Horriable people...not like other locstions not helpfull, dont know how to work their own system...couldnt even tell me how much a replacement phone would cost until it is all done...

These two guys!!! Amazing. The warmth and joy they made me feel upon walking in the door. They were so jolly and welcoming. I was exasperated from looking for service all day. They were my 4th and final option for service. It was splendid. I dont care what they were selling. I would have bought it! They made me feel so happy. Unfortunately, I had to return the device due to my own complications. It hurt my heart to bring it back, because these guys treated me so good. Even though they werent there when I returned it, I happily paid the 20% restocking fee without complaining because of them. After this situation I went on with my life, I told them how happy I was with the service and that I would leave them a review, but I quickly forgot. Now im here sitting in my home and today I had a not so good situation with t-mobile customer service 1800 number where I was charged even though I no longer have the service and they wanted to help but keep emphazing that they couldnt because my account was closed and that they recommend me to dispute the invalid charge with my bank. This upset me, then as I was going to dispute the charges I remembered these two guys, and how they made my day and how regrettably sorry I was for having to cancel my service. Then I decided that because of these two gentlemen. I wasnt gonna dispute the charges. I dont care how the people in the upper tier messed up, because of these bottom tier beautiful people. I was gonna happily take the hit and write this review with a smile. Thank you Laplace store. I will never forget how you guys made me feel. This is the manager and another employee who is in good hands with him. It almost seems like a Father son (Mentor) relationship between these two. This manager made me feel so happy inside. Thank you!!!! Just going back in my phone to find this picture made me happy. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

T-MOBILE in Laplace, LA is one of the best locations. The whole crew is very cool and knowledgeable. I live in BR but prefer to drive to this store. I really like the Assistant Manager, Amyri. She is so sweet and takes time to explain the plans, offers and phone/product features. T-Mobile is THE BESt cellular provider overall in my book! I have had service for about 17yrs total!

I went in with a Voice Mail question. After 10 minutes of fumbling with my phone, the Staff had no knowledge of how to answer the question. I am going to have to call customer service. Will never step foot in that store again.

Best experience ever dealing with T-mobile. I had to get 5 phones activated and the customer service rep was super professional, patient, and efficient. It was so pleasant, I decided to get my other phone accessories from here as well. Great experience!

This is the fourth T-Mobile store Ive visited and is by far the best. My sales representative Quinn was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. Himself and the other sales rep went out of there way to make sure that my issues were resolved and thoroughly explained my service plan to me. The transaction was the fastest Ive experienced in years. Thank you all.

This was the best service I have ever experienced at any wireless store. We walked into a warm greeting from the entire staff! I was not a T-mobile customer but after Teddy and Cole went above and beyond any expectation I had no reason to not be a T-mobile after that visit! I will be getting my whole family to switch over and to go to that location specifically! It was truly top notch customer service!

Amyri was one of the best representative I have ever met. I had a major issue with my phone and I was pressed for time. This lady came through. She was FAST, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and most of all very patience and have this warm welcoming personality. These are the type of people T-Mobile need working with their customers. Awesome lady. Went there on Sunday to get my sons a new phone no problem getting phones for them. Inquired about a phone for me and they were out and I was given all the info I needed on how much I needed to pay in all. Went there on Friday and now its all a different price when I inquired about it they were telling this something totally different then when I was there a mere couple of days ago. Needless to say I walked out not getting my phone and thinking about leaving them and going to a new phone service company.

T mobile in laplace is the most knowledgeable and energetic store ive came into. if you go in upset about a situation Juju, Nya, or Brianna you wont leave that way
