It was at least clean but it felt like noone wanted to help me and all the workers avoided me the whole time, im only 5,2 and I asked for help getting somthing and the worker just looked at me and walked away it was so rude

Please staff correctly, on Sundays, only 4 lanes open. Waiting forever to check out....unacceptable.

Changed my opinion of Meijer which was typically not good. I liked this store except the didnt have what I was looking for. Granted, the items I wanted are running out of season. Clearance werent available in my size. All they had was XL and up or small. No large or medium anything.

Like shopping Meijers Lapeer. Store is always clean, nice variety of fresh fruit and vegetables You can make it a one stop store. Just about anything you would need can be purchased there. The people that work there are helpful and pleasant

Nice clean store. Staff is friendly and helpful if you talk to anyone. Only draw back is just like every where else they never have enough checkout lanes open so be prepared to wait in long line that due to covid stretches back into the clothing department or wherever the lane is in front of. The is one upside however to this problem. If you use the Meijer app you can now either while waiting in line scan your own cart and the using the lanes QR code transfer it over once you reach the register or scan items as you put them in your cart during your shopping. Either way it does save alot of time and then as soon as you reach the register you can pay quickly, bag your items, and go! Great idea Meijer!

Meijer is my favored local grocery store. Always greeted w a friendly smile, things are easy to find, fair pricing, clean store, friendly staff and no one stopping you prior to exiting or even getting *near the exit to check your receipt lol atleast they wait til theyre alerted by sensors. I will continue to shop here for all my grocery needs.

Very clean store an even the parking lot was pretty clean. Seems like most people anymore dont care an throw there used mask or jus plain garbage on the ground. No respect for there town, neighborhood or country. Shame on them an the people that see it happen an dont speak up cause there scared. Items always stocked, store clean and lines are not bad compared to other stores. This is my favorite place to shop I Lapeer.

They are always understocked. Expecially the diet coke & other beverages. Sometimes you can find what you want in the freezer section but that too is understocked.

Neat place, attentive personnel, usually well stocked. Could change their policy and add some trash bins in the parking lot though.

Well stocked and friendly. I usually shop at the Davison Meijer but Im considering changing over to this store.

Their frozen gluten free section has vegan food mixed in (containing gluten) so be careful. Also if you’re vegan, their gluten free foods contain meat and cheese. They need to have separate sections.

Produce department is absolutely huge; takes up a quarter of the store. But the diagonal layout causes traffic jams at the intersections. The deli department is similarly large but could use an extra worker or two. Store is generally clean and well-stocked.

One stop shopping; fast and convenient. And Im always happy to support Michigan companies that support our communities in return.

Slurpees are by far my favorite food, drink, snack, dinner, you name it. If it was possible to breathe and live in slurpees for the rest of my life, I could. Out of the many miraculous flavors, Coca Cola is by far my favorite, my muse, my go to in any situation. It’s your birthday? Let’s get slurpees. Your pet lizard died? I’m sorry for your loss, let’s get slurpees. You could say that my identity is slurpees.I have many spots that I fulfill my slurpee desires, Meijer being one of them. I had a rough day and knew what would cheer me up. You guessed it: a slurpee. So I meandered my way through town to get a Coca Cola slurpee from Meijer. I strolled through the doors and made my way to the machine. You could imagine my shock and utter dismay when, lo and behold, the slurpee machine was OUT OF ORDER. It was a travesty. My heart was ripped in to pieces. I sank onto the floor, hands raised, and screamed out in anguish. My day ruined, my disappointment immeasurable.From this day forward, I will never go to Meijer to get a slurpee, for I can never handle the complete gut wrenching trauma I have experienced this very night. I called my therapist and we’ll be having an appointment ASAP because I can not emotionally or physically handle the pain Meijer has caused me.

This place is just crazy busy still they take good care of the recycling center.

This store is a joke. Good luck getting any of the staff to assist you or answer questions. They all just stand around talking and ignoring customers. They’ll walk right past you and ignore you. Had every intention of making a $700 purchase here tonight. Y’all cost yourself that with your poor customer service. Whoever is in charge of stocking this store should be fired immediately also. Frequently out of many things that aren’t explained by the “covid shortage.” Won’t be back. Thanks for forcing me to stick to Walmart.

I went there the other day and I was looking for three different items they were out of all three so I left there without anything.

