We worked with Tom here yesterday and he was great. He offered us many different mattresses and was able to find the best selection for us. We had ordered a mattress from another company over a month ago. We canceled that order when the shipping courier lost our mattress. With Mattress King we were able to take the mattress home the same day.

Very pleased with my purchased from Josh at Mattress King! I went to the Big Name Store first because I needed a new mattress quickly. Went in on Monday and was told the earliest I could pick one up was Thursday. I went into Mattress King and explained what I was looking for and my situation. Josh listened and recommended a perfect Beautyrest Mattress and adjustable base for my needs. He was able to get it delivered and set up before Noon the next day! Well done Sir, I will recommend Josh and Mattress King to anyone willing to listen!

Was not told the delivery guys would just leave our mattresses on the front porch. Was told they wouldn’t take the old but would set up new and put old to curb. I would have canceled order if I had known I would be wrestling with 4 mattresses, since we got 2. Terrible communication skills! Do not recommend unless like to be lied to!

I received excellent customer service from both Josh and Antoinnette. My questions were answered fully and thoroughly. Both sales associates are very knowledgeable of the products being sold. The flexibility of being able to choose a delivery day is a wonderful option. The two men that delivered my mattress and frame arrived within the estimated time, were polite, and set up quickly. I would highly recommend Mattress King to anyone needing a new bed/frame.

Overall extremely pleased with my experience. I orginally spoke with Josh (who oversees all of the stores) he answered all of my questions specifically. Since I was going to the Lapeer store, I was informed that Tom is who Id be dealing with. I had a middle of the road price point in mind and 3 options I was interested in. I looked at and tested (not that kind of test, my girlfriend wasnt with me 🤣) all 3, and I really liked my first choice. I then looked at a 4th option, and that was the one I purchased. It was a bit more money than my original pick, but by time Tom worked his magic I was essentially upgraded for just a few bucks more than my original choice. There was no high pressure sales, no gimmicks, and both Josh and Tom are very knowledgeable about there industry. I will be a repeat customer. Also just for transparency, today is 07-23-20 and I didnt know this place existed until a week ago, and I purchased a California king sized Serta.

I just had a mattress delivery to my home on Saturday May 9th,they left product at my front door(outside) which is totally understandable seeing we are under a statewide emergency because of the covid 19, great service from sales and delivery

We just bought a mattress form here and couldnt be happier. We were skeptical on where to go, what to get. Brian & Josh at Mattress King answered all of our questions and recommended the type of mattress that would work for us. We have had it for 3 nights so far and couldnt be happier! World of a difference from our old mattress and a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend any of the Mattress King locations.
