Good prices low stock on some stuff always busy I dont like that there isnt a cashier left in the store they are all self serve

Was pleasant only went in for a few items was able to get in and out quickly.

Terribly run store. To start with,no carts,this is normal. Shelfs are filled with stuff that doesnt sell and not having what people buy. Walmart brands of sweet tea is often sold out while self is full of non sweet or Milos.

The customer service desk is awesome. The ladies that work there are very pleasant to deal with. Hardly ever have to wait in line for registers. All registers are self checkout except customer service.

This is one of the best stocked Neighborhood Markets in the area. The check out system is pretty much all self-check now, but there are usually 2 employees in that area that are willing and able to assist... Even my 80 year old Mom is adjusting to the new system, and she had said previously that she wouldnt shop at that store anymore if they went to all self-check, but the employees have been kind and patient with her and now she will even stop there for some needed groceries without my help! Thank you from me, on my Mothers behalf, to those helpful and friendly Walmart employees!!

Very sad that they cant deliver food with their own app. Dont waste your time trying out the 30 day free trial. Not worth the frustration. Difficult to resolve with no perks to make up for their mistakes.

I am very very disappointed in Walmart. I was out of town for a month and a have and this is my 1st time coming coming to Walmart since my return to find out that we no longer have any live is live cashiers anymore everything is self check out and the line is hideous this hideous this is what youre doing with your customers next time I will pay the extra funds to go ahead and go to Publix and when it comes time from a renewal for Walmart I will not rei will not renew thank you for your past services.

A well laid out floor plan and was clean and the employees that we dealt with was courteous

Used to be no issue with this store. Now we all line up, just 1 long line and 1 customer service person directs us to an available self checkout counter and I only saw 1 cashier, the rest are self checkout. Feel bad for the ones that only have 1 or 2 items who are lining up behind people who have more than 20-30 items. I havent see this type of set up anywhere else, only here. Hope this isnt a trend. Horrible idea. On the bright side, each time I come to this store, I love going to the clearance items and always find really deep, decent discounts. But sadly because of how the checkout is set up now, I will have to go elsewhere or come when it is not crowded. If not for the clearance they would only get 1 star.

Pharmacy there is the best. Shout out to all those who work there. The pharmacist, Carlos, and the technician were attentive, caring and went above and beyond to serve us. You’ve gained some new customers!

Its much more convenient now after a remodel. All self check out.I like this store the most because they have the best stock and variety of an item that I buy a lot of.Im not telling you what it is because then what I just.said will no longer be true.haha

This place is to be good. Now they have nothing but self check out. Will not go here anymore. I do not get paid it get a discount to ring up my own groceries. Putting in the self checkouts only take jobs from actual people who need them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Avoid this Walmart if you actually are looking for customer service. It doesnt matter which color their vest is as neither will be of any help. What should have been resolved in 5 minutes or less required a 45 minute call with corporate. Even then, I was offered $3.50 for the inconvenience. I guess that is how much Walmart values their customers.

Lots of products the shelves are laid out nice wide Isles the produce is right in front with the deli and customer service is professional and all the employees are courteous that work there

This Walmart store is located conveniently in a shopping plaza. Store clerks are customer-oriented. Store is clean and organized. Items are easily found. Store has arranged the cashier stations to serve more customers efficiently. Recommended.

Very very rude! I have been going to this neighborhood Walmart for a long time now. But I went here 10 MINUTES before they closed and they were locking the doors and when I asked if I could just run in and grab cat litter they were very hesitant. The lady at the front door was very rude telling me to hurry up when I told her I would be in and out very fast.

As usual I have to say that Wal mart is a great place for anything you want. It was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful.

It is good for the essential but I had to go to another store to purchase items that they did not carry. I am disabled and I always go to the deli to slice my sesame breads. The women in the back of the store today refused because she said that the sesame seeds would damage the slicer. I called the store but they did not get my number to call me back to let me know if it would damage the slicer. I was very disappointed from the service I received. I will not go to that Walmart ever again unless I hear from them. Their usually very helpful at other Walmarts.

The only things I struggle with here are items I can’t reach on the top shelves and self checkout (it’s very difficult when you’re handicapped - I do wish they still had one checker to accommodate those of us who have challenging problems - which makes us take forever to check out.I really like their produce and selections, the brands of pet food I purchase are at least a third cheaper than publix and they carry name brand products that publix doesn’t.I’m writing specifically to leave a compliment for the store manager in regard to the superior assistance I received from Akayla tonight. She was personable, pleasant, professional and understanding when I had to return for a forgotten bag after I put my groceries away and realized I had left it hanging at the check out.. Definitely give that young woman a raise.There are many old familiar faces I’m happy to see (former checkers), most employees are very friendly the majority of the time.

Wal-Mart is my favorite place to grocery shop. The stores are layed out similarly no matter which one it is. Milk is always the most inexpensive in town. The bakery section is extensive, great selection.

This location is much bigger than the one on Walsingham Road that I normally go to. It is very clean, a very well put together store, and well stocked! The only reason I had to give 3 stars is because there are no cashiers, as they are all self checkout, except for customer service. When youre doing a lot of shopping and have a full cart, it is a lot to have to ring up, then bag each item right after you scan it. So it was very slow getting out of there. My Walsingham store is always busy, but they at least have two cashiers plus customer service.

This neighborhood Wal-Mart is close to my offices...so I frequent it often. Its just like all the other Wal-Marts except that its been remodeled recently...so the front is full of self serve registers. If youre not familiar with this then you better get use to it soon because it seems to be the way of the future. Place is usually clean and tidy and well stocked.

