This is my second time using The Body Works. Ill never go anywhere else. My wifes Jeep looks as pretty as the day we bought it, and it was done the day they said it would be. Both times were insurance claims, so I cant really speak to the price, but the quality of work and the customer service here are second to NONE. Thanks, Mike! Hope I wont be back lol, but if I need you rest assured theres only one shop Ill consider and its The Body Works!

This is the BEST place in town to have any type of vehicle body repair, they do amazing work! The best type of work and results that I’ve ever found in Las Cruces and El Paso. I’ve taken approximately 6 different vehicles for vehicle body repairs in the past 13 years and I’ve never been disappointed. Keep up the great work. These people are amazing and great at what they do.

I took my car there after an accident on August 1st 2019, unfortunately car is still not ready to pick up. Ive been told many different stories as to why its not finished. Went and checked on the car multiple times it was in different stages. One point car was all together then was told it was taken apart and repainted a second time. Today April 15 2021 told car was ready but upon inspection so many things were wrong and deteriorated. Paint looked decent but could see swirl marks and some minor scratches on hood. Air filter was bent, Battery terminal was changed out seat was broken and doesnt function properly. Parts inside were not put back together properly gaps buttons missing etc. Over this entire 20 month time communication was non existent. If I didnt go and check I would not have a clue. Never told about the Battery terminal issue. Front bumper was put on but the lip attachment was missing. The battery was also dead could not even start the car. After all this time basically tried to pull the wool over my eyes and give me my car back unfinished. While the paint job itself might ne decent everything else has been disappointing to say the least. I would definitely not recommend going there insurance or not. They definitely dont like to be told that things are not satisfactory. Many parts that were damaged in the accident were not even listed in the estimate to be fixed. Definitely will e seeking out a lawyer on this one

Did not put my front bumper on properly. Looks like its going to come off again. (I took it to get it repaired because someone backed into me) Waited two weeks just for it not to be on right.

I take back my original review. I had to take my truck back to do some minor repairs. They kept it for a week! Still didnt get all the problems. I will not take it back cause not sure if they can fix it. There was overspray on my winsheild. My antenna was missing. Dont trust AAA either. They told me they back the work if i take it there. But guess what? They dont!!@@ I will not recommend.

The Body Works lives up to their name. If you have body damage that needs restoration, look no further. This business means business. Paint match was perfect. Clear coat like glass. Damage was repaired and my cars lines were perfect. They even went above and beyond and removed other damage that wasnt part of the deal! My car looks BRAND NEW! No joke. They are that good!

I have always had Body Works work on my cars, never been disappointed. Mr Garcia and I have been friends for many years, he has never let me down. He may not be the cheapest, but hes the best.

Thanks Mike and his crew. He worked om my 2006 tacoma. Removed all the sunburn and old paint, made it look clean, polished the rest of the truck. Even went out of his way to deliver the truck to me when i couldnt pick it up.

Great place to get you classic fixed

While the work done on the car was good, the owner/boss was very rude. My husband’s expensive cologne was stolen from the car and the boss basically told my husband that he didn’t care. Also, they never put the trunk light back in (that happened twice).

They did the best work and Im very happy with the job they did

My 2018 Lincoln had severe front end damage. Mike and his great employees repaired my car and it looks brand new. They went the extra mile to accomplish this. Please dont take your car anywhere else.

I have to say this place is not a good place to take your vehicle to get repairs I took my 2017 Volkswagen Golf R to get bodywork done it was there for two weeks I went to pick it up and they did a bad job on my paint job for the door it had dust spots mix with paint and they put back the same door handle from the old door on to the new one with scratches still on it and they scratch the bottom of my car big scratch and did not say nothing till I showed theme and the worst part of the hole thing was they had my leather seats covers with dust and paint dust and did not clean it till I said so and I told theme how I felt about it and left theme a nasty message I have the right to ...they didnt like what I said but they should have done it right the first time .so no dont take your car to this place very poor service .
