The Pharmacist, Mike, has always been very professional and helpful. He has gone above and beyond to work with my doctors office when there was difficulty filling a prescription. I truly appreciate his willingness to help.

To be a chain of such a reputable company, It’s surprising that multiple attempts to reach the pharmacy via phone (for an extended period of time) results in not one single individual picking up the phone to answer. If a location has no problem charging and receiving funds immediately why not extend the courtesy of picking up the phone. Hopefully this changes at this location as most working there are courteous in person.

There may be great people working here, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone by phone. I have called more than a dozen times over three days to verify if a prescription has been called in, and either get hung up on or put on hold for minutes followed by a fast busy tone. It doesnt matter whether i ask for pharmacy, prescriptions or store manager, it is the same problem. It is incomprehensible that a functioning pharmacy can operate this way and not have its customers able to reach it by phone.

The worse place to get your prescription. The staff is very unprofessional. I waited 45 minutes for a refill when I called twice and i was told it was ready!

Really disappointed in this location! Long wait times, rude staff, will never be filling my prescription here again.

Not sure if she’s a pharmacist or an assistant. But there’s a lady in the pharmacy that provides, hands down, the best pharmacy service I’ve ever received. She is always helpful, answers any questions I have without rushing or getting annoyed, and just overall friendly and funny. Wish I could remember her name, but youd recognize her when you see her...always has fun colored hair and gage earrings. She’s awesome. If you ever have a problem with the pharmacy look for her 😊

Typical Walgreens ..everything I need when I need it.

The absolute worst pharmacy and staff I’ve ever encountered. Staff is always rude, unhelpful and somewhat nasty. This time I waited 5 minutes for them to check to see if my prescription was in stock, told me it was and would be ready in an hour only to receive a text message 2 hours later that it was not in stock. It’s always something here. Very shady pharmacy, told me they cannot know the exact inventory of their medications...they don’t have a correct inventory of medications controlled by the DEA (ILLEGAL)

Nothing relatively special about this particular location. The cashier was barely trying to be somewhat nice but failed. Maybe because it was a perfect day and she was stuck inside. I dont know however customer service can make or break a stores rating. Even where I work I get more points for a smile and pleasant attitude than if the hotel was clean! Point is give great customer service and I will always rate you higher and possibly include your name in the review so your manager can see.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. New management and staff must be hired. I live a few streets away and do everything I can not to use this location. It seems there is always queues for the pharmacy, photo area, and check out. The night manager is rude and seems to not be able to manage or work with customers. There are several other locations in Lake Worth that are worth the short drive.

Pharmacy is horrible and super slow and always under staffed. Only use this pharmacy as it is in network with my insurance and closest than others. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

Pharmacist and staff are rude and Unprofessional. I highly recommend that you take your business to CVS or any other pharmacy as they care nothing about taking care of their customers. This is the 2nd Walgreens in Lake Worth that I have found the same poor service and attitude in the pharmacy.

Dropped off prescription, was told to pickup at 1400 hrs. It is now 1700 when I called I was told not ready working on it. 3 hrs is unacceptable when I was told a pickup time

Pharmacy is horrible and they just speak over you when you try to ask a simple question.

Had my blood pressure checked- it was extremely high and I was told to go to an ER. Turns out I had a coronary artery thay was 70% blocked and I jad a stent placed in my heart. This Walgreens helped save my life! Thank you!

Pharmacy most helpful and quick...

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They usually wont give me my prescription for a variety of reasons, such as they dont like my ID, they dont have the drug, they only have ten of the pills. Ive been told they lied to my doctors office and said I refused to pick up the prescription, when actually I have not even asked or spoken to the pharmacy about the prescription at all, leading me to have to make numerous calls to try to straighten it out. AVOID. Nothing ever goes right at this place.

Tonya was a huge help. I have never been to a pharmacy where they care if you get what you need and she did. I cant thank her enough for taking time out of her busy enough night to help ♡.

The pharmacist are the nicest people I’ve ever met. As far as their coworkers everyone else in the store they’re horrible. I’ve been hung up on so many times I’ve been talked rude to I hear one of them swearing all the time they are slow they don’t care about people. And everyone there is an a bad mood which makes the customers in a bad mood it just makes for a horrible situation. You try to call your on hold for at least 20 minutes then they pick up the phone and hang up on me without saying a word. Disgraceful