I am really starting to shop here a lot more than other places like Publix for example. Its astonishing how you can find same products as in Publix for way cheaper here in Neighborhood Walmart!! Great job for Walmart and keep up the good affordable prices for EVERYONE!!

Store has done a complete overhaul! Nothing is where it used to be. What would have been a 20min shopping trip took over 45minutes. Employees were busy moving product around. But they didnt know where anything was moved to either. They were stocking the shelves in groups; which made cruising up and down the aisles more difficult! Hopefully the employees and the stores signage will be up to date by my next shopping trip. Also need to mention the homeless guy that followed me from the stores exit to my car asking me for money the whole way. He got very close (social distancing?? no mask) and a little bit verbally aggressive. Park as close to the doors as possible! Stay safe everyone!

I love this neighborhood market. Although selections aren’t as great as the superstores, I’m always in and out quickly! Rarely do I wait in line, probably due to all self checkout.

Im rating this a 5 for the drive through Covid test. The administrating pharmacist was for kind and patient. Test completed in-car, results emailed.

I shop at this store several times a week. The prices are great and in truth they are lower than the other local stores. The best part about the store though is the staff. There are a several employees that are always pleasant and helpful. They greet you and even get to know you by name. My personal favorite is Miss Dee. She is the kindest and most friendly employee. You get the impression that she enjoys her job and is a kind individual.

The store layout is completely different now! Nothing is where it used to be, what used to take 20 minutes now takes almost an hour to get through the store! No more cashiers, now we all stand in 1 line, bag our own groceries which would be fine if you only had a few things to get. But if you have WIC items to get, like I did, you still have to go through the whole process of scanning and bagging your groceries, only to go to another register for an employee to finish the transaction!!!! What is the point of the store going to self check out if I still have to go to another register with an employee to check out? I will be doing store pick up or delivery from now on!!!!

Great place to shop. Lots to choose from. Their prices are very good and they also have sales which makes it better very clean store everybody is really nice and helpful.

This store has pretty much everything you need I also clean well stocked and the employees from the management down to the custodian just all too willing to help you find what you were looking for they will actually walk you to it. Thats what I consider a great store to be.

This is a place where you can feel safe. Every customer was a mask employees same thing. The employees keep work areas very clean the cards and the bathrooms.

I’m sorry but going to all self checkout is dumb. Doing it and not lowering prices is stupider. Customer and employee interaction is one of the main things people want and doing this takes away from that. Used to love going here now not so much.

This was always my favorite for my grocery shopping. When I went today they’ve switched to only self checkout. When I’m doing my big grocery haul I.do not want to have to ring and bag my order. It’s work, and I don’t work there. May not be an issue for most, but I will not be doing my big grocery shopping here anymore.

Easy and convenient place to shop. Great selection and I avoid going to the superwalmart. I can order online and pick up here, whats not available.

Early morning...easy to stay safe here since the re-model...Friendly staff...especially Carlos in the Pharmacy...and Dee at checkout.

Clean and well stocked. The greeter is friendly and the gentleman attendant at the self checkouts is very helpful.

Its usually well stocked and no long waits in line thanks to the several self checkout lanes. Usually clean but I didnt see much effort at disinfecting this time. They do provide supplies so you can disinfect your cart though.

I went to the store this morning. Everyone was very nice and polite and patient. From the security guy, to the guy counting how many people going in and out, to the cashiers. I had an issue with my card and could not pay for my groceries, they were all very patient with me; I tried several terminals and an atm machine with no good result. They waited for me, with me as I was calling the bank again and again and trying the card again and again. I was frustrated but they were not. If youre looking for a place with great customer service, this one is a great one. They kep my groceries in the cooler. I drove home to get a different card, went back to the store to get my groceries. They apologized while it was not even their fault. This is my Walmart, its a pleasure shopping there.

This store used to be a nice well stocked and helpful place... Sad now. The only area at this place Id recommend is the pharmacy, great and friendly service.

I like this walmart neighborhood store. The employees are VERY friendly. The only issue is that they run out of items ALOT! I can have a list of 12 items and they will be out 7. Thats alot.

I used to be a Walmart guy and understood some of the self-checkout for some. I am very disappointed that now it is all self-checkout. I spend money at this store and then have to act as my own cashier. One has to be customer and employee, I dont know how people see this as okay.

This store has really cleaned up and is pulling it self together..... 6 months later..... Now they have modified the store to all self service cash registers, for handicap people its a Nightmare. I have since stopped shopping there. When they want to give me a 10% discount for being my own cashier and Bagger Ill come back, but up till then Im pretty sure i didnt apply to work at Walmart. There are more employees watching you cash out your groceries that it makes me sick.

One of the better Neighborhood Market stores Ive seen. Clean, well stocked in practically all the aisles I traveled. They could use another two or even three electric shopping carts, which is one of my pet peeves, and they need to be stationed at the ENTRANCE door, rather than the exit. Maybe there will be a post-covid world, and the division between the two will vanish.

They watch you and make you feel like youre doing something wrong....

Extremely disappointed! Why do they have self checkout only, especially if you have a cart full of items? The store is a mess. One of the employees, named Dee, is absolutely amazing. That is it though.

Eight employees didnt have masks on properly. They put stock away and block the aisles. I had to go down the next aisle to get to what I wanted. The employee just looked at me and had no concern he was blocking the aisle. I have bad hips and cant walk all over.

Worst Walmart Ever.The Walsingham store is a much better managed store.
