What a GREAT experience my husband and I had. Such a breath of fresh air to walk into a store and have such great customer service from Mike the owner and Kevin the sales associate. After several months of searching online, chain furniture and patio stores and also locally owned patio furniture stores in the Tampa Bay Area this was a great find. They have been in business 20 plus years with great reviews for a reason.They take their time to assist you in what your searching for, and then give you an in depth education on the different brands to help you make a decision. The prices cannot be beat for the quality you get! We placed the order and received our set within 2 weeks. Amazing! When the furniture was delivered and placed on our patio as requested, it was cleaned off and then they took the time to demonstrate how the fire pit worked. From beginning to end, it was so refreshing to know good solid businesses still exist. I have already referred people to him and they came in and purchased as well and had the same great experience and was so glad to learn about them even though they had about a 45 min drive. My wife and I had a great experience with Mike and staff at Patio 2000. We had been looking for a while at different stores and the minute we stopped by Patio 2000 we knew we had found the place to buy our patio furniture. Great selection, knowledgeable staff, and prices were reasonable.We ordered a sofa, love seat, two chair rockers, dining table with six chairs, two chaise lounges, side table and fire pit. This was just prior to a party we hosted for Super Bowl 2020. They were able to deliver the seating group immediately along with the chairs for the dining set. But they were out of stock for the table and fire pit (and lounge chairs). No problem. With the first delivery they lent us a floor sample of a similar colored fire pit with some accent tables to make the dining chairs look like another seating group. We had a great party with a place for everyone to sit outside with the fire pit going.The other items came shortly after the Super Bowl in two additional deliverys (although they only charged us one delivery fee for the initial delivery). The delivery personal were great, setting up the furniture (they worked with my wife on placement) and the fire pit (twice). Would strongly recommend anyone looking for patio furniture to stop by Patio 2000 to see if what they have would fit your circumstances.David W.

Mike and Kevin are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, just excellent salesman. They assured me I couldn’t make mistakes and held to it, when I decided I didn’t like the green seaside chairs they changed it to blue for no charge! Delivery guys Dan and Brian are very nice as well and will make sure you are happy with your set up before they leave. Would recommend this place to anyone needing patio furniture!

One of the nicest family owned operations in the area. Ive shopped at Leaders for years until I met Mike a few years ago and he and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have purchased tables, chairs, chaises and pillows from them. They do price matching and often have great sales we well. You cant go wrong having a stop by to Patio Showcase. Everyone on these reviews, with the exception of 1 outlier, have commented how nice they are. Clearly the majority wins out here. Dont buy anything for your your door needs till you visit Patio Showcase. I doubt youll be disappointed.

Patio 2000 Showcase has been our go-to store for outdoor furnishings for over a decade, both for our condominium projects and for our personal homes! They are the absolute experts in patio furniture, suitable for coastal locations, that will continue look great for years to come. Mike is great to work with, and their prices are extremely competitive. Many items are locally sourced and delivery is usually very quick. They offer a great selection to choose from and lots of different fabric choices. They even have bbq grills and fire pits! Delivery and set up is always easy and the guys are super friendly.

Very nice salesman. Great selection. Was told it would take 10 days for delivery, came in, in 4 days. Was told between 1:00 and 3:00, delivery was at 12:15. Highly recommend. Yes Mike, I will give you 5 stars.

We bought our pool & patio set from Patio 2000. We have had it for over 10 yrs. Patio 2000 recovered the chairs recently and the job was perfect. Im sure I will get 10 more years out of the same frame work. Patio 2000 sells top quality outdoor furniture. I purchased a Big Green Egg just last year from Patio 2000. We purchased all of our outdoor furniture from Patio 2000 - outdoor dining, glider, bar table and swivel chairs. They have a great selection (a ton of fabric choices) and their customer service is fantastic! Quick and easy delivery, great quality products at a great price. Mike helped us find exactly what we need - and he loaned us two Adirondack chairs to use while we wait for our new ones to be delivered - thanks Mike!

Not friendly at all.. Just gave color chips to look at. The chaise lounge that I was interested in was surrounded by water. They made no attempt to go get or offered to get. Had that gut feeling to move on.

Excellent customer service and selection. We entered the store with a vague idea of what we wanted on our balcony. There wasnt a set on the floor that suited. We talked with Kevin and Mike about our ideas and soon they had put together the perfect combination. The furniture was delivered 3 days ago and we couldnt be happier with the quality, the delivery and how perfect it is for our space.

Today we received our swivel rocker chairs for our balcony. They are so comfortable and very well made. I am 5 foot tall and my husband is 6 foot tall and the back of the chairs are very comfortable for both of us. The sales people are very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable of the product.

Shopped everywhere imaginable for patio furniture, including the major home remodeling centers and Leaders. Having reached the point of giving up, I stumbled across Patio Showcase on line. Wow! What a find! Living 60 miles away, I called first and spoke to Mike. It was his demeanor and knowledge that drew me to drive the distance. Then it was his no-pressure approach and willingness to put us into what we wanted and not at the most expensive price that sealed the deal. The Custom ordered set and cushions were delivered the following week. What a pleasurable experience. OH! BTW. I am a Real Estate Broker, and a real live customer.

The delivery drivers obviously use the same day delivery as an excuse to drive as wrecklessly as they want. An older guy with grey hair and mustache driving one of their delivery vans was driving so aggressive he ran my family and I off the road. After a few obsene gestures to us he continued to speed and weave through traffic almost causing countless accidents. We reported the driver to the authorities and except to follow up on such careless driving.
