Wow! What an amazing donut shop. So much better in quality than the mainstream competitors. A bonus, the employees are very sweet. Great service, great options and terrific taste! What else do you need!

I went on a Sunday morning and expected a long wait, to my surprise the line was just outside the door. I also thought that they maybe out of a lot of donuts but, again to my surprise they were almost fully stocked. As you can see by the pictures the look amazing and the are delicious as well.I appreciated that they were fully staffed making it quick to get in and out. The staff didn’t have time for conversation but, they were friendly. I will be back.

Their donuts are visually beautiful! The cake donuts taste amazing! The regular donuts are pretty basic tasting like dunkin donuts, its their fillings and toppings that make them great. I ordered on Sunday morning once and they were delicious. Ordered tonight on Friday night through uber eats and the donuts were stale. Basically if you order a random assortment of donuts... theyll give you the ones that are not selling and the oldest one on the shelves then throw in some best sellers (Which is a dunkin donuts trick, have a friend that works there) - Im ASSUMING anyways that they do the same. Ill be going in person, in the morning and pick them out myself. That being said, donuts are DELICIOUS!

Ran in to get a couple Donuts because I was near and heard goods things about this donut shop. They reviews were also very good. When I walked in ( during Covid ) there were a couple of people in front of me. 2 servers were working the counter a woman and a man. They were pretty friendly with the people in front of me but didnt seem as friendly when my turn came up. The woman was wiping down the register and the counter but never made eye contact or acknowledge my presence. Then she proceeded to arrange the donuts while still not acknowledging my presence. The man hadnt either and I cant remember what he was doing. The woman finally turned around and asked me what I wanted but not in a very friendly manner. I ordered 2 donuts 1 chocolate iced and 1 french toast. The donuts themselves are very fluffy and dense which is nice. They are also a good sized donut. The cake part isnt overly sweet which I also like. The chocolate on the chocolate iced donut was pretty standard chocolate. Not amazing just okay and typical. The french toast was very good but pretty sweet for me. The selection was great and not too pricey.The store was pretty clean. I would have given 5 stars but I didnt feel super comfortable in the store.

Story time!My sweet daughter never really asks for things at random. This morning she asked for donuts, but we were already at our destination to drop her off before I went into work.I went onto Jupiter donuts website and browsed, and noticed that their boxes were pre-picked for you. I was worried- what if they were all flavors that a 4 year old wouldnt like, ya know?? So I type into the memo that they were for a couple of 4 year old girls and Jupiter did not disappoint.They were so happy with the donuts and it made this mamas day!

Their donuts are definitely out of this world! One of the best donuts I’ve had and I’ve traveled to a lot of places. I’ve tried so many of their flavors and every single donut was so good, I just couldn’t believe it! My absolute favorites were the red velvet with cream cheese and chocolate cake donut with strawberry icing. The donuts were still as good even a couple days after. Make sure to come early cause sometimes it has a long line.

Today they had some of the best donuts in months! I come here once or twice and week, They have some good days and some not so good days but today was one of those days where things were very light and fluffy and amazing. Keep up the good work!

First time trying these expensive donuts and they shoved them together in a bag with hot food so they melted all over and stuck together. These were thrown out and no donuts were even tried from your shop...too bad. Syrup leaked all over the bag. Come on...

This used to be my favorite donut shop. The apple fritters were simply amazing! However they recently changed. I dont know what happened but now the apple fritters are mostly dough with almost no apple chunks and its undercooked. This is not a one time thing. It has gotten worse over the last few weeks. I will not be going back.

These guys used to make the best apple fritters. About two weeks ago something changed. The apple fritter was really doughy and no apple. I went on a Saturday. Thought maybe it was the day. I went on Sunday this week it was actually worse. Not really cooked all the way and 3 little pieces of apple.

Best breakfast sandwiches in town and the best donuts on top of that! 😍 Sandwiches come out hotter than the lava from the recent new Zealand volcanos. We’ve been customers of Jupiter donuts since they opened. Excited to bring my friend there today from out of town the place was packed which was fine except the fact that I had to wait 45 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns meanwhile at least 6-8 Uber drivers came in to pick up orders while the dining area was packed with people. Seems they’ve gotten too busy to handle the influx of orders and maintain your high quality customer service that you once used to provide. Unless you’re ready to go wait a long amount of time for 2 sandwiches I wouldn’t recommend going here as it’s now made us late for other plans we had for today.

Great selection even though I got there late on a Saturday!! Bought a dozen for my employees, and everyone loved them. Ill come back if they earn it again lol. Employees were friendly, and the store was very clean. They also had some decent looking breakfast sandwiches that Ill have to go back and try.

