So many liars in this phone industry that are willing to take advantage of older people like me and the young men in this store keep it transparent and I like that a lot. Not real happy with the service. We ordered a phone on Thursday and was told they should have it by Saturday, they didnt. Then told it should be Monday, still not at store. They said they would call on Tuesday as soon as it arrived at about 3, at 5 I called them and they said yea, its here with a tone like I was bothering them. When in store Cole was very pleasant.
Very disappointed spent a hour and a half with customers service and still wasnt able to cancel the line that hasnt been used for over a year. But still being charged for the service on the phone. Thats bs i would not recommend your service to anyone else. Its time for me to find another phone provider service after having Sprint for over 15 years. You are now losing my service and money.
Amanda and Cole are amazing! I called Sprints customer service multiple times and left those conversations frustrated or hung up on. I went into the store and Amanda and Cole were so nice, helpful and pleasant. I left happy with my problem solved. Thanks Amanda and Cole!!

We went in there to pay off my boyfriends phone and they were absolutely no help, the lady with piercings that was mentioned in a diffrent review was the one that helped us and we were trying to figure out our boyfriends pin or to change it and she said we had to call customer care and we did and they told us its something we have to do in store so we called davison to see if they could help and they seemed alot more willing to help us

Great customer service, awesome staff. Every time I have an issue with my phone theyre always welcoming and willing to fix it without causing a fuss like my recent visits to other sprint locations. Far out, but I found my new Sprint store.

Sprint sucks the biggest balls. All they do is lie to get money. They constantly raise your bill for absolutely no reason, and the service sucks so bad. Cant wait until November to be done this stupid contract, and adios sprint ✋

Been a sprint customer forever. Ive been really disliking sprint lately and this store hasnt helped. They wont support you if you have any sort of issue and every time I come in I feel like its just a hang out spot for the workers.
Ive always had great service and everyone always is so friendly, even when they are packed and busy! never had an issue with walking in and getting something fixed and if its ordered, its always prompt! i wont go anywhere else!! Even if i come in with just a question, they are right there to walk me thru or get me set up! Thanks team!!

This Sprint location has always been very helpful when I have to go in. The tall guy with the long beard, William Hinojosa, is exceptionally helpful and always makes sure that all of my needs are taken care of, I highly suggest working with him if you need to go here.
WORST WORST WORST STORE EVER!!!!!!!!!! this store is all about selling and thats it. once you have an issue with your phone, they refuse to help or even help with the insurance claim. my phone wouldnt turn on today and was in a constant boot loop. I was told to take my phone to a different store because they dont process what I know to be called E-Tickets. LIARS!!!!!!!!!! not the first time Ive had an issue and they are absolutely helpless and retarded. each one of them. What a sad bunch of idiots.

If I could give negative stars I would. Went in to upgrade phones and plan.....they messed the whole account up. Went into store and they couldn’t explain,fix or own up to their screw up. They couldn’t do anything to correct their mistakes. This did not make any sense to me that they can completely screw your account up but can’t fix it. The store managers only explanation was a button must not have been hit on the computer. I have spent a lot of time on the phone with customer support trying to get everything straightened out. I guess I’ll find out next billing cycle. My only suggestion ...if you live in the Lapeer area.....there is a corporate sprint store that can probably be more helpful in Burton.

Bought my phone and phone case and screen protector at Davison store. They were amazing at every aspect. Came to this lapeer location and wanted to get a replacement screen protector and a new case. Couldnt get a replacement screen protector because I have to go to the store I bought it or go online. Yes you have separate owners but your Sprint. Dont have the Sprint name if you cant help all Sprint customers. So with the case.. I have the newest Samsung phone and there was only 2 black case to chose from. Also was thinking to buy a tablet through this location too but guess Im going to Davison Sprint and giving them my sales.
Done bother coming here if you need to talk to someone soon. The service is EXTREMELY SLOW! Had to wait for 65 minutes just to find out we had to call Sprint on the phone while we were there. A total waste of my time.
Beyond wonderful experience. We came from the imlay city store originally but lapeer has won me over due to the fact theyre professional and so helpful. Danielle has helped us out each time. Shes a sweetheart and knows what shes talking about. The rest of the staff seems just as great!!!! Thank you lapeer!

Went into Sprint store in Lapeer today having issues with texting made comment about service slipping and was considering switching to AT&T and John the guy waiting on me says Okay. They have no concern about you having issues just deal with it was his attitude sad...
Went to the Lapeer store today and got greated immediately! Everybody is very informative :) very good vibes and they know how to fix anything you bring in. I highly recommend this story. FYI there lease program is awsome! (You have to have a 1 year upgrade with your phone you have now). Hope i helped

This company is a joke. I was sold a device and plan and told my payment would be one price, yet the bill came and its almost 50 bucks more. They claimed it was subject to change.The phone number listed never works...in fact when I call the store I usually get a dial-up tone.The employees dont seem to be familiar with the products or plans beyond their cookie cutter employee manual and always try pawning off questions to someone else.Sprint support is equally useless. You call about an issue and get an automated message saying to call on a different phone if I need assistance as they cannot help me on the phone Im calling from. I thought Verizon was bad but damn

Service is not part of your package after you sign up. You have to check with online sales the store will not honor them . Could not get my problem resolved.
Constant turnaround. Messed up my new phone and plan ended up having to call Sprint for a refund of $300.