Expensive and since they changed the store format a few years ago they have little to no product choice. Clothes especially!

They never have any registers open. Self check out lanes are even lined up to the middle of the store. I spend at least 20 minutes or more to checkout

Shortage of some stock. Items in shelves with labels in so you cant read what it is. This is an ongoing problem. Management needs to do their job and direct stockers to orange shelves so customers can read item

The garden center has a good selecton of annuals and perrineals, plus other garden items.

Google asked me to review a place I just stopped to use the restroom .. so. The restroom was not as clean as one would expect, and it stunk. Store seemed fine though.

Be prepared to wait in line. They never have enough lanes open. It is clean and normally stocked well.

I was racially profiled at this store. Numerous customers walked out of the store with toilet paper, soda and other items not in bags. However, I was stopped and asked for my receipt. When I pointed out that others had items not bagged the associate indicated he turned his head and did not see them. He also stopped another woman of color before me. I will not return to this store.

Pharmacy was helpful, but one of the Pharmacy cashiers was rude af. Asked me to step behind a sign I was standing next to but would encroach on another persons 6ft rule for covid. Shes not terribly bright to be working in the Pharmacy.

The bakery at this store is absolutely wonderful. We needed a last minute birthday cake and they were able to whip one up that same day. Not only were they incredibly helpful but the cake was moist and had layers of cream and was delicious!! Thank you, Meijer! You made my grandson’s day!!

Poor handling of the panini chronicles nba trading cards. Allowing a single customer to buy the entire tray. These should have been a limited amount per customer and had to ask to buy them. Just disappointed after checking every day for 2 weeks only to find out someone bought them all in 1 day. Pathetic and wasted my time. Us customers have to rely on you for fair disbursement of the product. You let us down.

Out of both beverages I sought....have been tge last 4 times.Grapefruit Ice Mountain sparkling water and Fresca.

Nice friendly employees from the greater when you enter to the people on the floor and to the lady at the check out.

With over 20 check outs they had only 2 open which made 2 long lines and long waits. When you have a cart FULL of groceries the self check out isnt an option! There is no running in quick with this store!

Love shopping here wish they had more than just 1 cashier running instead of the U- scans. I miss the curtosy of having a bagge.

I hate this store anymore. Who ever decided it was ok to only have half of the checkout registers open on the busiest days of the week and weekend should be fired. Angers me even more when you see small groups of employees standing there chatting watching the customers stand in the lines waiting and losing their patience. Come on!!! I am going to start going to Walmart or Aldi’s.

The bottle return is in the back and the layout was different than what I am used to but it was very clean and fresh

Meijer is a one stop store to get anything you need

Meijer is always clean and a generally well stocked store but on a visit last night I noticed that there were just too many people not wearing masks wandering around the store in the middle of a pandemic. To some extent, this is beyond control of the store. One suggestion is to have someone hand out disposable masks to people who enter without being masked up which is an insult to employees and customers who are compromised health wise and more susceptible to the affects of Covid-19.

The Meijer in Lapeer, MI, is a decent one. Ive been to multiple other Meijers and they are nowhere near as decent as the one in Lapeer. The prices are higher, but I still shop there.

Never have had any problems at the Lapeer Meijer. Theyve always had everything Ive needed and then some.

The man in charge of cleaning carts was wearing a loose hankerchief, which just would launch any spittle from his mouth right onto the carts he was cleaning. The were letting people into the store who werent even wearing masks.

Always something on sale at this Meijer and clearance. Love going shopping here.

The fruit i bought was awful. Through most of it away and the cashier packed heavy items with the fruit and squished most of it.

Love Meijer! It is the only local grocery store with a great frozen juice selection! That is one reason I shop there!The store is always clean and organized.. whenever I need to take bottles back I always choose Meijer because they have the largest area and most reliable machines.

First visit ever... The store had everything we needed and then some its very similar to a Walmart or a Sams club everything from campfire camping liner for my Dutch oven to yogurt vanilla bean so it was a real find

Good meat. Good produce. The best king crab legs in our area if you can score them! Ask at the fresh meat counter! Also look for their clearance items when they go 90% off!

Was good grocery store. You did not have what I was looking for. It seems like it more home, clothing, and electronic stuff. I feel there is less groceries. But I still like to get my quick items here and you have some great sales.
