Getting bills 2 years after the fact. Spend 2 hours in the office and spend more time talking to the medical assistant than the whole 10 min with the doctor. Will never come back and will not recommend.

Claimed to be a COVID expert because she works with COVID patients...at a sleep clinic? Yes, I also work with COVID patients at McDonalds; am I an expert now? Really made me lose even more faith in the medical field.

Worst experience ever with a medical “professional” waited 45 minutes in office with no contact, they kept my license and medical insurance, had to drive back 30 minutes to retrieve. $502.00 for a 4-minute consultation. Then after being told, I need a sleep apnea test never heard another word from them or receive any follow up. Avoid!!!

The absolute worst. Do not get bills for a year, impossible to get a hold of them via phone. The worst experience ever. Stay away!!!

After three messages without a call back I finally got a hold of somebody on the phone to make a new appointment. The person who answered was either brand new or wasnt trained on how to make appointments. It was a VERY awkward and frustrating experience that took 19 minutes.

Blown away by bad reviews. However, I am using the Troy office and have had a great experience! Both myself and my hubby have had life changing experiences thnx to her and her staff! Would highly recommend.

Low on communication. Service is supper slow. Considering I am spending thousands of dollars for this I expect better service. Almost 45 minutes past my appointment time and still have not been seen.

Horrible experience. Had appointment in May 2018, waited 1.5 hours to see her (I was on time), took two weeks for her to write prescription for CPAP, would not return multiple phone calls, and finally sent bill in June 2019. I dont know how they keep a business open with such nonsense. There are much better doctors available.

I give this review because I have worked with this doctor in an office in Flint Township. She is Excellent! Very compassionate however; soft spoken. You have to listen to Dr. Sesi very closely. Its just her nature, Ive seen her interactions with patients and I can safely say they all felt the same. Thanks for your reviews I think Ill settle with dr. Sesi for my loved ones appointment.

A year later Im getting a bill, and they never submitted to my insurance. This is the third year that it takes them a year to bill the appointment. Horrible.

This place is a joke. The staff is the most unresponsive people I have worked with in a while. Literally worse than trying to work with Comcast customer service.

I have been waiting for over 6 weeks since taking my sleep study with still no call back. Ive contacted her office twice now only to be told that she (her office would contact me ) i have not recieved a call yet. Every time i try to call i either get a busy signal or a voice mail. Very frustrated to say the least