I have a problem with their unwillingness to Supply donuts that some customers request. For example, Ive asked so many times that when they deliver donuts to different establishments that they include cinnamon sugar donuts as well as white powder donuts. I also like the vanilla cream filled donuts.Basically I was told they just deliver whatever they choose to deliver. I reminded the Bakery manager that when I go to places who sell their donuts and they dont have the flavor thats not good customer service. Ive asked so many times for them to think outside the box excuse the pun and add a few of the ones that I like but they dont seem interested. I dont think the other donuts are that great however I do prefer the cinnamon sugar white powdered and vanilla cream filled. They cant seem to manage including those.I found the manager in Largo to be somewhat curt and persnickety.

Jupiter donuts is awesome. Came Saturday morning and they were incredibly busy, line out the door. Still we had our donuts in less than 10 minutes. The donuts were fresh and delicious. Kids loved it and I loved it. Decent prices and fast!

5 stars for your products.But todays shift cashier should be definitely taken down from the customer face to face work as shes running her mouth very inappropriately. First of all, she had mask pulled all the way under her chin for whole time. Talked way too much as I and people waiting in line just wanted to buy and leave. But family in a car was waiting for delicious donuts. I walked in with straight order of few donuts, no questions, no undecided that this could cause her to stop talking without asking. While paying, she took my card and asked how much of a tip I am giving from this card. I said I do not give a tip. Then she said its for my decorator in the back... I repeated again, I do not give a tip. There was no service which will require me to give a tip. Dont get me wrong, I usually tip servers very well and generously, but here she handed me few donuts in a paper bag... She overcharged me for mini pastries as she said she will charge me for 9 as normal but heres 10 last ones... I said ok...( in a car turned out there were 7 in a box)...! Come on... So she just added that tip by herself...!It was just the worst experience. I would not go there if she will be making people sick by her behavior and attitude without thank you or goodbye while I refused a tip. She was very nervous while handing me a receipt. Rude!

Arrived way past their 1pm closing. 1 box still left and it was all mine! The kronut (croissant/donut) was superb as was the jelly filled/peanut butter drizzle. French toast hit the sweet tooth and the blueberry was fantastic! Open 7 days a week until 1pm. Ill be back to try ALL 40 flavors 😋😋😋

Do not drive by without stopping in. This place is wonderful if you need a sugar fix in the morning. The care that goes into the donuts is something that you can taste in every bite. There were only 3 of but we couldn’t just get one donut each and got 2 a piece. Glad we did! Highly recommend the blueberry French toast.

We were on vacation from Halifax, Nova Scotia visiting in the area and came across Jupiter. The staff are passionate and engaged. They are super friendly and helpful. We grabbed a few of their awesome donuts but an unexpected shout out, this place is a hidden gem for the best breakfast sandwich on the planet! I had the hungry man on a very fresh Asiago bagel with sausage and bacon. Wow - an explosion of flavour and tastiness! Get in here for a visit and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed!!

Hands down, the best signature donuts and breakfast sandwiches. They have a variety of donuts and Ive never had one that wasnt amazing. From traditional Boston Cream and chocolate iced to Fruity Pebbles and banana cream pie flavors. Dont sleep on the breakfast sandwiches though. Made to order, hearty portions and tons of goodness. If you havent been...GO! You can thank me later.

I tried a couple of the breakfast sandwiches which were pretty good but the donuts are the star here. I really have only had the maple bacon donut because I cant move past it sorry Im sure the other ones are good but I only come here for the maple bacon donuts and they are just too damn good to pass up.

So.. I read all these reviews and none mentioned the important details. We arrived a little after 10am and the doughnuts were dry. I was quite sad as we picked this place over another because of the reviews. The saving grace was the Frenchie… that was delicious. It was ordered and seemingly made fresh. If I ever come back I would only go here for that one thing and stay away from the normal doughnuts.Edit:I believe the dry is the recipe more than a time thing. Just not a doughnut like I was expecting.

I was very disappointed in the service this morning. I usually receive very friendly and prompt service. However, this morning, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. I waited and waited. Several other people ordered and received their orders. Finally, I asked the lady at the counter and she hadnt even put my order in. Asked for a refund and left. I work with the public so I value good customer service. Good customer service is extremely important just as important as providing a great product.

