People need to relax. Ive been going there for over 5 years. The Bagels are always fresh, the donuts are great and theres a large amount to choose from. The spicy Chicken salad on croissant is incredible. The staff is there to serve - not make friends.

Delicious, fresh bagels, cream cheese, and donuts! Im surprised to see some reviews negatively commenting on the service, because my experience and the experience I saw others have was nothing but super friendly and helpful. Definitely check them out!

TL;DR : The staff was rude. The food is good and the coffee ok. Will not be back.The staff was very rude. The employee at the front rolled her eyes and walked away from me while asking a question about how to leave a tip. Bagels are good. The coffee is ok. Did not try the donuts. Kind of a toss up because the food is good but personally first thing in the morning I do not want to be snubbed when asking about how to leave a tip. I will not be returning to this location.

Been coming here for over five years, and over last year the quality in the staff has gone downhill. These young girls that are working the counter all have an attitude, they never smile, when they mess up an order they give you the attitude as if you were wrong. It’s really sad to say that I will not be coming back here after five years in my community because of attitudes of staff.

Pretty good food. Good prices! Staff was very unfriendly... not sure what that was a about. Flavored brewed coffee was cold. I told the staff and she just looked at me, annoyed, and asked if I wanted her to microwave it. Not sure how long the coffee had been sitting there, but I prefer at least hot coffee if it isnt going to be fresh. I asked for a new cup so I could just get the house brew instead and she just looked at me again and handed me the cup and walked away. I was afraid to ask for creamer..so I just left. Wasnt very welcoming. Donuts were good & bagels tasted fresh ! They put tons of cream cheese on the bagel sandwiches & we had to scoop some off, but better than not enough.

Wow, what a wonderful little gem close to the beach. Had a flat tire and was cruising the shops next door to Goodyear for breakfast while we waited and my son saw donuts so we decided to check it out. We live in the neighborhood and never knew it was here! Both of us were very impressed - the entire shop was full of people on a Friday morning at 8:30am, so I imagine that they are quite busy on weekends. Donuts are great, huge variety of bagels, smoothies, coffee. They dont salt, pepper, sugar, or otherwise season anything but give you salt and pepper packets in the bag which is pretty great. Very fast service, unique atmosphere, and the priced are not very much more than a Dunkin or Starbucks and the quality is far superior. There isnt a lot of seating available because they do enforce social distancing - so if you plan on dining in to check out their extensive menu, arrive early! Wonderful place, we found our new favorite breakfast spot!

Support locally owned businesses! My family has been coming here every weekend for almost 10 years. Its near impossible to beat the selection of bagels and donuts. At this point were on a first name basis with many of the employees and the owner. Its like visiting family now.

Visiting the area and we happened upon this local shop. We are big supporters of local businesses but honestly, I wont be back. Whether it has good bagels, donut and coffee or not, some of their staff needs to learn customer service skills and leave their attitudes and rudeness at home.

I stopped in here one morning to buy and try their donuts. The donuts weresomewhat dry, didnt seem very fresh, and in general nothing special, to say the least. Selection was also limited even though I went fairly early in the morning; this was no surprise, since their donut racks are pretty small.Not worth the trip.

The service here is unbearably horrible. Such unfriendly people. This is unfortunate because the bagels are very delicious, but the service leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth.

AWFUL! I just ordered through Uber eats as I am at work. I ordered two salt bagels with cream cheese, when they were delivered, they were plain bagels. I chose to reach out to the store to see if they could fix this, as I assumed it was just a mistake. I was kind, asked them if there was anyway they could fix and deliver the food I ordered (since I already paid), and I was hung up on. I called again, and someone picked up the phone and hung it up. A simple mistake that could have easily been rectified is now makes me never want to come back. Good riddance!

Forgot part of my order but blamed it on Uber. Not very friendly either, I don’t recommend, you can find better service somewhere else.

I Was not impressed with their donuts. I asked the server if they had any hot donuts and she acted like i insulted her. She was not very nice. I left her a tip which I regret. She didnt deserve one. I told her good morning, no reply. I was very polite to her because i know people have bad days but she didnt get any better. If you hate your job quit.. Not inclinded to go back even though they are very close to my house.

Bagels were not fresh. Attendant did not speak English. Skip this place and find another.

I gave this place a try after a previous bad experience with a wrong order. This place is horrible. The courter girl was extremely rude as others had said in reviews. She is lucky I was having a good day or I would have let her have it. Mid order she turns and walks away. 😂. She clearly does not want to be working the there and if it was my establishment I would have fires her. Probably family though. Lol.Now to the food. Its not good. I will post an absolutely hilarious photo of the turkey sandwich I got. One small slice of turkey followed by one skinny slice of cheese. Save your time money and sanity and stay away from this dumpster fire.

I visited this store for the first time today. I got an everything bagel and a chocolate frosted donut; they were both delicious!

Very rude staff! We looked through the window and no one had on mask, so.we didnt wear one. (The mask mandate had ended) they refused to serve us unless we put on a mask. The room is 20 x 20 and not one customer had on a mask. Very rude!!!

