Upon our arrival to life storage we were pleasantly surprised to see the quality and cleanliness of the storage facility. It was immaculate! The lock was placed inside The storage unit so we could get there when we wanted to as we had already done the paperwork online ahead of time. The lock was a very secure cylinder lock.When we finally made our way into the office, where we saw a gentleman named Kevin. Kevin made us feel comfortable immediately. He was knowledgeable kind and witty. He answered all the questions and believe me there were plenty! My bet is, if you need storage this is the place for you!

People at this location are always so nice and willing to help out!! Great customer service!!

Facility isnt bad. They sometimes dont pay the electric bill so the power gets shut off. The inside is generally clean. The parking lot doesnt get cleaned. There can be screws and nails. There were some squished aa alkaline batteries in the parking lot for just over four weeks last month. Still my stuff hadnt been stolen and its usually temperature controlled.

This place has added 15 years to my life span. They made moving such a dream. Let me tell you about Kevin: he’s the best. I’d really like to go into extensive detail about how amazing he is but I’m pretty sure he’s rocking a ring on his finger and I don’t want to upset anyone. If they opened up a coffee shop in here I would never leave. Clean place, excellent service, 10 out of 10.

Today, I had to get another unit to fit the rest of my stuff and he was pleasant, and attentive and got me what I needed. The units are temp controlled and secure. FIVE STARS!!!!

Kevin Kimball, the store manager, was professional and courteous and very helpful in getting our unit. Helping two people at the same time was no problem for him, and he made each of us feel like we were getting personal service. He got us exactly what we were looking for and the automated paperwork system was a breeze. We have used other storage companies in the past, and Life Storage was by far the easiest process. Very helpful and friendly staff. Theres fees for a lock and your first months rent that you pay upfront and stuff like that but your stuff will be safe and the bldg is climate controlled. Well secure and surveillanced building. I would definitely rent again if I needed to in the future.

On 5/30/2019 my wife and I rented a space form Life Storage located at 1225 Missouri Ave in Largo, Florida. Pierre Hery, Associate Manager was very helpful, informative and attentive to our needs as he asked questions about what we would like to store, took us for a tour of his facility and showed us the spaces that were available. Our room had lights in the unit which worked out great because place is open later than a lot of the other places we checked out. Pierre and Kevin were both a big help. My fiance and I had a great experience at this Life Storage. Kevin was very helpful and informative and made our first experience getting a storage unit simple and easy. We plan on not keeping our stuff there for too long and Kevin was kind enough to explain he can prorate our pay which really helps in these tough times! While we moved every thing into our unit he had also left the sliding glass doors open for easy moving in. He locks up as soon as we are done for the place is very well secured. Would recommend!

We moved out on the 9th of the month . We went to the office to let them know we were out and what we needed to do . He said we didn’t have to do anything and processed our paperwork for our move out . We asked about a refund for the rest of the month since we were out to which the clerk replied oh sorry we don’t do that here ! There are no prorated rents ! So we had to pay for 21 days that we did not need or use ! The best part is they could have rented it and are charging some one else rent on top of that too ! I am thinking that that’s illegal ! I know for sure it is in the housing industry !Bottom liken is that they made us pay for services/ space we did not use ! That’s not very consumer friendly . I work in the multi family housing industry and do get asked where is the best place to store my stuff from plenty of people . I can tell you for sure Life storage would never get my recommendation ever !

Super clean facility. Kevin and Pierre have been great to work with. Discussed option of climate control versus humidity controlled units and helped make the process for selecting a unit easy. Really happy with how large the unit was. Felt like our belongings were secure. We moved here from another state and were a little overwhelmed at the different options. Highly highly highly recommend this place.

I never do reviews, but Kevin Kimball did an amazing job helping me out. The unit that was available was going to be a tight fit and he held it for me so I could get the exact measurements to make sure it would work. Pierre and Kevin have not just been friendly and helpful as one would expect, they are very knowledgeable about the operation and creative in finding ways to allow things to move as smoothly as possible for renters. I have had storage units in other states and have never had such efficient and carrying support from any other employees regardless of how many units I had or how much money I was paying them. Even though I am brand new to this area, Ive already had occasions to tell other people about this excellent option for their overcrowded conditions.
