The woman who lives on site is AMAZING!! Ive been in 4x to get moving supplies, shes always friendly, very efficient, helpful, and overall just great customer service!! I would only recommend this U-Haul over any others Ive dealt with over the years!

Mary was Fantastic! She worked with us and charged alot less than I thought it would be. The truck was nice and clean with no problems. I will definitely be going to her the next time I need to rent a u-haul.

This place is usually the best storage facility I have used. Than today happened. I call in to pay my bill and the man who answered the phone made it very clear to me that was disturbing his lunch break. When I answered his how can i help you question with I need to pay my bill, he responded with a deep breathe ( the kind kids give when they are told to do a chore) and well, I am on my lunch right now for about ten more minutes. I apologized for disturbing his lunch and he said well, yeah. At that point I just said bye and hung-up. Needless to say I was not able to pay my bill because he was on lunch. If lunch was so important at that moment than why did he even answer the phone. Now, I will be moving my stuff to another location.

I operate small business in Largo. Honestly I Know Miss Mary Anne about couple years. I rent units from her time to time. I also have a currently RV spot for company vehicle. After I drop the vehicle this evening she call me and let me know that we left the headlights on. This the 2 or 3 time she called for the same reason in the pass and save my day for next morning. I was like who does that now days! For that reason. I wanna to THANK 2 her from here. Lady on the front desk rejected my International Driver License from Lebanon when I use this document to travel and it has been provided to police on multiple traffic stops. The lady on the front desk called it a passport and did not even take the time to read it. If she could have taken 5 minutes of her time to check her system she could see that if rented with this license from Uhaul multiples times. Disrespectful and incompetent for the job. Sad that the General Manager there does not know what she is doing... Not coming back here again that’s for sure.

This place is always clean. The staff are polite and helpful. We have rented storage here for 2 years and found all of the above to be consistent

I visited this location yesterday and reserved a cargo van and storage unit. I was helped by Mary Anne. WOW, is all I can say. This experience was so seamless and professional. I rent a unit at the belcher and ulmerton Uhaul facility and I have to say I have a great experience every time I go into the office to make my monthly payment Iam always welcomed by the employees there and I always can count on a smiling face and some brief conversation.

The manager knows her customers. She doesnt skip any steps when renting a vehicle from them. I have rented their in town van 4 times now and it is always a smooth transaction.

I cant believe there arent more reviews on this location! At this beginning of this month (October 2015) i had to move and store almost an entire house in a very short amount of time. Long story short, after packing, cleaning and moving for 48hrs with no rest, my passed out roommate and myself stopped to store everything at this location and were helped by Maryanne. She was an absolute angel and she made the whole experience the easiest part of our move. Everyone @ uhaul that helped us from the start were helpful and curtious but miss Maryanne really made the difference. Customer service arent just words on her resume, it really is her fortey. From selecting our unit and explaining the process to a follow up letter in the mail Ive really been impressed and well taken care of at this location all thanks to Maryanne and staff. Hope this isnt too long i never write reviews but in this case it was a must.
