I’ve always had a pleasant experience there. Of course, things changed and now I work a different schedule. Now, hours of operation are not very friendly for my convenience. I have to get out of work to go pick up my package from there. Hours of operations need to be expanded at least until 8pm or at least include Sundays! I now understand how others felt with the same situation.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Needed to ship a time-sensitive package and denied the opportunity because we did not have a preprinted label upon our arrival at 4:55 PM Advertised store hours of closing at 5:00 PM, and clerk informed us they stop receiving packages without labels 10 minutes prior to advertised closing time. “Where on the website does it say that?” we asked. Clerk responded that it’s not on their website. Processing our package would’ve taken no time at all. Pleaded with the clerk, and he was aloof to our circumstance. We will never step foot in this establishment again.

We used the UPS Store as our short-term mail drop while we were temporarily working in the Laredo area. WOW! These guys provide a great service at a reasonable price. Great communication with us when our mail came in and top-notch customer service when stopping in to the pick up or get some other office services that we needed. I will definitely use these guys again if we are working in the area again.

I’ve used this UPS store several times from printing emails to mailing stuff out and making copies. Every time I’m greeted with great friendly and helpful service. They even let you log on to their computer if you need stuff from an email. I would absolutely recommend this place over the post office.

Everything was cool when I went to drop off a package I needed to ship with a rep named Jesse. Paid for everything and only to find out that my package is not yet in transit. Only thing I have is a tracking number that says the label has been created and nothing else, when the package is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I call the office and speak with Joseph and did not receive any apology from him whatsoever, all I got was “jesse the person that handled you yesterday isn’t here and I can’t do anything, if you want call corporate” they dropped the ball and I did not receive any apology at all all I got was an explanation that person (jesse) that handled my package when I went in most likely did not scan it in and he is not in today. Completely frustrated at this point

I travel alot, and live part time in Mexico. I order a lot of goods to be delivered to this UPS store before I leave to the USA. My packages are always waiting for me and the personal at the store are always courteous and helpful . I even have them ship some of my packages to Mexico and they always get there. Mrs. W and I have shipped many packages from this UPS store. Service is fast and friendly, and employees and manager are helpful. I’ve also had a large color poster printed here. I highly recommend this UPS store. (A froyo place is next door for a tasty treat after you finish here!)

UPS Location 6642 is the best we have ever used. There is no limit to the number of packages that can be delivered and they are always ready with I arrive. I live out of country and go to pick up mail quarterly so this is really good service. Jessie is the best. This last trip, we had so much it was going to be difficult to really determine if everything was there, but, of course it was. Jessie took his time and made our pickup effortless. He even cut up all the boxes and threw away the trash. What else could anyone ask for.

Used to be a good place to send your priority mail. But now your package will probably get to its destination faster by foot than by air. Has made my job harder since I depend on packages to get to destination on time.

Fast, easy, no-hassle service... I was in and out in 5 minutes. This store has been open for 2 years and I just learned about it. I dont ship many items, but this UPS store is my go-to place from now on. I got there and needed a label printed because my printer didnt cooperate with me. The owner had me covered and offered to print it for really cheap. He did everything perfectly and educated me on pick-up times, time it would more likely take to arrive at destination etc. I am completely satisfied with the service I received here. I cant say the same thing about other locations. All of my questions were answered and I will come again.

This UPS store in Monarch Drive held my packages for a week with my instructions to the UPS 1-800 number that the UPS should deliver my packages to my house. They should take these packages to the driver and the UPS driver should deliver my packages to my home under my instructions. They just held it without doing anything.Updated: Although the UPS is very unprofessional and irresponsible of my packages, I have to say that this franchise store is responsible and delivered my packages ultimately. Joseph personally helped me deliver the packages under my instructions to the 1-800 UPS customer services. I am upgrading my evaluation from 1 star to 4 stars.

I have been here many times and always had outstanding customer service!!! I have had copies made, packages mailed out, papers notarized and every time received outstanding customer service!!!

Ive written a few Google reviews, but I never saw myself writing a review for a UPS Store... until I met Jesùs. When we met I was having an absolute hell of a day and he helped me out with understanding the (rather complex) process I would have to complete to send and receive a series of notarized, time sensitive legal documents to and from New Jersey. He offered helpful advice and tips along the way and I left with a smile.

They charged for the boxes. Was on this area an had to used this UPS office. Will never again. UPS located in San Dario is 10 times better. Sent a package from that store less than 2 hrs before coming to this store. Service at San Dario was way better and did not charge me for the box.

I went to this UPS store on Sat. 12-29-18 at 4:50pm and the doors were locked. Hours posted on the door stated open till 5:00pm on Saturdays. Two other customers showed up as I stood outside shocked that this store representing a major shipping company was not following their posted hours. I feel bad for the customer with the child, she was more frustrated then I was! Today when I went to the store to explain my dissatisfaction, the manager apologized. Then he went on to state that just so you know even if somebody was here your package would not have shipped on Saturday. I was thinking well no kidding!!! I explained to him the point was he wasted 45 minutes of my day Saturday and wasted my time today when I had to take the package today to ship it..FEDEX this time, no more UPS! Here is an idea....FOLLOW YOUR POSTED HOURS!!

Horrible service!! i went in on friday 3 pm with a prepaid packing slip and still payed $4 extra for i dont know what, monday around 5 pm i call my insurance to see if they already received my tablet, and they said i hadnt shipped it yet! so i call this ups store and they are claiming they dont remember shipping any tablets, the guy didnt even package it infront of me, he told me he will package it later, and continued with the next customer, i have shipped items several times and that has never happend to me! but i let it slide because there was more customers, so later and well im on the line with them and they suddenly remember is it the one with the crack um yes! so they say we just shipped it out check the tracking in 30 mins, i always ship things and i know tracking updates immediately! so i kept checking back and back and back and it was not updated until 11:59 pm! i have no idea what was going on but these people need to learn do to there jobs right!! i will never ever ship with ups again!!
