Customer service was responsive and helpful. However, they did not carry in stock what I was looking for. They were more than willing to answer my questions promptly and assist in any other way.

Its a very nice Jewelry store. Its a bit narrow and small bit very well kept and clean and colorful. I did not get anything but I liked the slim shiny inventory they had and wished I had enough to get a good watch! The only complaint I have is..I dunno I might be wrong BUT I felt like the service lady was watching me. I guess it makes sense and Im probably HOPEFULLY wrong but...eh! Nice little jewelry store with a good sparkling selection to boot!Small update as of 4/7/21- I bought a Rolex here and the service was great, patient with me and honest. Happy to have done business here and would definitely 100% recommend if asked to do such for a Jewelry store.

Samantha’s patience and thoughtfulness during the entire experience made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. She allowed me to try on different timepieces and did not pressure me while I narrowed down my final selection from their myriad of beautiful options. Do yourself a favor and ask for Samantha when you go to the store. I highly recommend her as a sales associate. Furthermore, I have returned multiple times to Deutsch & Deutsch Laredo to purchase other luxury goods for different occasions. I have had a pleasant experience each time I returned. Recently telephonically visited (due to Covid) Deutsche and Deutsche In Laredo in search for a diamond cross necklace, and was provided the utmost highest quality of service. Sales associate Lizzie was outstanding. She provided via text numerous photos of the necklaces available.. I firmly believe she went above and beyond the service provided by other competitors. This was not my first visit to Deutsche and Deutsche jewelry store and will not be my last. Much like their stores in Laredo and McAllen, one always receives the best service from highly qualified and professional staff, and best prices.

Went in to look at watches for a graduation gift and also needed a small gift box for a bracelet. I was treated rudely and told they didnt have any jewelry boxes? at a jewelry store!

I was refused service because they dont carry my brand and it wasnt purchased from them. Thats strange because I used to take my other watches with no problem until that day. I left them speechless when I told them this, even the manager didnt know what to tell me. There was no drama here but I was blunt to the truth. Bad and ridiculous service.