I ordered here once Uber eats from these people clearly stated on the notes what I wanted, my whole order was messed up not to mention missing item. I called to let them know and they got nasty and said not to take it up with them! Uber eats didn’t mess up my order you did! Take some responsibility and learn how to talk to people never again I’ll continue going to Clearwater bagels they at least know how to get an order right!

The food here is always good! Great bagels and doughnuts for sure but the last two times I had the young girl with the white headband taking my order and Ive decided that if Im having a great morning with wife and puppies to not go here, because her attitude just ruins my day. So much so I had to write this just to get it off my chest. Im not saying to stay away from this lovely place all Im saying is shes terrible as a representative of this establishment. If you dont like dealing with people then dont work the register.

After years of going to this shop, Im done. There are too many places that want my business and I dont need to be berated about wearing a mask then getting an attitude and bad service. Dunkins is just done the street!

Their customer service is in the toilet. They dont process your order correctly. They never know what they have on the shelves or what they are currently out of (example - bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel. They write it down and then be like, oh yea, we are out of onion bagels . Like, first you tell me you have it, then you say you dont. No clue. I requested a plain bagel with cream cheese with sprouts and lox - I had to remind them twice to remember the lox). The ladies that work there speak broken English so half the time they look at you like you have 10 heads as they take your order). They need more than two people working the counter as it is ALWAYS busy and cant get people out the door fast enough. They used to be really good - up until the lockdown, we would stop in every weekend on a Saturday or Sunday. Not anymore

They have changed their recipe for chicken salad which was the original reason for going there. Unless they return to what worked for them, I wont return.

My kids love this place! The best donuts, bagels, and coffee. Everyone is so nice and friendly. My kids love all the lovely ladies that work there. My son says the donuts are so fluffy and bagels are toasted perfectly. The donuts are so creative my kids favorite part, so many to choose from.

The donuts are beautiful and tasty, and their bagels are awesome! I ordered today with work and we put in 14 orders over the phone and then came to pick them up. When I got there everything was packed in a nice box for me, and they were very accommodating to our order.They do take cards but there is a $5 minimum on them. They were very nice and made accommodations for my large order because a few of them did fall under the $5 mark.The staff is nice but not overly friendly.My favorite thing here is the specialty cream cheeses! the Jalapeno Salsa is great of those who like a little spice, and this time I also got the garlic and herb... which I almost like better than the jalapeno salsa!

Its the greatest! My husband got the name of this place when we went to St. Jerome Church after church coffee and donuts. Delicious! After that he went weekly for us and when our son & daughter-in-law and 3 grandsons came to the condo. They are from Parrish near Ellenton and they loved loved the donuts, beagles, sandwiches all of it! He also bought for several people in our condo complex.People loved them. Your staff were super great and many times our grandsons when with him theyd give a free sample of a new flavor! Awesome place👍this was in 2017 & cant get there yet this year👎

I love this place. The doughnuts are always fresh delicious. Whenever Im in town my first stop is here for what is arguably the the best apple fritter anywhere!

First let me say I love st Pete bagel bagels are amazing and coffee is fantastic. I come to this location once or twice a week the workers here are never nice all they want to do is talk to each other and dont actually pay attention to what they are doing. I just had an interaction with the manager Lai and I made my order one bagel with cream cheese and a soda I go to hand her my debt card and she rudely says we dont take these for less than 5.00$ and I tell her I use this all the time and always get the same thing the only difference is sometimes I get a coffee well she then still very rudely keeps saying that she is the manager and she would never allow it and who ever took my card is not supposed to and I say ok and proceed to order another bagel just to get over that 5.00 rule. I hand her my card again and she says you never said it was a debt card, debt cards are like cash and the rule does not apply to debt cards it says right on the card its a debt card and why is she yelling at me for not telling her its a debt card!! From a manager to a company you need to work on your employees because she doesnt talk right to people as if the whole thing was my fault for having a debt card, this will keep me from coming to this location for a while, and from st Pete bagel for a while as well.

Eggs and bacon are microwaved. So gross. Dunkin donuts is better. Donuts are good. Dont waste your time if you want a nice sandwich.

We just went and they had awful service and could not get our order right. We sat there for an hour and they still got it wrong and they were very rude about it. I suggest that they hire people who arent rude. They made the mistake the first time and werent even going to make us another bagel until we asked about it. And then they got our order wrong again and were continually rude about it. So we just left. I would not recommend going to this place. You will not get your moneys worth and the service is downright aweful. 😠

Interesting choice of doughnut flavors. Had the fruit loop one, and the cereal was stale, obviously due to being unbagged for some time, as most cereal tends to do. The concept was good, but unable to deliver. Coffee is decent, and bagels, of their namesake, are decent. You be the judge, though. Why listen to me? Im just some fat slob. 😉

I am a regular here. I ordered my usual- this time lite cream cheese due to the fact that they usually put a huge oozing glop. I got home to see a plain bagel with barely a quarter of my bagel had cream cheese on it, I had to drive all the way back to get them replaced.. instead of doing it right the first time the lady wanted to be ignorant and a smart ass.. wasting everyones time, your right she told me.. yes, I know.. The bagels and doughnuts are great, the staff is always rude and in a rush - some business owners would give anything to have a line like that out the door.. tighten up, customer service is the key to success St Pete bagels of largo. Rude.
