I just went to AutoZone with my brake light out. Tina helped me replace the bulb even though it was difficult. Amazing service and Im so happy that she was working today. I highly recommend Tina at AutoZone. Im giving you five stars because thats all the stars permitted. But you deserve an extra star.

I was in a jammed I was vacationing in the Belleair/ Clearwater Beach area coming to the end my GMAC Arcadia was acting up and it wouldn’t really start up. I first started calling a couple of the GMAC locations to see if I can have them check my car. All of them said they were booked up. I was hoping they would slide me in knowing I was on vacation and needed to get back home. So I called Auto Zone I let Adam know my dilemma and he kindly suggested to come over he believed to be a battery issue. So I did not only did he sell me the battery but put the new one in the rain. Thank you Adam you were a God send. Now I can complete my vacation and know I will make it home

From the manager to the customer service... they are simply the best! I had no clue or idea what I was doing when my battery totally died on me.. I went in and the manager took the time to make sure I had every possible tool I was gonna need to get the job done—which eased so much of my anxiety and helped me prepare for the task! Very helpful staff and easy transactions. I purchased a car battery from this auto zone about 1 year ago. My Jeep was acting funny so I took it to them to have the battery, starter and alternator tested. Turns out the battery was not holding a charge so they replaced it under warranty no problem. Chris was who handled the transaction and installed the battery, he was a great help and very courteous.

Well, on the way in an employee was looking at someones car under hood. The employee had a mask, but the customer had his off. I wouldnt of helped anyone not wearing a mask. Maybe he forgot because on the way out, he had one on. The man in the store had a mask on. I was pleased to see both employees wearing masks.

Wonderful service The young lady checked my battery that I had brought at the auto zone on Park ( their battery tester was not working) and it registered bad and thank God it was still under warranty. Most of the folks there are very knowledgeable and theyre all helpful, fast to help and courteous.

I dunno why I didnt give um 5 stars.... I cant expect the guys that work there to be electricians but they did point out what the problem was I was having, an electrical issue that we couldnt do anything about. Staff knew their stuff and were on point. One even changed the batteries I bought for my key fob out while I was in the bathroom.No 5 star because they are a bit pricey.

The prices are on the higher end(like all auto zones) but I always end up going back. This store has the absolute best service! I cant figure out every time I go in there their prices are higher spark plugs same brand same type was a dollar more per spark plug then the other part store other parts I try to get there I can get cheaper at other parts stores. They are close to my house but Id rather drive to the next part store down the road.

We had a big challenge trying to get under a subwoofer to change a brake light. The AutoZone guy offered to help and even went on YouTube to help us manhandle the situation. He was terrific and we were successful!

Two cars, 2 sets of windshield wipers. They walked me through the entire process from determining size, picking a brand and installing the blades. What would take me 20 minutes took them 20 seconds to replace. Nice job.Military ID? Ask for discount.

They may have good products but I never go back there, paid with a $20 and the clerk gave me change for a $10! When I told him he made a mistake he said very loud that I am a lyer, I suggested to look at the top $20 in his drawer and he said without looking that there is none! I went into this liclocat to ask them to pull a code for me and the guy I talked to gave a lame excuse saying oh we cant pull a code if the check engine light isnt on it had literally just went off before I got there. I left and went to OReillys and they were able to pull the code it had. Stop hiring wanna be people that dont know anything. This is why I will switch to OReillys from now on.

Ive never been a huge fan of Auto parts stores, I always feel like Im being gouged. This time I was seeking an air filter and cabin filter for my Chrysler mini-van beater, and didnt want to run all over town. After I installed the new parts I checked the internet (smart, huh?). I could buy the air filter for about $1 cheaper (including shipping), no big deal. But the cabin filter they DID gouge me, its 65% less on the internet (again, including shipping)! Live and learn. If you need the convenience of a store, expect to pay a premium for it. If you can plan ahead a bit you can save significant money. I think you KNOW what Im going to do next time!

Very well-stocked auto parts store that has 99% of your needs and the 1% that they do not have they can order and have within 24 hours, staff seems to be very knowledgeable and helpful and will change batteries and other small repairs for you such as Light Bulbs Etc

Great customer service. I came in to have my battery tested after needing 2 jumps in the morning. I waited no more then 5 mins for him to come out and tested it. And it was bad. From the time I picked up a few things inside & paid at the counter. He was all finished installing the battery. And it didnt cost an xtra some. I didnt catch the 2 gentlemans names that assisted me but both were extremely helpful and knowledgable . (If it helps I was there at about 3 oclock on wed. Dec. 13th) thanks guys

I went to OReillys first looking for bearings and seals for a trailer had the old part numbers the made me Google crossed numbers then only had 2 when I went to autozone the girl there was so helpful that I will never go back to OReillys if autozone dosnt have it they will get it for you rather wait then deal with the guys at OReillys down the street
