Great Variety. HOME DECOR HOLIDAY SHOPPING,

I usually love shopping at Pier One, and really love browsing through all the great items. I buy a lot of things at pier one for homes I have in the northeast and in Florida. However I will NEVER shop at this particular store again, due to the aggressive and annoying behavior of the salesperson (manager?) at my most recent visit. Upon entering the store I was greeted, and the salesperson asked if I was looking for something in particular, I said no I was just browsing, did not need help. I looked at the price tags of a couple of very small side tables and the salesperson literally shouted to me and asked me if I needed her to carry any of them to the checkout counter. I said no thank you, I was just looking. Made my way to another area of the store, and I was startled when the same salesperson apparently followed me and was about 2 feet behind me and shouts”there is so much to look at!”. I was really annoyed, as I felt she was stalking me. I moved way quickly to another area in the store only to have her behind me again loudly making inane comments about things I was looking at. If I wanted her help, or opinion I would have asked. I got fed up and walked out of the store. Headed over to Tyrone Blvd and made my purchases there, with the friendly, helpful and non-stalking sales team.

I love this store, the employees are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I just bought a giraffe today I named her Mindy the crocodile hunter Steve Irwins daughter. Thanks for being so close to my new home.

Store closing, decent prices but not a lot left unless you want store displays. They do give you a discount coupon for the Clearwater and St Petersburg stores.

I love Pier 1! They always have very stylish decor for the home. Its my go to place!

We were guaranteed a 5-7 day delivery, but now we are waiting for more than 2 weeks and it seems to take still lots more time for delivery ...Worst thing at all was when we got a coupon for 10% and free shipping by e-mail one (!!!) day after we ordered the stuff, but they didnt accept the coupon. They rather like to loose customers instead of being little bit flexible ...Will never again buy there.

Going out if business sale. Not much left but shelves, dinnerware and glasses for the most part. Even the supposedly sale items are expensive. I walked in looked around and walked out. Really not worth wasting your time

If youre looking for something unique gift wise or for yourself this is the store to go to. They have great sales especially afte the holidays.

Theyve upped their costumer service it seems. Pretty cool coupon discount program going on now. You can win big furniture give always.

Even the Advertisedsale pieces were out of my budget. Well so short staffed since many items are On high shelves.

The manager greeted is right away and was very friendly. Lots of cool things for decorating the house.
