I used to love them but since the pandemic the experience has been really bad. From customer service from them fixing the problem up to their tires. I get tired every four to five months sometimes 6 depending on the wear of the tires. I will say this, I dont know what happened but I do know when its time for me to get my reset of tires I would not be going to them.

Had my tiers rotation done, the man did a excellent job!

The service was fast, prices were reasonable, and they did a great job.

Good customer service, didnt have problem replacing battery. Acknowledged warranty to replace battery.

They didnt perform the tasks requested and the manager refused to correct the issue.

Did not have tires I wanted even though the app said they were available for pickup, but when I went to store, tried to sell me alternative for 20 dollars more. Even told me I couldnot order them.

Please change hours posted online, door and on phone message. Customers were there at 7a, employees didnt arrive until 8a. Service was ok for what I needed, guess it was too early for any greetings.

The service is top notch great guys that works there they will take care of your car.

Took care of 2 tire repairs in a reasonable amount of time. Staff friendly. Not overly pushy like some superstoregiantconglomerates . Reccomended

Great place to get an oil change and tires. Some of the staff there is friendly but there are 2 employees there that like to drop the f bomb several times where customers can hear.

Terrible!!! Manager did not know what services they provided, no cashier to process paperwork and 4 of the 4 workers took multiple breaks and stopped to chat with friends in parking lot during servicing vehicles. Embarassing and will never use them again. Took over two hours for a tire repair with only two cars including mine in the garage🤨🤔

These guys put my life in danger through negligence, not to mention any other vehicles near me! Plus their service sucks. I went to this service center to purchase two new tires for the front wheels of my truck. I went into the store and purchased some water and then came outside to find that the service guys were removing the rear wheels of the truck, even though theres an obvious spare on the front. I told them that I wanted the front tires changed so they proceeded to do that. Once I got down the road the front end began to shake so I returned to have them rebalance the tires. They did that, insisting that the tires were zeroed. I then drove about 20 miles on I-10 and it started to feel like I had a flat tire. So I pulled into a tire place in Kenner and had them rebalance them. These guys told me that one tire was improperly balanced and the other hadnt been touched. Once the Kenner guys were done I drove to uptown New Orleans. As I was driving down Carrolton a driver motioned to me to roll down my window. He pointed out that my rear wheel on the drivers side had a really serious wobble to it. Turns out these numbnuts didnt replace the lugs tightly on the rear wheels! I drove all that way, luckily, without a wheel falling off. Never, ever, ever, NEVER NEVER take your car to this sorry excuse for a shop.

Oil change went well. Had a little trouble finding my keys afterwards. Found them hanging on the outside of the door.

Walmart lines are to long and there is never enough lines open. They make to much money not to be convenient to there customers.

They didnt take long at all putting my tires on. I had to get my tire ordered and was shocked on how cheap it was. I paid double for 2 of the tires at Lexus.
