I live in NJ and have a condo in Florida. I was nervous about working with a company from a distance. I visited the showroom on a long weekend visit and picked out my kitchen countertop. Diane was extremely helpful and put me at ease. The installation was as expected- done in a timely fashion and to the specs that my contractor had requested. I was so glad I didnt just go with a large home improvement store! I highly recommend Rays Custom Granite!

I would have given a negative rating, if there was one.Its been the most unfortunate experience with this firm. their general contracting has been plain simple nightmare. Save yourself do not do business with them. They delayed my project for more than 6 months now and I still hear them giving me excuses everyday. Unfortunately am stuck coz I paid them already and its been one lie after the other since the day i hired them. I have tried to understand their situation till now but then am exhausted. I had to deal with bad cheques to stolen property with this firm.

The countertop for our bathroom was gorgeous. Had visited several other companies but decided to go with Rays.. Glad we did. They did an excellent job and employees were very courteous.

Having recently moved to St. Petersburg, we needed to install a breakfast bar countertop to match the existing ones in the kitchen. We looked at like 6 granite places, & Rays didnt have what we needed to match. We were going to go with a quartz accent breakfast bar, but about a week later, Diane from Rays called & said she thinks they found a matching slab, so we went there & sure enough it did match. Ray himself the owner came out & did the template & the stone was cut at their factory, 2 gentlemen came to install it, PERFECT FIT, this is the first company to go to for ALL your granite needs, professional, courteous, friendly, awesome is how I describe them, would use them again in a second, I highly recommend them to everyone !!
