I had an overwhelmingly positive experience from this store. Ive been with T-Mobile for several years, but Verizon has better coverage for when Im traveling. Keith was incredibly helpful with setting up my new device for traveling.

I’ve never been happier to spend my money. Thank you Keith for all your help. Everyone go to him he provides excellent service and is ON TOP OF IT. A great mustache on his face might I add.

My family and I have been Verizon customers for years. My mom finally was considering an upgrade so I took her here. Imagine after all these years still having one of those phones that slides up to reveal a keyboard, that’s what my mom was rockin around town with. I previously had a great experience at this store so I thought bet let’s take her here. The staff was very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable explaining not only the pros of upgrading to an iPhone but also all the features the iPhone has to offer. She walked out iPhone in hand and she couldn’t be happier! Direct quote from my mom: “I LOVE the talk to text and tracking all my children on find my friends!”

I have spent much of my life feeling very left behind by the technology world as I just could not seem to figure out how to text, Face Book, and get my news online. My 12-year old grandson Allan Wilson came over to my house to help me add friends on Face Book but when he got there he asked for a Mountain Dew and sat down on the couch to watch Swamp People on the History Channel because my son Michael cancelled their cable package. I had frankly just about given up on technology when I heard about a deal Verizon was running. I thought maybe a cellular phone upgrade would be a good segue into the world of technology, and boy was I right. If it weren’t for this iPhone X I purchased from your store, I wouldn’t have even known how to spell the word segue unless I’d gone to get my dictionary L O L (laugh out loud). I arrived with no knowledge of what was best for me, and I met a young man in your store who explained to me all of the ins and outs of owning my very own iPhone X. He was informative, polite, and had a beautifully groomed mustache that reminded me so much of my late husband, Rodney. I miss Rodney very much and seeing a handsome young face that reminded me of his made my day, before I even learned about the cellular phones! In my old age I am not quite as gifted at remembering names as I used to be, but this young man’s face is not one I’ll soon forget....I wish he was my grandson instead of Allan. Thank you to Verizon and to their employees for helping me become a cool hip grandma with a flashy iPhone X!

I killed my Pixel 2 XL. I couldnt get it to factory reset, was busy at wrork. Called this store. Spoke with Shantell. She said, come on by, and Ill fix it for you. She had me up and running back to work in 3 minute. Even cleaned my case for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, thats what this world is losing. But this store still has it.
