Very nice people. They got me in fast and the work was quick also. Fair prices for brakes. Would definitely recommend!
Great people and great service, they were super fast and did not try to upsell me
Great experience.Easy in and out.Everyone was very helpful.Got me back on the road really fastHighly recommend
They put on two new rear tires. 49 and 44 psi. Unfriendly and rush through with checking vir quality control. Didnt reset the tires, now warning light stays on. L
Extremely nice people. Fast work and fair prices. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area needing brakes etc.
Very friendly and fast. I am a new customer and I will be going back. Thanks guys
Got a set of 4 new tires, was in and out of there in 30 minutes. They are quick.
Just use there service today for tire change for semi truck trailer. They treat me so well . Feel like family. Its Family owned business. There 1 year old kid is so cute 😍. Keep it up guys you guys are awesome 👌
Trenton is our hero! He was willing to help us during our road trip. We had driven from California & our RV was having some issues. He diagnosed a fuel pump issue, replaced the pump & had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Thank you Trenton!!
When my triple A plan failed to rescue me with a blown rear tire, (fortunately it was a dually so my rim was fine) I had to come up with another solution. After calling shops in the area, it was obvious my cheapest option was to hire Laramie Tire to come change the bad tire. The daytime rates were fair and the technician was real friendly (and honestly, cute). Pretty soon after the mechanic arrived, my tire was swapped and I was back on the road. Even though I was 50 miles away from their shop, I only paid $440. Not the greatest for my wallet (I’m broke, what can I say) but the best option to solve my problem, seeing as I was alone and 1000 miles from anybody I knew who could help me. Big thanks to these guys. Big anti thanks to triple A WY for not towing me, even though I pay for RV premium.I had to include that, the wound is still fresh.
We were driving through Laramie on our trip from Chicago and noticed a low tire pressure indicator. The good folks at Laramie Tire & Auto were able to quickly fix the issue. They were very professional.
While traveling I needed brakes on my truck . The woman at front counter was professional . I was given a fair price & there were NO surprise charges. Work was done correctly & in a timely manner.
We popped a tire on our way into town and camped in their parking lot over night. Two other parties, including a couple with a radiator leak, were waiting for the store to open Saturday morning on labor day weekend. They had two different hours versions posted, but nothing that indicated they would be closed for the day. A young man came around the shop 15mins after opening for God know what, and just kind of gruffly said you know were closed in case you were wondering. I promptly said nothing was posted to indicate so. We had wasted our morning waiting when we should have been looking for auto shops that would be open.
While I was pleased they would deliver and install a battery in my truck, I was disappointed in being charged $75 for a service call AND $44.50 for labor after paying a premium for the battery. I only live 1.8 miles away and it took him 15 minutes to install the battery since I had already taken the battery out. Again, I appreciate they were able to do it but next time I will contact a handyman to help so it doesnt cost so much.
Unbelieable professionals honest and compassionate. On a bucket list trip two 73 and 75 yr olds from ca.to maine when brake lights came on. They moved us to front of line fixed a minor problem road tested our car and all at no charge. We were ripe to be rip off but instead they gave me a hug and put us on the road. Were.now in maine with our Grand Kids.God Bless Laramie Tite and Auto Center
Good people decent prices
I took my wheels and tires in to have them mounted. I told them I was going to only use them for truck meets and shows. They told me yeah we have to stick tubes in the tires in order to be beaded for $120. I told the lady to go ahead and do it. Got them back and there were holes in the tubes so the tires had no air. Went in to ask what they could do and the guy comes to talk to me and says “I knew when we stuck the tubes in that they were going to pop because of bad bead lips on the tires.” So why in gods green earth would you not flipping tell me this before putting them in and paying for the tubes. The only reason I can think why they did that is to get my money. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else where, where they treat their customers good
Great and quick service changing my semi drive tire.
Staff is very professional and friendly. They were able to quickly resolve my trucks tire lock lug issue before I hit the road again.
Great prices. Fast service!
These guys helped me out of a tight spot, I highly recommend.
Fellow truckers! Skip the petro and loves and go to these guys for your tire needs. They also have 255/70 for the carhaulers.Всем удачи!
Rescue me from side of freeway. Great guys and state farm roadside assistance is BS as these guys are true assistance!
One of our drivers broke down in the middle of the night. We called around town (from out of state) and couldnt find anyone to look at the truck. They got us in within a couple hours, checked everything out, and got our driver back on the road!
