They just have awful customer service. I went in before new years and looked at a car and didnt hear back from them. So then i called three weeks later and i was told the guy i had talked to wasnt in that day but to call back. I asked to leave a message and have him calk me back which he never did. So i called today and he said ohhh sorry i sold that car...... well at least call and tell me that so i know! Jesus its a wonder they are still open.

Bought a vehicle from them in June 2015. The deal was very fair. The truck was pretty dirty but considering the deal and how much they worked with me, it was worth my time to clean it up. I have had one problem with it since but no indication of cheap cover up of any kind. They sell primarily older vehicles and there is always a measure of risk when buying one.

I was scolded for suggesting a vehicles price was a little high (was priced at 142% of blue book fair market dealer price). Salesman got quite angry and seemed only able to go on and on about how stupid blue book is and how he cant stand people who act like they know more than he does, which I guess I did by mentioning the blue book value. So I left. He was friendly to me up until I identified myself as not a sucker, for what thats worth.

I bought a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder from these clowns. The transmission crapped out immediately after I bought it. Quality Auto my foot.

I purchased a truck in 2015 from them, by the time I got home, the check engine light was on. About a week later, the oil was leaking. Spent about $1,500 to get it fixed, spent another $1,000 over the next month on other problems. They did nothing to help out with the expenses, very shisty and not honest. Finally got into a new vehicle, thought Id share my experience with this company. Buyer beware!

They have variety of cars and they make sure that each car has no problems, very nice people, you leave with satisfaction.
