Sergio was very professional and responsive right from our 1st interaction. He was able to design, build and install our outdoor kitchen frame fairly quickly. I also purchased all of the components from him (grill, griddle, fridge, sink etc.). There were supply chain issues which caused many delays (which were out of his control). I have an average home and wanted a simple outdoor set up without the huge price tag. Sergio designed a frame for me and even improved my design with his expertise. He went beyond customer service without charging me an arm and a leg when on installation the drawer size was wrong and the frame had to go back to his shop for modification. I had a fantastic experience working with Sergio on my outside kitchen. My wife wanted to have a high bar section with a single column support as a part of the kitchen and Sergio created a safe and beautiful design to accommodate that and hold a heavy granite on top. Start to finish, my kitchen frame build took a little over 2 weeks. The design was beautiful, functional and well thought out. He took all my concerns into account in the development process. I must first apologize to Sergio Dewitt for taking so long to write a review. Thank you for being patient.5 STARS ALL DAYMy wife and I just moved into our forever home in Parrish Fl. We had never had an outdoor kitchen in any of our homes and agreed this house would have one. I had a rough idea of what I wanted but no idea where to start. I went on line and like throwing darts at the phone book, found Sergio Dewitt at Outdoor Florida Kitchens LLC. Sergio took the time to listen to my ideas and made some suggestions, he talked to me about the different products they use and about the outdoor kitchen cabinets that they custom build and the lifetime warranty of their product. We set up a meet so Sergio could take measurements and explain more in detail the process of the build. As I travel a lot, my wife ended up meeting with Sergio and she face timed me during the meeting. Sergio was an absolute professional with great bedside manner and at no time did my wife or I feel uncomfortable with him. He explained the process of the build the install and time frame. He made suggestions for appliances and placement of the appliances to get the most efficient use. Within a couple days Sergio emailed the estimate and frame design for approval, we were pleasantly surprised by the price, made some minor changes and signed the approval. Sergio was always available to us through the whole process, via phone, text or email. He always got back to us before the end of the business day. We were told it would probably be a few weeks before the work would be started as they had other jobs ahead of ours. We were in no hurry. The job ended up being done sooner than was quoted and turned out better than we expected. As we are not self made millionaires, we are doing this project in phases, so it is not quite complete yet. My wife and I just finished the tile on the facia of the kitchen, next step will be granite counter top and final will be appliances which we will be purchasing from Outdoor Florida Kitchen LLC . I was a little skeptical about the quality because of the price, when Sergio showed me the how he constructs these cabinets I was blown away. He came out when he said he would, which is a relief in todays world. I showed him the appliances that I had to install, then we worked on the layout of all of the appliances including a large gas grill (32), large big green egg, sink, access door under sink, drawers and door under the grill, triple drawers and a trash can drawer. The main cabinet is 11 x 30 deep and L is another 6 with a bar the entire length of the L and a full sized fridge cabinet. We tossed around ideas and came up with a great plan that didnt look crowded. He delivered it exactly when he told me he would, it took about 4 hours to install because of the size of the cabinets. We have had many folks out to quote the granite for the tops and they were extremely impressed with the quality as well. Sergio and his entire crew were extremely knowledgable and friendly. All I can say is what a gift. Sergio helped make all our outdoor kitchen dreams come true!