I took my truck in because the clutch went out, and they said it was just a small clip that holds the hydraulic line into the slave cylinder. When I got the truck back, the passenger side was covered in scratches and dents, and the clutch went out again the next day and left me stranded on I-80. Upon inspection from another mechanic, it turned out that Laramie tire and auto center didn’t replace the hydraulic line clip, didn’t bleed the line correctly, didn’t identify the other problems with the clutch, and charged me $110 for a BS fix. It turned out that I needed a whole new clutch assembly. I will NEVER take another vehicle here for any fix. Do NOT take your vehicle here.
I appreciate Laramie Tire so much!!! They get our vehicles and tires fixed and get our vehicles back quickly. I never worry about the price because I know they are fair. I dropped off a vehicle Sunday afternoon because the tire was quickly going flat because of a huge chunk of metal. It is 8:30 Monday morning and they just called to say it is repaired and ready to pick up. Such great service!!
These guys are fantastic I got a flat when I got off the exit and these guys rushed me right in and got my tire fixed
Great people. Very professional.only thing is I had to bring my 03 expedition in 3 times for fueling issues. And now I have to bring it to wyo speed and wyo speed fixed the issue. But overall these guys did fix normal maintenence issues with my truck.
These guys always taken care of me whether it’s an inspection, new tires, or even used..don’t care what it is these guys always come through. Thanks a lot
When we needed help the employees went above and beyond to help us out. We are very thankful.
Troy was AMAZING and very professional! We lost an entire wheel on a living quarters horse trailer. Had to stay the night and unload the horses at the fairgrounds. We went into his shop and instead of him asking us to bring our trailer to his shop he came all the way out to the fairgrounds to check it out. Unfortunately he could not fix it due to Covid and shipping on the parts we needed for a few weeks. However, gave us some good advice and we were able to make it home!!! I HIGHLY recommend doing business here. Honest mechanics are hard to come by and we found one! Thanks again.
Was a rip off for what I ended up getting.
We were traveling through with our camper and had a defective tire. We called Laramie Tire & Auto to see if they had tires for our camper. They upgraded both of our camper tires in less than an hour and were very helpful. Highly recommend!
Absolutely NO parking nor are there any signs to direct you. I am disabled and can only walk about 50 ft at a time so this was not the ideal situation. I called after circling the block 3 times with my 1 ton dually, not a small vehicle by any means and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I tried to explain that I couldnt park in the front of the building because the curb was painted yellow due to a fire hydrant. She insisted their building is not yellow.....way to listen, thats not at all what I said. Finally they said to park in front and they would drive my truck back to their bay for me. Everything went smoothly following that and they got my alignment done quickly and they were friendly following the initial problems. I probably wont go back just because theres No parking and the rudeness that followed.
Our A/C went out driving across Wyoming on our way back to Texas and after calling 4 other random places, Laramie Tire & Auto was recommended and they came through. Price was reasonable. Friendly staff. Thank you!
My wife just had the CV shafts on the front of her Jeep Liberty 4x4 replaced by these folks and she is as excited as when she first got it.the price was so fair Im excited. Thank you for great service, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing.
Fantastic people. Took us to breakfast while we got tires on my friends truck. Got us in and out FAST
I was helping a stranded motorist who had blown a tire and had driven on the rim. He didn’t have a spare, jack or a lug wrench. Troy lent us the special split socket so that we could change the tire for the motorist. Troy didn’t hesitate offering us his tools! I love this town and I am so proud to be a part of this community!!
Best place in town for service I would say! Great prices, really professional and helpful staff, and most importantly, high quality work. Took my pickup in for a misfire and they fixed it for free because they changed no parts. Great place to do business with!
Prompt service and good work.
Troy and his guys are probably the best in town!! Highly recommend if youre in a tight pinch or just need some repairs done!!
Recently I had the rocker panels on my truck coated with rhino lining here. The coating is uneven at 13 tall in the front and 11.5 tall in the back. So it slopes towards the rear. They also forgot to install my antenna and broke some of the clips on my backup sensors installing and removing my rear bumper. Lastly they over sprayed the rhino on my driveshaft (in the picture I have started scraping it off) and other places it doesnt belong. Given I spent $1500+ tax for this work I am extremely dissapointed.
