The young lady working was very polite when I asked for help with advice on choosing product.

This is the sally’s closest to my home and unfortunately it’s always so uncomfortable to go to. I went in yesterday and one of the workers with faded pink hair was helping a customer. As soon as the customer left she went over to the other worker and started to make fun of her when I was in the next aisle. I had a question about a product and asked that same worker which she answered but when she went back to the aisle with the other worker the other worker said “as if it matters, it’s going to look the same.” Which I don’t think she cared if I heard because I was still in the next aisle. They didn’t seem to care about their job or about the customers in the store.

Staff here are always the friendliest and most helpful :o)

Alexis was great at Sally!s. She immediately greeted us upon entering and asked if we needed any help. Then she took us to the hair extensions and explained the differences. After that she helped us match my daughter’s hair AND according to our stylist it was a perfect match!!! Her customer service was superior. I think Sally’s on Rinconada is my new Sally’s, thanks Alexis.

While the staff was pleasant, the store had little to no stock on shelves. Hopefully with covid dissipation this will change.

My wife loves Sallys, she is always getting a % off, she has never complained about the costumer service at this location! Super helpful as well! Stop in you wont be sorry.
