday items. And i get to use my cleaning supply coupons to save even more $$s. Smart shopping saves money too. Staff varies but all are friendly & helpful.

The store itself is fine however who I assume is the manager (the women in her late 50s w/ thin straight brown hair) makes it a miserable experience everytime I shop there. I have been frequenting that store for years before she even got their and to this day she is the worst. Shes rude to everyone thats in there almost as if she has a chip on her shoulder. Shes even rude to the point where you can tell the kids that work there are uncomfortable. At this point she has me dreading to even walk in and I feel relieved if she isnt there. I hate to say it but a new dollar tree is opening up by my house and I might have to end my shopping with this particular dollar general until this woman is removed.

You cant go wrong with a dollar store. I just wish everything was a buck here. There still good prices though!! I guess dollar 🌲 and general are lil different. I still love it here, best price for a pack of cigs too.

This Dollar General is close to my house and thats a plus. However the manger Gary needs a class in etiquette of how to treat a customer. He was rude, verbally aggressive, and flat out disguntal over absolutely nothing. I avoid the store if I think he is working.

My wife was a regular couponer at this store for almost 1 year. One day the store manager James chased her down in the parking lot accusing her of coupon fraud and told her not to come back to that store. She was falsely accused and himilitated. The store is always dirty and unorganized. The cashiers are polite but James the manager needs to be retrained on how to approach people and not accuse people without proof! Needless to say this store is a mess and She is happy not to give her business to a filthy unorganized store any longer.

Small store so selection is limited here. Plus I know the neighborhood here isnt the best, but being followed around the store and spied on by the manager like you are about to rob the place makes shopping awkward and uncomfortable. That was not the first time that happened to me at this store. It is, however the only store that does that to me. I am not the only person who has noticed that in this store.

My Wife is a regular couponer at our three local stores in NC. Yesterday evening she went into this store while visiting her family down there. She was rung up by an employee by the name of James. He accused her of coupon fraud and told her he was calling the cops. My Wife left and video called me balling her eyes out. It is unbelievable to me that any business would treat a customer that way, and to make false accusations and humilate her in front of other customers is disgusting.