This place is great. Ive been in Laramie for many years and have gone through many different auto services and Ive always been disappointed in them for one thing or another.Theyre always very friendly and helpful. Theyre quick to get your car in and fix it very quickly. And best of all, their prices are extremely reasonable. And the icing on the cake is that they have a fantastic waiting room - nicely decorated and completely clean. That shows that they truly care about customer experience. Most mechanics in Laramie cant be bothered to have a nice area for their customers. If you have a car problem, take it here. Youll be glad you did.
Sent my 1994 truck in for an exhuast estimate... came back to me with a $600 estimate and then goes on to say my clutch needs replacing when I had replaced that less than two years ago and I know for a fact is not the issue.... RIP OFF BEWARE DO NOT TRUST
Such wonderful staff that work hard and care about the details. Would recommend any day. Thanks so much!!
Great customer service and they can handle most of your automotive needs, including trailer DOT inspections and snow cat service.
Young lady traveling alone, visiting family in Laramie and needing to drive back home to Sheridan. I brought my car in to investigate why my check engine light was on to make sure that I would have no problems going home. They charged me $99 to simply plug it into a code reader and identify that there was no issue with my car, but a previous code had not been cleared and was causing the light to come on and told me that my car was safe to drive in this instance whether the light was on or not. A task that most auto shops would have done for free. Then, as I was driving home to Sheridan, the light came BACK on. I paid $99 for no problems to be solved.
Very fast and nice people. Easy and simple, to the point and fairly priced.
I had a terrible noise coming from my front brake while taking the exit coming through town. They took the tire off, checked the caliper/rotors and found nothing but a rock stuck under the pad. Because nothing was replaced they charged me nothing even though they spent better part of 45 minutes finding the issue. Excellent service, very nice clean shop and service lounge.
I was on vacation and they worked my van in and fixed it in 2 days. Forever grateful.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! Our pop up trailer blew a tire on I80 and was towed to the Laramie Tire Factory who got right on the trailer the next morning and my wife and kids were back on their way after getting a new set of tires and some bearings, all at very reasonable prices. They really showed how much they truly care and im very thankful!
I had a great experience here assisted by two wonderful people. Randy and a woman with dark hair, that I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. Got me in and out fast, truly wanted to help in the best way they could, and didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge on cars. Will choose to go here every time I get the option.
The staff are friendly and laid back but the mechanic work is questionable. Ive visited these guys 4 or 5 times now and each time I noticed small things that bothered me, considering I was paying $70+ for oil changes and small auto work. This last experience made me walk away from them completely. 2000 miles after theyve replaced my oil Im having to replace it somewhere else. No sticker in the window (noticed as I drove away), engine warning oil needs changed comes on and they failed to do some specific tasks I had asked them to do. I like trusting my mechanic and I dont feel it with these guys.
Just traveling through at 9pm. And our brakes started making a terrible noise. Stayed at the motel 8 and when in right at 8 am when they opened. They were able to get us in and on the road by 1030am! Very grateful as last min unplanned car fixes on the road are not fun. Thanks!
Reasonable prices and friendly staff!
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The customer service was far beyond anything necessary. My car had broken down very early in the morning, and it was towed here. I called them as soon as they opened, and Bethany was so nice and courteous. I had forgot to leave the key to get in the vehicle, and they sent someone to pick it up, and he cane very quickly. They looked at the vehicle in a timely manner, and Bethany was very thorough in the options I had. She called the tow company to see if they would buy it for salvage, and they didn’t charge me anything for looking at the vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
Great tire shop and I will go back
I had tires replaced and they stripped out a lug nut Which is fine things happen. The one day I had off and was in Laramie they could not fix it because of weather with no snow on the ground, which isnt exceptable. I guess I LL go home and fix it my self.
This place ! Is a RIP-off. I recommend that you drive to Cheyenne and get your needs serviced. No comment on specifics but very unethical business practices
We were stuck with a bad tire at a gas station in Rawlins, and someone drove all the way from Laramie (an hour and a half trip) and was professional, helpful, and done with our tire in 15 minutes!
I wish I could give Laramie Tire 10 stars! We had 2 tires blow out in our motorhome in between Ft. Collins and Laramie. Randy came to our rescue! By the time wed gotten signal and got through, it was already late, but he valiantly came to our rescue, in the dark, on a narrow 2-lane highway with many semis going past. He was so friendly & helpful. He looked at much of the damage & helped us do an assessment, then he actually followed us into Laramie to make sure we were OK and took us to an RV repair shop. This business really cares & they were great to work with! If you have the need, they are amazing!
