I bought a lift chair from HAC and it is so comfortable! My husband and I fight over it and race to see who can get to it first. We might have to save up for another. Greg was personable and professional in his presentation. He takes the time to find out what your needs are. I cant say enough good things about him. We love him! I will definately return and do business with Greg.

My wife injured her foot a few weeks ago. We searched all over the area for a knee scooter. Doug only had two left and without hesitation put one on hold for me. Today, it was time to return it and I arrived a few minutes late and they were already closed. I resigned myself to come back another day (its close to an hour round trip). As I was putting it back in my car, they opened the door and called me back in. Super nice about it and went out of their way to provide extra service.

Ive been here several times for something specific and the people here really go out of their way to help, Ive been satisfied with every visit. Places that sell various medical aids at reasonable prices are hard to find anymore. The selection is a lot better than the drugstore chains. Highly recommend!

Went there to get nebulizer tubing for a medically fragile individual all 3 employees were not wearing masks. Medically vulnerable people go to stores like this not wearing masks put these people in danger its horribly wrong. I immediately walked out upon seeing that you lost my business

Very bad experience with Health Aid Company Inc.They ordered head board for the hospital bed for 98 year old gentleman in January,and they told us the part is on back order till March 20th.I just called to check if the part arrived,and Joe told me that it didnt arrive yet,it will be there April 4th.....It just tells me that they dont care about the orders and they dont follow up with manufacturers or keep their customers informed.Very bad management...I wouldnt give them one star,but no choise.If you dont have to order parts thru them,better dont do it...Go thru Bay Care...

The store stocks a variety of medical equipment for home use. The employees here were very nice and quite helpful.

A couple of years ago, I bought a cane. Today, I bought a pair of Thermoskin & Therall arthritis gloves. Im satisfied with the cane & gloves. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. I would shop there again. Way to run a business!