Mixed experience here: thought the glazed doughnuts were some of the worst I’ve ever had (the glaze tasted like I’d imagine varnish to taste like), the cinnamon doughnut was dry, and, like the glazed, it was too dense (save that for cake doughnuts and old-fashioneds). The 4th July doughnut had icing that was far too sweet (and this is from someone with a sweet tooth).The Boston Creme and Raspberry-filled doughnuts were pretty good (the Boston Creme arguably very good). Coffee was good likewise.Overall, I’d use your eyes and sense at Jupiter: if it looks dry, it probably is. If it looks dense, it probably is. If you don’t like that in a doughnut (which I don’t), try the filled ones.Can’t say I’ll be back any time soon, but it was worth a try.A little perturbed, by the way, by some of the owner responses to negative reviews though. It doesn’t look good, and I’d suggest you take the particularly bad one down ASAP. Had I seen that before coming, I would have gone elsewhere.

This place is great. They have amazing donuts, way better than any chain. The customer service is great. I bring a dozen to work about once a month and they are ALWAYS a hit. I recently put in a custom order for a baby shower with only about 4 days notice, and they nailed it.

Original donuts. They are creative with donuts, some have cereal topped on them! Very colorful and tasty. I cant wait to get back there. Get there early, they close at 1pm or whenever they sell out!

Daughter loves the coffee & donuts. Everytime she is in town we go to Jupiter Donuts several times! I wish they had more options for cold beverages. Soda machine always has very few choices left.

Updated 2 March 2021:I ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches, without incident until it was time to pay. Then I was asked if I wanted to tip the cook? I asked why am I being asked to tip the cook... I was told for her service. I then asked if she doesnt get paid to be the cook. Their reply was yes. She gets paid.So, why am I asked to tip the cook specifically? I was told for her service.Maybe I am old school, but I tip when. being waited on at a table and theres actual service provided like drink refills, etc. I get insulted at places like Starbucks with a tip jar when theres no service other than me ordering at a cash register. This place has a similar tip jar.I Recommend stopping the narrative of begging for a tip for someone we cannot see or interact with.. Hearing great things about the donuts at Jupiter I decided to give it a shot this morning. I had researched the items I was going to order online (a chocolate banana cupcake, egg bacon and cheese croissant and a coffee with sweet cream) and drove up hungry and excited. When I entered it was pretty busy with people waiting so I had mad the decision to forego the breakfast sandwich as I didnt have time to wait for one. When I got to the front of the line and started to order the waitress seems less than enthusiastic to help me out. As I was ordering donuts for the half dozen that I ended up getting she seemed more concerned with reorganizing the donuts than helping me. She didnt even bother to make eye contact. After I ordered my last donut she had my donuts wrung up with a total and I didnt even get a chance to ask about or order coffee. She took my card and pointed out the tip line on the screen to me and then turned her back, didnt say thank you or even acknowledge me again. By the time I left I felt deflated, I had gone there excited and happy for my day and it just dissipated by the time I had left, so strange and sad that things can happen that way. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she doesnt like her job, I will never know and I wont judge, but hopefully in the future she will learn that her attitude does affect those around her. At least the donuts were delicious (even though they didnt have the chocolate banana one I was super excited about) :)

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is awesome and the food is great. Doughnuts are just one thing they do. All of the breakfast food like sandwiches and biscuits and gravy are on point also.Everything they do they do well.

Hard to know how many stars to give you. We love your donuts but today when we went to your store the sales woman was having problems with her disposable mask. It kept falling below her nose. When it was my turn to order, I asked her to please pull up her mask. She replied that she couldnt breath with it on. I replied that I wouldnt be ordering then walked out. I drove to Fredas Café. Their donuts are just as good and the staff all had on masks.

From the decor, to the staff, to the donuts, I cant NOT make this my go-to donut shop. Its a donut shop with an emphasis on quality, appearance and their customers.They did not have any regular donuts with chocolate frosting and sprinkles, so they dipped one into fresh chocolate and added sprinkles on the spot since I asked for it. The piece of brownie in the middle of my triple chocolate fudge brownie donut was soft and and was not lacking in any way.

Wow. I am in awe of this place. I got there at 10:30am and there were a lot of donuts left (but a lot that were already gone!). They taste just as delicious as they look. Totally loved the Samoas donut and my friend chowed down on the kronut. Definitely recommend 100%.

Doughnuts are good, they had a wide variety of funky flavors. Theyre a bit dense but flavors are there. Staff though... I ordered 6 doughnuts, literally after I would name off a doughnut, she would walk away or just look dazed and confused. If youre going to help a customer, give them your full attention. Dont be rude and walk away 6 times.

Showed up at noon to grab something quick to eat. I parked right in front of their door when an employee came out as I was unbuckling the baby from his car seat & promptly took in the shops advertising sign. Since the hours posted said open til 1:00pm I walked in, carrying an infant, only to be informed their grill was off & they were closing early. Glad I never got the chance to give this establishment & their inconsiderate staff my money. I won’t be back.