I was on a long roadtrip when I suddenly found myself with bald tires in Laramie. I asked at the lube shop who they recommend for tires, and Im so glad I got to Prime Tire. At the end of the day, Randy sized up my situation with me and got me some tires to get me back to Washington. Then Mark looked at the heart of the problem while Jake got my new tires on. He correctly realized the twisted axle and reassured me that I didnt have an imminent safety issue. They were all so good at their jobs: fast, correct, and friendly. Plus, it was fairly priced. Thank you, Prime Tire, I made it back!
Went to get a tire fixed and a rotate. They asked me if I bought the tires from them I told them know I was from Nebraska. They had me wait over an hour after telling me 15 minutes they had four people come in after me and they took care of all of them prior to myself. So without any confrontation I left and went up the street to Warren Truck Repair I told them what had happened and they repaired my tire for free and sent me on my way. When I called Laramie tire repair to voice my concern they just hung up on me.
Wyo Dent Co. Always get it done right and takes great care of my cars and truckThanks
Service was quick and efficient. Definitely a lot more expensive then other large scale/chain shops. If you need something done short notice definitely come here. If you can wait, check your price points at other places outside of Laramie (usually go to discount tire in Cheyenne)
Really nice and fast too. We had a blow out on I-80, and their employee AJ actually stopped to help us and ride the tire back to the shop. Not too pricy and they’re super friendly. We have been traveling from Alaska with our dog and baby, and they let us all hang out in their spacious waiting room. We are so grateful, because it could have been a lot worse. Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone passing through Wyoming! :)
Brought my car in for a free tire rotation, because we purchased tires here, and left with a bill for a new stud, lug nut, and replacement labor. Ive never noticed a problem with the stud threads and never had a problem getting it off. Regardless, the technician never checked with me (to show me the problem and discuss the the possible solution) before making the repair. I think it is standard practice to discuss potential repairs before making them.
Not A1 service and they charge the most allowed!
I am not a full time mechanic, but I know when jobs are completed correctly and when they are not. I also know that when customer’s vehicles are taken into the custody of the shop that they should take every step to insure that the vehicle is taken care of. My vehicle was not taken care of when I took it to the Laramie Tire Factory on May 14th 2013. When they took my vehicle into the shop, they did not cover the seat with any type of protector and resulted with a stain in the drivers seat which was very difficult to remove from the fabric. Also, when they were taking my wheels off, one of them fell from the vehicle resulting in a very deep scratch that is neither repairable nor attractive. When this happened, the mechanic (if you could call him that) stated I dont care, its not mine. When they re-installed my wheels, they did NOT use any type of torque wrench or a torque stick with the impact wrench. I am currently going to school to be a mechanic, and know what can happen when the proper procedures are not taken when installing wheels. Finally, when pulling my vehicle out of the shop, they assumed that since it is a type of race car that they needed to drive it hard. They drove my car harder in one block than I ever have since I have owned it. Since then, I have had a check engine light that constantly needs to be reset, and limits the vehicle to certain parameters. I dont appreciate my car being treated like this and will never return to this shop for service again.
Thought we were going to be stranded as we blew a tire on the interstate.... the tow truck driver said to check out Laramie Tire & Auto Center. They got us right in and out back on the road. Excellent service highly recommend.
Quick, helpful, good price
Super helpful answering a phone call and questions when we had a flat tire! Highly recommend their service.
Terrible
Friendly local people who take their time to help in a kind way. When I went in I was panicking over a flat tire causing me to be late for work, and they were able to help fast and without hurting my wallet as much as I would have back home.
Only place Ill go for tires in Laramie, super friendly and helpful.
Got me right in and out for a fair price. Great Service. Thanks again
Price gougers would not recommend them I needed batteries they charged me a call out fee for $150 then charged me an installation fee for a $150 sent an old man out that had arthritis that I had to help and they were only 2 miles away and overcharge me for the batteries stay away
Our hotshot truck was in desperate need of snow traction back tires...very friendly staff had just what we needed in stock & got us rolling fast...tires already got us through some heavily-iced roads safe and sound! Thank you so much!
Good service, decent prices, professional work.
I have been taking my company truck here for a year now and they have done every repair in a timely manner. They have gone above and beyond what a shop should be required to do such as pickup/drop off service at my request. Theyve always made repairs and returned my truck to me when I need it.
Needed 4 new trailer tires to make it back to Minnesota on very short notice. We were in and out in about an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Friendly and honest auto shop with reasonable prices. They are now my go to shop for my mechanical needs.
