Bought my rings at Kay jewelers la cantera they Had awesome customer service. Came to the one at mall del Norte to get my size fix the lady there not even greeted us she was asking me if I need it help but not even approaching me so I got upset and gave her the same attitude she was giving me. Awful customer service I went Friday April 27 around 12:00

I hate this kay jewelers! The employee never help you even though they see you need help. Because they think you have no money to buy things and when they know i have a credit card from there they immediately get all friendly! Employees need re training or need to be replaced! There is always 2 people helping and it gets packed!
