Very disappointed in this store. Posted CLOSING time is 4pm on a Sunday. Arrived at 3:15 after a 45 minute drive to go to this store just to see that the doors are locked and the store lady just stares at us at the door (while on the phone). Doesn’t come tell us they are closing early or anything. Tried giving the store a call to see if I can order a can and they won’t answer. Sad that a brick and motor store cant give there customers any courtesy. I’ll take my contracting purchases elsewhere. It’s simple, take care of your customers and they will take care of you. If you are closing down 45 minutes early then atleast tell your customers at the door. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

I was pleasantly greeted upon entering the store. I knew walking in the color I wanted. The associate helped me choose the formula and all is going great. She entered info in the computer and Im excited to start my project. Then the phone rang. She began searching for info for the phone customer while I stood there. Several minutes went by, I asked her if I should come back. Her response was do you have other running around to do? I said no but Ill just take the paint card to Home Depot.(I like both paints equally so I wouldnt mind going else where. But SW is closer.)At that time she explained to the customer on the phone she was alone and had a customer waiting. She then mixed my paint and checked out. This employee was so kind and attentive until the phone rang. I would have put the phone customer on hold and finished the transaction with the customer that was there first. Just read that SWs Q4 reported great news. Congrats

When I moved into my current home 35 years ago, I painted my walls a color that has been discontinued. When we remodeled the house 10 years ago, I wanted to repaint using the same color. Sherwin Williams had the old color in their computers and were able to give me the exact color Id previously had.

You get what you pay for: high quality and simply the best paint. Ive tried others and always come back to Sherwin Williams. The staff takes care of one customer at a time, which is what you want when its your turn

The parking lot pickup worked out well. I appreciated the recommendations from the sales associate of the right paint for my project. I will be back.