Customer Service 2/5.
Stranded from a tire blow-out on I-80 the day after the Snow Bomb hit. I-80 was extremely busy with accidents and what-not! Laramie Tire and Auto was the ONLY call for help that kept getting back with us and informing how long it would be until they could get to us. AAA was as useless as useless can be. Bethany and her crew knew exactly where we were located, and were ready and waiting to put a new tire on as soon as we arrived five minutes before closing!! Thank you for your awesome customer service!!!
I need to arrange to get my daughters car repaired from 2000 miles away. The folks at Laramie Tire Factory fixed her car and called me back to give me the details of what they did. I couldnt be happier with the experience. Thank you very much!
Tony is a lifesaver. While I was driving from Boulder, Colorado to Casper, Wyoming for The Great American Eclipse when I got a flat tire in Laramie driving through a construction zone. It was Sunday and everything was closed. After calling every tire place in town (most of which were closed due to it being Sunday), car rental places all closed and my roadside assistance had offered to come and tow the car back to Loveland, CO (there were three of us so I wasnt sure how this was going to happen). Tony said he would look and see if he had a tire that would work for my car, called me back, and he did in fact find one and told us to come on by (during hours that his shop is closed) and he put the tire on and had us back on the road within 10 minutes!!He deserves a shout out so I wanted to let everyone know what an awesome man runs this business. 😀Thanks again Tony!
Great service, straight talk, fair prices.Just what I want.Ive been happy here for years.
Never ever will I go back here again. I went in to get my car aligned because it was shaking bad. I paid it and drove home to find its still shaking bad. I called the shop and they told me to bring it back in that it probably needs balanced too. So NOPE! It actually just needed 2 tired on the front. Thats it. Didnt need am alignment. I drove home with these 2 new tires on and my car starts swirving to the right. Im done with this joke shop. On top of that my dipstick is missing. I think these people are crooks.
The owner of this business is very professional and an excellent leader. He really cares about his customers. Again, thank you!
I think that Laramie Tire is a great place to get your service done on your vehicles. They have fast and friendly service and the prices are affordable for everyone.
Couldnt say enough about this business..our new RV tires fell apart and found this wonderful business via google and waze..pulled in and had 4 new trailer tires on before you knew it! Thank you employees you are a life saver!
Very professional staff I get my oil changed here for both my cars. There reasonably priced as well.
Very good business and customer service!
I was told to go here because they would listen and be helpful. Well the front desk isnt trained to understand pricing or ask the proper questions so when I go in to drop off my car the guy was rude the information I got was incorrect and I am Not to worry because its I guess my car so. Surprise I shouldnt have been. I will find somewhere to go to get what I need done even if its not in this town due to rude business in this town.. I am from here and do less and less business every time I turn around due to these kind of situations. That was my experience personally, if you know him I hear hell do awesome work! Or maybe say the right name and hell care... Dont know but wasnt my experience today...
My wife was towing a small, empty trailer across westbound Wyoming. We didnt expect to have any problems for her trip. She was 6 miles outside of Rawlins when one of the tires was destroyed. I called every place in Rawlins, then every place in Rock Springs (110 miles west). No one could help her the same day and only one place had a tire that would work. Luckily our roadside assistance will tow 100 miles and although she had to backtrack 94 miles east we had it towed into Laramie. We are from CO so she just came home and postponed her trip. Laramie Tire Factory had it fixed less than 1 1/2 hours after they had the trailer. Not only was the tire replaced, but both of the bearings were replaced and packed, they reinforced one of the fenders, and fixed a ground on the lights. There were no extra charges for the fender or the ground. Above and beyond without a doubt. They not only had excellent service, they were super friendly. I felt like I was an inconvenience to every other tire shop I had called. They were upfront with me, understood the situation and followed up with everything quickly. They knew we were only passing through which means they knew we could not be repeat customers but we were treated as if we had worked for them for years. The best I can do to return the favor is write a review and hope you decide to choose them too.
Extremely rude and unprofessional! Took my car in for a coolant leak, he said he could tell it had a leak but not why or where from and sent me on my way with no solution other then to refill the coolant every day.P.S. Took car to a different mechanic who promptly diagnosed it as a bad water pump and had it fixed the same day. Save your time and energy and go elsewhere.
Great service love the renovations and how warm the front is now, had flat, got great deal on 2 tire replacement, i highly recommend been going for years
Timely, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous
