We visited both locations. The main location in Tampa and the location in Largo, Florida. The main location in Tampa did seem to have a larger selection and a fancier showroom but there were 3 men sitting in an office that never even got up to enter the showroom when we arrived. The Largo locations customer service was 10 times better. We were greeted by an employee right away and then escorted through the facility by an employee named Harsh. He was both knowledgeable and personable and his customer service skills speak volumes. Although we have not made a definitive decision about our purchase, we definitely appreciate the customer service we received from Harsh.

Rey was very helpful when I was making choices for our remodeling. He called me to let me know that they had received a new quartz slab that he thought I would like better than the one I had ordered. I did, and changed our order. KB was great, their price was much better than the four other places we got quotes from. The installation was on time, and went very smoothly. We purchased a mid-range cost granite for kitchen counter tops from KB and felt that the entire staff was very easy to work with, professional, and attentive to our particular needs. This was from Rey in the showroom and all the office staff; to Theo who took the final measurements, created the template and helped us lay out the final pieces to maximize the pattern of the granite; and to Jose and his partner of the installation crew. Theo took special care to match the backsplash pieces with the adjacent counter top design as seen in one image attached. The installers arrived on time to install the counter tops, backsplash and under mount sink (from KB.) Jose was a master for making the granite seam in the front center of the sink practically invisible.Jose and crew cleaned up the area of the kitchen and where they worked in the garage. The caulking applied between the wall and top of the backsplash and the joint of the backsplash to the counter top use just the correct amount. Both beads look perfect. A special sealer was applied that really made the design in the granite shiny and stand out as well as protect it.The price was better than some other installers we shopped. We would recommend KB and their staff without reservation.

Ordered new granite countertops. They have a huge selection of beautiful stone. Tim was friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process, best part is he was always easy to reach. They were fast and on time. The techs that came out to get measurements and install were nice as well. Id have to say overall experience is 5star without a doubt. Countertops look amazing!

This review is almost a year overdue. Rey in sales helped me out beyond words in February 2018 when I could not find a countertop dealer to help me with a granite remnant at a fair price. A home project to replace my old electric coil burner stovetop with an electric glass stovetop ballooned into a nightmare. The hole in the cabinet was too big (hidden from old unit and supported with 2X4s. I never knew.) Now I needed a new countertop surface. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on the repair because I am planning a full kitchen remodel in a couple years, so the remnant and cabinet will be torn out during demo in two years or so.Rey was able to provide me with another option that other dealers never suggested. Since Rey was in cutting and fabrication he has more knowledge on products than the usual salesman. It was his expertise on the products he sells and the value he provided to me that makes me so very grateful to him. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I went to the Largo location and even though I wasnt buying a lot of product.. only looking for a remnant for a bathroom countertop they treated me like I was redoing my whole kitchen. Excellent customer service communication. Every time they said they were doing something they did it exactly on time and exactly how they said they would and went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied and everything was perfect. This is the type of service I was used to in Atlanta and hard to find here in Florida... I would definitely recommend them for any type of countertop at reasonable prices and wonderful selection.

The best contractor weve worked with in our area and perhaps all around. Why? I ordered an incorrect sized sink, but they caught that in advance and were able to adjust and give us a better option in house. Then, their field guys came out and rechecked just to be sure. Installation went very smooth. I hover a bit to learn and watch and their guys were extremely accommodating. They knew what to do, how to do it and followed through. Thank you, KB. Just got my granite counter tops installed on 7/31/2020 and cant ask for the most beautiful counter tops. The sales people were great, the person who done the template was spot on and the installers were fantastic. My wife and I visited many granite stores throughout the Tampa Bay area searching for the perfect choice in our new kitchen and bathrooms. Our search ended at KB Factory Outlet. We first met with Anthony, who stayed with us as we walked through the large selection to consider several options. As we made our selection we met Manish who helped with setting the measurement estimate date. After the measurements it was determined we would need two Quartz slabs and KB only had one slab in our choice. Manish jumped through hoops to find another identical slab, order it in and install on time. Everyone we met with, Manish, Anthony, Hank (measurements and template design) and Yasel with his expert installation team, could not have been more professional, friendly and helpful. Policies have changed and customer service is non existent. I have worked with them in the past and had good experience but this time I told them I would not prefer to do business with them any longer based on the way they treat a customer. Find someone else don’t be treated this way! Especially on a big ticket item like countertops.

The salesman, Tim was very helpful and responded quickly. The man that put the template on the stone was unbelievably patient and kind. He did everything to make us happy. And the man who installed our stone was professional, quick, and so wonderful. He repaired a chip in our windowsill right above the countertop he was installing. He saw it and fixed it. Our countertops look amazing and at a great price! The team at KB were very informative and nice. I rated 4 starts because there was a minor issue. When they first installed, the bar was not centered so they came out the following week to fix but when doing so they scratched the top of the piece. Its white quartz so you cant really tell unless you look closely so I chose not to mention it to KB. But overall, Im really happy with the countertops and would recommend.

Great selection at great prices. I enjoyed the simplicity of the entire process. The installation was by far the best part. For my install I had 1 seam and a miter seam for a waterfall. We went to KB Factory Outlet first because of the great reviews we saw online. We were not disappointed! The customer service there is among the best I have ever experienced. Manish walked us around the entire place (theres tons of granite and quartz) and he helped us find the perfect piece of granite. Then he handed us off to Rey who finished our paperwork and took time to answer our questions. Since we had a drawing of our bathroom, Rey walked us out and drew on the section of granite we wanted. Once our bathroom cabinets were installed, I called Hank to set up a template date. He was very nice and he came out the day after I called. Once Hank left I had an email within hours scheduling my install for 7 days later. Jose and Rich, did a great job installing. I couldnt be more pleased with the entire experience. This Largo location was easy to find and get into. Once inside I was greeted and taken care of right away. Because I knew exactly what I wanted, the whole process was very quick and easy. Rey showed me the slabs of the type I wanted, I chose one, was written up, deposit paid and I was out of there within 20 minutes. Maybe 1 hour later, I was called to schedule my template visit. Needless to say I am very pleased with the fast service so far.

After searching for many days and many locations, we finally found what we were looking for at KB Granite! They held our order for 2 months while our kitchen was being redone and did a fabulous job on the install. Thank you KB Granite, we love our new countertops!

We wanted to replace our laminate counters and checked several places and found them very expensive. We stopped by to See what KB Factory Outlet in Largo could do. Tim showed us around and we found the granite we were looking for. We were very surprised to find out that they had the best price and that the price included templating, the sink cut out and the installation. They came out on time to do the template and the install. The counter looks great and the process went very quickly. We were so impressed that a few months later we went back to get a top and sink for a new bath vanity.

First walked into the main office and was greeted by Rey the salesman. He had asked what we were interested in and we told him we needed to see about counter top and get a quote.I forgot the kitchen layout and he was able to figure out what was needed by my quick drawing of the layout and measurements, which I had memorized due to having to redraw the plans over and over. I thought that was very professional.He then took us to the warehouse where we looked at the slabs of granite and quartz. I liked the fact that he was not one of those pressure salesman. Also helped that we pretty much knew what we wanted. We found a quartz that I liked very much and just happened to be on sale. After that we returned to the office and completed the transaction.Now we have to wait for the template to be done and I am hoping that goes as smoothly as it did with Rey. More to follow.

Rey was very helpful, the piece I needed was for a small wrought iron table that is outside in the elements. We looked at a lot of beautiful stone, everywhere in the yard there are giant pieces. Too big for my current needs.We ended up with a stunning piece of quartz that is perfect, very lively with sparkles.Should I need additional stone surfaces I know exactly where to go.

We found the granite color we wanted at a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and clear in explaining the process for the countertop installation. The template fitting was well done and took into account our special adjustments required for a stove fit. The crew of Mario and son did a very careful and professional installation job. The tearout went smoothly. Mario found solutions for things that came up during the install and left things clean and tidied up. The granite countertops were fit very carefully and precisely. Everyone at KB Factory Outlet was helpful and friendly. We highly recommend them.

Went to K&B yesterday. Had an absolutely amazing experience with a huge selection. I work with the salesman Ray (and one of the workers Jose) who made it very easy for my wife and I to pick out a top that would match your cabinets. They made it easy to pick out our sink and Fossett. The prices are very reasonable and they do great quality work. After walking us through the show room and the mill shop we were absolutely sold. We had an excellent experience here when we needed custom counter tops and a few other large pieces cut for our master bath vanities and shower area. We hired KB to install new counter tops in our kitchen and when we realized something was wrong that was due to a simple miscommunication - they handled it right away. At first we thought we werent getting our beautiful new kitchen done on time and would have to wait another week. But KB didnt let us down. Good customer service. I was in a hurry and from the day I picked my stone to install was only 6 days.The installer, Mario, was friendly and professional. The tear out was a difficult one but he did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves. The granite in my kitchen is beautiful!

Ameen was professional and courteous. The entire staff was great and they worked with me on a time crunch to get the granite installed. They didn’t make me have a template but took my measurements and confirmed everything exactly as well as installed on a Saturday. Couldn’t have gone much better!

Rey was very helpful, it was a very small job, only a couple of table tops. Rey helped us pick a couple remnants and had them cut for me to pickup. Could not be happier!!These folks understand customer service.

Ray is an asset to KB Factory. His excellent customer service and going above and beyond to meet our requirements in choosing the granite for our bath and kitchen definitely needs a special mention. Ray was always with a smile and tried to meet every need of ours related to price and quality. Also KB Factory has excellent selections of granite in all levels and their installation guys did an excellent job. No hassel. I searched several places for a good priced and nice countertop. I found the most beautiful piece of granite. Gorgeous better then even the way higher priced peices for a great deal. I was helped by Rey and he was really great very knowledgeable and really helpful. I will definitely be recommending KB and using them again in the future without a doubt.

Really happy with the customer service and attention received from KB Factory Outlet. Working with Tim G in Sales and Theo in Production was seemless. While my backsplash was initially cut to the wrong size, I alerted the team and Theo was able to get one turned around within the day which helped me complete my project. Excellent quality, good price, and advice to boot - will reach out to these guys for future projects for sure.

Excellent craftsmanship and pricingThe staff, especially Rey, was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.The service was phenomenal. We were in a real time bind. I have never had such prompt service. The template maker Teo actually called to move our appointment up sooner than it was originally scheduled. The installation by Maikel was quick, clean and perfect. Both of their appointments were right on time.It was a small job but they treated us like we were spending thousands. My wife and I have never been so pleased with anyone else in the home improvement industry.I would refer KB without reservation
